s2, adding trichloroethane and trichloroethylene into a reaction kettle, stirring, adding acetone into the reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture B, wherein the stirring temperature without adding acetone is 65 ℃, the stirring time is 57.5min, the stirring temperature with adding acetone is 62.5 ℃, and the stirring time is 75 min;

s4, placing sodium xylene sulfonate and potassium pyrophosphate into a reaction kettle to be stirred, so as to obtain a mixture D, wherein the stirring time is 115 ℃, and the stirring time is 50 min;
s5, placing the mixture A, the mixture B, the mixture C and the mixture D into a reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture E, wherein the stirring time is 430 ℃ and 52.5 min;
s6, putting the mixture E and the heat-resistant agent into a reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture F, wherein the stirring time is 450 ℃ and 45 min;
s7, placing the mixture F, the nonionic surfactant, the thickening agent and the stabilizing agent into a reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture G, wherein the stirring time is 460 ℃ and 65 min;
s8, the mixture G is allowed to stand and is allowed to cool naturally, thereby obtaining a detergent.

s3, adding sodium hydroxide and sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate into a reaction kettle, stirring, adding triethanolamine into the reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture C, wherein the stirring temperature of the mixture C without triethanolamine is 80 ℃, the stirring time is 66min, the stirring temperature of the mixture C after triethanolamine is added is 80 ℃, and the stirring time is 70 min;
s4, placing sodium xylene sulfonate and potassium pyrophosphate into a reaction kettle to be stirred, so as to obtain a mixture D, wherein the stirring time is 120 ℃, and the stirring time is 55 min;
s5, placing the mixture A, the mixture B, the mixture C and the mixture D into a reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture E, wherein the stirring time is 440 ℃, and the stirring time is 55 min;
s6, putting the mixture E and the heat-resistant agent into a reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture F, wherein the stirring time is 460 ℃ and the stirring time is 50 min;
s7, placing the mixture F, the nonionic surfactant, the thickening agent and the stabilizing agent into a reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture G, wherein the stirring time is 470 ℃ and 70 min;
s8, the mixture G is allowed to stand and is allowed to cool naturally, thereby obtaining a detergent.
The following data were obtained by comparing the detergents prepared in examples 1 to 3 above:
as can be seen from the above table, the cleaning agents prepared in examples 1 to 3 have better performances in terms of cleaning effect, heat resistance and environmental protection, but the cleaning agents have different effects in terms of cleaning effect, heat resistance and environmental protection due to different ratios of water, modified methanol, ethanol, dichloromethane, trichloroethane, trichloroethylene, acetone, sodium hydroxide, sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate, triethanolamine, nonionic surfactant, thickener, stabilizer, heat resistance, sodium xylene sulfonate and potassium pyrophosphate.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and any person skilled in the art may modify the present invention or modify it into an equivalent technical solution by using the technical solution described above. Therefore, any simple modifications or equivalent substitutions made in accordance with the technical solution of the present invention are within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An environment-friendly fast-modified alcohol cleaning agent comprises raw materials and auxiliary materials, and is characterized in that: the raw materials (by weight) comprise: 40 g-50 g of water, 20 g-24 g of modified methanol, 8 g-10 g of ethanol, 4 g-6 g of dichloromethane, 2 g-6 g of trichloroethane, 2 g-8 g of trichloroethylene, 6 g-8 g of acetone, 4 g-6 g of sodium hydroxide, 2 g-4 g of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and 2 g-4 g of triethanolamine, wherein the auxiliary materials (by weight) comprise: 8-10 g of nonionic surfactant, 4-12 g of thickening agent, 8-10 g of stabilizer, 14-16 g of heat-resistant agent, 4-6 g of sodium xylene sulfonate and 2-6 g of potassium pyrophosphate.
2. The environmentally friendly rapidly modifying alcohol detergent composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the nonionic surfactant is one or more of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester and polyglycerol fatty acid ester.
3. The environmentally friendly rapidly modifying alcohol detergent composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the thickener is one or more of organic bentonite, diatomite and attapulgite clay.
4. The environmentally friendly rapidly modifying alcohol detergent composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the stabilizer is one or a mixture of more of calcium stearate, zinc stearate and nontoxic phosphite ester.
5. The environmentally friendly rapidly modifying alcohol detergent composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the heat-resistant agent is one or a mixture of more of organic silicon, perfluoropolyether, diatomite and silicon rubber.
6. The environmentally friendly rapidly modifying alcohol detergent composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the preparation method comprises the following specific steps:
s1, adding water, modified methanol and ethanol into a reaction kettle, stirring, and then adding dichloromethane into the reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture A;
s2, adding trichloroethane and trichloroethylene into the reaction kettle, stirring, and then adding acetone into the reaction kettle, stirring to obtain a mixture B;
s3, adding sodium hydroxide and sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate into a reaction kettle for stirring, and after stirring, adding triethanolamine into the reaction kettle for stirring to obtain a mixture C;
s4, adding sodium xylene sulfonate and potassium pyrophosphate into a reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture D;
s5, placing the mixture A, the mixture B, the mixture C and the mixture D into a reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture E;
s6, putting the mixture E and the heat-resistant agent into a reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture F;
s7, putting the mixture F, the nonionic surfactant, the thickening agent and the stabilizing agent into a reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a mixture G;
s8, the mixture G is allowed to stand and is allowed to cool naturally, thereby obtaining a detergent.

The environmentally friendly rapidly modifying alcohol detergent composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein: in the step S1, the stirring temperature without adding dichloromethane is 45-50 ℃, the stirring time is 60-66 min, the stirring temperature after adding dichloromethane is 50-60 ℃, and the stirring time is 70-80 min.

The environmentally friendly rapidly modifying alcohol detergent composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein: in the step S2, the stirring temperature without adding acetone is 60-70 ℃, the stirring time is 55-60 min, the stirring temperature with adding acetone is 60-65 ℃, and the stirring time is 70-80 min.

The environmentally friendly rapidly modifying alcohol detergent composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein: in the step S3, the stirring temperature without adding triethanolamine is 70-80 ℃, the stirring time is 62-66 min, the stirring temperature after adding triethanolamine is 75-80 ℃, and the stirring time is 50-70 min.
10. The environmentally friendly rapidly modifying alcohol detergent composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein: in the step S4, the stirring time and temperature are 110-120 ℃, and the stirring time is 45-55 min;
in the step S5, the stirring time and temperature is 420-440 ℃, and the stirring time is 50-55 min;
in the step S6, the stirring time and temperature are 440-460 ℃, and the stirring time is 40-50 min;
in the step S7, the stirring time and temperature are 450-470 ℃, and the stirring time is 60-70 min.
