step two: the flushing wastewater regulated by the regulating tank enters the coagulation tank 103 through the grating 111, the grating slag enters the sludge tank 112, PAC is added into the coagulation tank 103, the flushing wastewater enters the flocculation tank 104 through a first water passing hole after being coagulated in the coagulation tank 103, PAM-is added, the flushing wastewater enters the primary sedimentation tank 105 through a second water passing hole after being flocculated in the flocculation tank 104, the flushing wastewater enters the anoxic tank 106 through a third water passing hole, and the flocculated sediment enters the sludge tank 112 through the sedimentation tank sludge discharge pipe 136;
step three: the washing wastewater is subjected to microbial treatment in the anoxic tank 106, is subjected to organic matter adsorption, degradation and denitrification, then enters the first aerobic tank 107 through a water pipe, the first aerobic tank 107 and the second aerobic tank 108 are communicated through a fourth water through hole, oxygen is blown into the first aerobic tank 107 and the second aerobic tank 108 through the aerobic tank fan 128, the washing wastewater is subjected to aerobic microbial treatment, and is subjected to organic matter adsorption, degradation and ammonia nitrogen adsorption, and then enters the MBR membrane tank 109 through a fifth water through hole;
step four: the flushing wastewater is filtered by an MBR membrane module 110 in an MBR membrane tank 109 and then pumped into a clean water tank 140 for discharging or reusing for flushing the kitchen waste collection vehicle, part of sludge in the MBR membrane tank 109 flows back to the anoxic tank 106, and the rest sludge is discharged to a sludge tank 112;
step five: sewage in the sludge tank 112 overflows to the adjusting tank, sludge is conveyed to the screw-overlapping dehydrator 115 through the screw-overlapping sludge inlet pump 113, PAM + is added before the sludge is conveyed to the screw-overlapping dehydrator 115, the sludge is transported out after being dehydrated by the screw-overlapping sludge inlet pump 113, and the dehydrated filtrate enters the adjusting tank.

A kitchen waste collection vehicle washing wastewater treatment and recovery device is characterized by comprising a coagulation tank (103), a flocculation tank (104), a primary sedimentation tank (105), an anoxic tank (106), a first aerobic tank (107), a second aerobic tank (108), an MBR membrane tank (109), a grid (111), a sludge tank (112), a spiral-wound water extractor (115), a clear water tank (140) and a matched dosing system, wherein the coagulation tank (103) and the flocculation tank (104) are arranged at one end of the clear water tank (140), the primary sedimentation tank (105) is arranged at one end of the coagulation tank (103) and the flocculation tank (104) far away from the clear water tank (140), the anoxic tank (106) is arranged at one end of the primary sedimentation tank (103) far away from the coagulation tank (103) and the flocculation tank (104), the first aerobic tank (107) is arranged at one end of the anoxic tank (106) far away from the primary sedimentation tank (105), the second aerobic tank (108) is arranged at one side of the first aerobic tank (107), an MBR membrane tank (109) is arranged at one end of the second aerobic tank (108), one side of the MBR membrane tank (109) is connected with the primary sedimentation tank (105) and the anoxic tank (106), an MBR membrane module (110) is installed in the MBR membrane tank (109), a sludge tank (112) is arranged at one end, away from the second aerobic tank (108), of the MBR membrane tank (109), a grid (111) is installed on the sludge tank (112), one side of the sludge tank (112) is connected with the coagulation tank (103) and the clean water tank (140), an equipment room is arranged at one end of the sludge tank (112) and the clean water tank (140), a matched dosing system and an induction recycling water pump (121) are arranged at one side of the equipment room, and a control cabinet (114) and a screw-overlapping dehydrator (115) are arranged at the other side of the equipment room;
the kitchen waste collecting vehicle flushing wastewater treatment and recovery device comprises the following flushing wastewater treatment and recovery processes:
the method comprises the following steps: washing the kitchen waste collection vehicle by using clean water or reuse water from a clean water tank (140), wherein the washing wastewater enters an adjusting tank after passing through a coarse grating;
step two: the flushing wastewater regulated by the regulating tank enters a coagulation tank (103) through a grating (111), the grating slag enters a sludge tank (112), PAC is added into the coagulation tank (103), the flushing wastewater enters a flocculation tank (104) through a first water passing hole after being coagulated in the coagulation tank (103), PAM-is added, the flushing wastewater enters a primary sedimentation tank (105) through a second water passing hole after being flocculated in the flocculation tank (104), the flushing wastewater enters an anoxic tank (106) through a third water passing hole, and the flocculation sedimentation enters the sludge tank (112) through a sedimentation tank sludge discharge pipe (136);
step three: the method comprises the following steps that flushing wastewater is subjected to microbial treatment in an anoxic tank (106), adsorbed, degraded and denitrified and then enters a first aerobic tank (107) through a water pipe, the first aerobic tank (107) and a second aerobic tank (108) are communicated through a fourth water through hole, oxygen is blown into the first aerobic tank (107) and the second aerobic tank (108) through an aerobic tank fan (128), the flushing wastewater is subjected to aerobic microbial treatment, and the flushing wastewater is subjected to adsorption, degradation of organic matters and ammonia nitrogen and then enters an MBR membrane tank (109) through a fifth water through hole;
step four: the washing wastewater is filtered by an MBR membrane module (110) in an MBR membrane tank (109) and then pumped into a clean water tank (140) to be discharged or reused for washing the kitchen waste collection vehicle, part of sludge in the MBR membrane tank (109) flows back to an anoxic tank (106), and the rest sludge is discharged to a sludge tank (112);
step five: sewage in the sludge pool (112) overflows to the adjusting pool, sludge is conveyed to the screw-stacking dewaterer (115) through the screw-stacking sludge inlet pump (113), PAM + is added before the sludge is conveyed to the screw-stacking dewaterer (115), the sludge is dewatered by the screw-stacking sludge inlet pump (113) and then is transported outwards, and the removed filtrate enters the adjusting pool.

The kitchen waste collection vehicle washing wastewater treatment and recovery device according to claim 1, wherein a water inlet pipe (101) and a water outlet pipe (102) are installed on the clean water tank (140), the water inlet pipe (101) is communicated to the grating (111), and the grating (111) is connected to the inner cavity of the coagulation tank (103) through a pipeline.

The kitchen waste collection vehicle washing wastewater treatment and recovery device according to claim 1, wherein a stack snail sludge inlet pump (113) is installed in the sludge tank (112), the output end of the stack snail sludge inlet pump (113) is communicated to the input end of the stack snail dehydrator (115) through a pipeline, a sedimentation tank sludge discharge pipe (136) is installed in the primary sedimentation tank (105), an MBR membrane tank sludge discharge pipe (137) is installed in the MBR membrane tank (109), and both the sedimentation tank sludge discharge pipe (136) and the MBR membrane tank sludge discharge pipe (137) are communicated to the sludge tank (112).
