Abstract
The invention discloses a resin blocking agent and a preparation method thereof, and the blocking agent comprises 40-80 parts of a main agent, 10-30 parts of a curing agent, 4-6 parts of a density regulator, 0.1-5 parts of an accelerator, 1-8 parts of a hard inorganic material and 0.5-3 parts of a coupling agent. The main agent is one or a combination of more of phenolic resin, alkyd resin, amino resin, polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane resin and acrylic resin; the curing agent is one or the combination of more of modified amine, aliphatic polyamine, alicyclic polyamine, low molecular polyamide and tertiary amine; the density regulator is hollow glass beads; the accelerant is one of sodium carbonate and barium carbonate; the hard inorganic material is alumina powder; the coupling agent is a silane coupling agent KH 570. The invention has the characteristics of good plugging effect, high adhesion strength, high compressive strength and strong temperature resistance, and simultaneously, the preparation method is simple, and the raw materials are easy to degrade and have no pollution.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of chemical plugging of a shaft of an oil and gas field, and particularly relates to a resin plugging agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Fracturing techniques in the exploration and development of oil and gas fields have increasingly played an irreplaceable role since their application. Fracturing refers to artificially cracking an oil-gas layer under the action of high-pressure gas or high-pressure liquid, and improving the flowing environment of oil gas in the stratum, so that the yield of an oil-gas well is increased. Before fracturing construction, the whole well barrel is required to be tested, the integrity of the well barrel is ensured, and perforation and fracturing procedures can be carried out. However, some wells are often tested at wellbore pressure: (1) when the pressure is tested to be lower than 30MPa, the pressure is qualified; when the pressure is greater than 30MPa or greater than 50MPa, leakage of different degrees occurs, namely the pressure test is unqualified, which indicates that a leakage point exists in the casing; (2) and the whole shaft is qualified in pressure test in the early stage, perforation and fracturing are carried out, and leakage points appear in the upper shaft in the fracturing process. Both of these events occur and fracturing can no longer be continued. Once a leak point is generated, particularly above a horizontal section, if high-pressure hydraulic fracturing is carried out again, ineffective fracturing is caused, namely fracturing fluid, propping agent and the like do not enter a specified interval according to the design, but enter the stratum from the leak point. If the upper casing has poor cementing quality, high-pressure fluid is likely to flow upwards in the fracturing process, so that the problems of well control such as well mouth pressure and the like are caused. Even more dangerous is the risk of contaminating the freshwater layer if the leak is shallow, in the freshwater layer. Therefore, wellbore integrity is important throughout the exploration and development of an oil and gas field.
Patent CN109233757B discloses a methyl silicone resin polymer as a plugging agent for drilling fluid and a preparation method thereof, wherein the methyl silicone resin polymer is prepared from the following raw materials: deionized water, acrylamide, methyl silicone resin, a coupling agent and a thickening agent. The coupling agent is a chelating titanate coupling agent, is suitable for various resin-based composite material systems, and is particularly suitable for aqueous polymer systems due to good hydrolytic stability. Patent CN105462568B discloses a resin nanoparticle latex plugging agent for drilling fluid, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: an alkenylbenzene 20; acrylate 15; acrylic acid 1; a hard inorganic material 10; wherein the mass ratio of the short-chain monomer to the long-chain monomer in the acrylate monomer is 3: 1; the plugging agent is a composite product of inorganic materials and organic materials, has the advantages of combination of hardness and softness, higher plugging rate, wide particle size distribution and wider application range, basically does not influence the rheological property of drilling fluid after being added into the drilling fluid, and can obviously improve the plugging capability of the drilling fluid and reduce the filtration loss of the drilling fluid. Although the two patents propose methods for preparing the blocking agent by using resin as a raw material, the two patents respectively have the defects of insufficient compressive strength, strong alkalinity of the raw material and difficult degradation.
At present, the integrity of a shaft is treated by mainly adopting a cement plugging system for plugging, and in recent years, similar chemical plugging methods such as gel and chemical cement exist, but most of the plugging methods have low bearing pressure or the leakage occurs again at a raw leakage point in the fracturing process. Overall, the success rate of high pressure bearing after occlusion is still low. Therefore, the resin plugging agent and the preparation method thereof have the characteristics of good plugging effect, high adhesion strength, high compressive strength and high temperature resistance, and provide a new idea for the preparation of a shaft plugging material and the application of the resin plugging agent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a resin plugging agent for realizing effective plugging of a leakage point of a shaft.
Based on the above purposes, the invention provides a resin plugging agent and a preparation method thereof, and the resin plugging agent has the characteristics of good plugging effect, high adhesion strength, high compressive strength and strong temperature resistance.
On one hand, the invention relates to a resin blocking agent, which comprises 40-80 parts by mass of a main agent, 10-30 parts by mass of a curing agent, 4-6 parts by mass of a density regulator, 0.1-5 parts by mass of an accelerator, 1-8 parts by mass of a hard inorganic material and 0.5-3 parts by mass of a coupling agent; preferably, the blocking agent comprises, by mass, 56-70 parts of a main agent, 15-20 parts of a curing agent, 5-5.5 parts of a density regulator, 2-3 parts of an accelerator, 4.5-6 parts of a hard inorganic material and 1-2 parts of a coupling agent.
Further, the main agent in the blocking agent is one or a combination of more of phenolic resin, alkyd resin, amino resin, polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane resin and acrylic resin.
Further, the curing agent in the blocking agent is one or a combination of more of modified amine, aliphatic polyamine, alicyclic polyamine, low molecular polyamide and tertiary amine.
Further, the density regulator in the plugging agent is hollow glass beads; particularly, the density of the hollow glass beads is 0.5-0.6 g/cm3。
Furthermore, the accelerator in the blocking agent is one of sodium carbonate and barium carbonate.
Further, the hard inorganic material in the plugging agent is alumina powder; particularly, the particle size of the alumina powder is 180 to 200 meshes.
Further, the coupling agent in the blocking agent is a silane coupling agent KH 570.
In another aspect, the present invention relates to a method for preparing the resin blocking agent, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 40-80 parts of main agent and water into a reaction kettle according to the mass ratio of 1:2, heating to 150-200 ℃, and fully stirring until no blocky object exists;
(2) adding 4-6 parts of density regulator into the pasty substance obtained in the step (1), and sequentially adding 0.5-3 parts of silane coupling agent KH570 and 1-8 parts of alumina powder (180-200 meshes) under the stirring condition;
(3) and after stirring and reacting for 30-60 min, adding 10-30 parts of curing agent and 2-3 parts of 30% sodium carbonate solution or 30% barium carbonate solution, and stirring for 10-30 min at 60-100 ℃ to obtain the plugging agent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects or advantages:
compared with the prior art, the main contribution of the invention is to provide the resin plugging agent and the preparation method thereof. The performance test and the shaft plugging test show that the plugging agent has the characteristics of good plugging effect, high adhesion strength, high compressive strength and strong temperature resistance, and meanwhile, the preparation method is simple, and raw materials are easy to degrade and have no pollution.

Detailed Description
The following examples are given to illustrate the technical aspects of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Example 1
This example provides a preparation of a resin blocking agent and blocking effect.
Adding a main agent and water into a reaction kettle according to the mass ratio of 1:2, heating to 150-200 ℃, and fully stirring until no blocky object exists; adding a density regulator into the obtained pasty substance, and sequentially adding a silane coupling agent KH570 and alumina powder (180-200 meshes) under the stirring condition; and after stirring and reacting for 30-60 min, adding a curing agent and a 30% sodium carbonate solution or a 30% barium carbonate solution, and stirring for 10-30 min at 60-100 ℃ to obtain the plugging agent. The resin plugging agent comprises the raw materials in parts by mass shown in Table 1.

Preparing 4% high-quality bentonite-based slurry, adding 3% of the plugging agent after pre-hydrating for 24h, fully stirring, aging for 16h at the temperature of 100 ℃, and then performing micro-crack plugging evaluation by using a high-temperature high-pressure plugging instrument. Under the condition that the experimental differential pressure is 3.5MPa, the total filtration loss of the plugging agent consisting of the components at 160 ℃ for different times is respectively measured. The results are shown in FIG. 1, using emulsified bitumen as the control.
As can be seen from figure 1, the water-based drilling fluid added with the plugging agent has similar capability of plugging 20 mu m microcracks under the experimental pressure difference of 3.5MPa and the temperature of 160 ℃. When the temperature is 160 ℃, the filtration rate (namely the filtration loss per unit time) is reduced along with the increase of time, and the filtration loss is small in 30min, which shows that the plugging effect is still realized.
Example 2
This example provides the practical application of a resin blocking agent.
The actual constitution of the resinous blocking agent used in this example was the same as that of test group 3 in example 1. In the field construction process of the plugging agent, the highest pressure bearing is 70MPa after plugging, the pressure test is carried out for 30min, the pressure drop is less than 0.5MPa, the pressure test is qualified, no leakage occurs in the subsequent fracturing process, and the subsequent fracturing construction is smoothly completed.
The specific construction cases are as follows:
(1) the pressure test is unqualified before the fracturing of the A-1 well, the pressure test is 50MPa after plugging, the pressure test is 30min, the pressure drop is 0.3MPa, the subsequent 4-stage fracturing is smoothly completed, and the highest pressure reaches 55MPa during fracturing without leakage.
(2) The pressure test is unqualified before the A-2 well is fractured, the pressure test is 70MPa after plugging, the pressure test is 30min, the pressure drop is 0.4MPa, the subsequent 15-stage fracturing is smoothly completed, and the highest pressure during fracturing reaches 70MPa and no leakage occurs.

2. The plugging agent according to claim 1, wherein the plugging agent comprises, by mass, 56-70 parts of a main agent, 15-20 parts of a curing agent, 5-5.5 parts of a density regulator, 2-3 parts of an accelerator, 4.5-6 parts of a hard inorganic material, and 1-2 parts of a coupling agent.
3. The plugging agent of claim 1, wherein the primary agent is one or more of phenolic resin, alkyd resin, amino resin, polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, and acrylic resin.
4. The blocking agent according to claim 1, wherein the curing agent is a combination of one or more of modified amines, aliphatic polyamines, alicyclic polyamines, low molecular polyamides, and tertiary amines.
5. The plugging agent according to claim 1, wherein the density modifier is hollow glass beads, and the density of the hollow glass beads is 0.5-0.6 g/cm3。
6. The plugging agent of claim 1, wherein the accelerator is one of sodium carbonate and barium carbonate.
7. The plugging agent according to claim 1, wherein the hard inorganic material is alumina powder having a particle size of 180 to 200 mesh.
8. The plugging agent according to claim 1, wherein the coupling agent is a silane coupling agent KH 570.
9. The plugging agent of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the preparation process of the plugging agent comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing a main agent and water according to a mass ratio of 1:2, heating to 150-200 ℃, and fully and uniformly stirring;
(2) after the main agent is completely melted, adding a density regulator, and sequentially adding a coupling agent and a hard inorganic material under the stirring condition;
(3) and after stirring and reacting for 30-60 min, adding a curing agent and an accelerator, and stirring for 10-30 min at the temperature of 60-100 ℃ to obtain the plugging agent.
