Referring to fig. 1 and 4, further, the feeding device 300 includes a material bearing frame 301, a first bearing rod 302, a second bearing rod 303, a counting material discharging plate 304, a brush 305, a material protecting semicircular bracket 306, a second motor 307, a third motor 308 and a material discharging block 309, the material bearing frame 301 is arranged on the rack 100, the material bearing frame 301 is provided with a material bearing bin 310 and a material discharging port 311 arranged at the bottom of the material bearing bin 310, the material bearing bin 310 is used for mounting straws, and the straws can be output from the material discharging port 311; the first bearing rod 302 and the second bearing rod 303 are both rotationally connected to the material bearing frame 301, the brush 305 is sleeved on the first bearing rod 302, the counting blanking disc 304 is sleeved on the second bearing rod 303, the brush 305 and the counting blanking disc 304 are both positioned at the material outlet 311, the brush 305 is positioned at the top of the counting blanking disc 304, the second motor 307 and the third motor 308 are both arranged on the material bearing frame 301, the output end of the second motor 307 is connected with the first bearing rod 302 in a transmission way, the output end of the third motor 308 is connected with the second bearing rod 303 in a transmission way, the outer peripheral side of the counting blanking disc 304 is provided with a groove 312, used for installing a suction pipe, a protective semicircular bracket 306 is arranged at the front side of the counting blanking disc 304, so that only one straw is loaded in one groove 312, the protective semicircular bracket 306 and the blanking block 309 are connected to the material bearing frame 301, the brush 305 can sweep down the straw in the material bearing bin 310, and the straw is prevented from directly falling out of the discharge hole 311; the blanking block 309 is provided with a blanking groove 313 which is vertically penetrated, the blanking groove 313 is positioned below the counting blanking plate 304, and the bottom end of the protective semicircular bracket 306 is positioned at the upper opening of the blanking groove 313, so that the suction pipe is moved to the blanking groove 313 and can fall out of the blanking groove 313.
At first, the straws are placed in the material containing bin 310 and are close to the material outlet 311 along with gravity, the second motor 307 and the third motor 308 drive the brush 305 and the counting blanking tray 304 to rotate, the brush 305 can not only enable the straws in the material containing bin 310 to drop quickly in the rotating process, but also can prevent the straws from dropping from the gaps between the brush 305 and the counting blanking tray 304, so that one straw can correspond to one groove 312 in the entering groove 312, the material protecting semicircular bracket 306 prevents the straws from dropping in the rotating process, and the straws drop to the blanking groove 313 after being moved to the blanking block 309 along with the material protecting semicircular bracket 306.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, further, two clamping grooves 314 are formed at the bottom of the blanking block 309, and the two clamping grooves 314 are respectively arranged at two sides of the blanking groove 313; the folding mechanism 400 comprises a material mounting frame 401 and a U-shaped plate 402, the material mounting frame 401 is arranged on the rack 100, a first folding groove 403 and a second folding groove 404 which are arranged along the moving direction of the membrane strip are arranged at the top of the material mounting frame 401, the tops of two sides of the U-shaped plate 402 are respectively clamped in the two clamping grooves 314, the U-shaped plate 402 is located in the first folding groove 403, a channel for the membrane strip to pass through is formed between the outer wall of the U-shaped plate 402 and the inner wall of the first folding groove 403, and the membrane strip is folded in the channel.
Specifically, the left side wall of the first folding groove 403 is arranged from wide to narrow and from low to high in an inclined manner along the moving direction of the film strip, so that the film strip can be better excessive when entering the first folding groove 403, the film strip is prevented from being possibly damaged due to no excessive phenomenon, and the top of the left side of the material mounting frame 401 is provided with a circular shaft, so that the film strip is prevented from being damaged during passing. When in use, the film strip is drawn by the drawing edge sealing mechanism 600 to pass through the first folding groove 403 and the second folding groove 404, and when passing through the first folding groove 403, the film strip is extended along the channel shape under the influence of the channel from a flat unfolded state, so that the film strip is folded. Wherein the width of the second folding groove 404 is smaller than the width of the first folding groove 403, so that the film strip carrying the straw is slightly tightened, so as to draw the edge banding mechanism 600 to better perform the edge banding process on the film strip.
Further, a sliding opening 405 is formed in the rear side of the U-shaped plate 402; the first conveying mechanism 500 comprises a motor frame 501, a fourth motor 502, a disc 503, a connecting rod 504, an adjusting frame 505, a first sliding rail 506, a first sliding block 507, a push rod 508, a push block 509, a first air cylinder 510 and a push sheet 511, wherein the motor frame 501 is arranged on the frame 100, the fourth motor 502 is arranged on the motor frame 501, the disc 503 is connected to the output end of the fourth motor 502, one end of the connecting rod 504 is rotatably connected with the side edge of the disc 503, the other end of the connecting rod 504 is rotatably connected with the adjusting frame 505, the first sliding rail 506 is fixedly connected to the frame 100, the first sliding block 507 is slidably connected to the first sliding rail 506, the adjusting frame 505 is connected with the first sliding block 507, the push rod 508 is arranged on the adjusting frame 505, and the push block 509 is arranged at the end of the push rod 508 and is positioned at one side of the U-piece template 402; the first cylinder 510 is disposed on the material receiving frame 301, the first cylinder 510 is connected to the pushing piece 511, the pushing piece 511 is inserted into the sliding opening 405, and the first cylinder 510 can drive the inserting piece to slide relative to the sliding opening 405.
Specifically, the fourth motor 502 operates to rotate the disc 503 and swing the link rod 504, so that the link rod 504 drives the adjusting frame 505 to move back and forth along the moving direction of the film strip. When the sucker falls onto the pushing sheet 511 from the blanking groove 313 along with the counting of the blanking disc 304, the sucker is prevented from falling too much at one time to the U-shaped sheet 402 to affect the packaging possibility, the free end of the first cylinder 510 contracts to enable the sucker to fall onto the U-shaped sheet 402, the fourth motor 502 rotates to drive the pushing block 509 to move towards the inner side of the U-shaped sheet 402 so as to push out the sucker on the inner side of the U-shaped sheet 402, the sucker falls onto the folded film tape in the first folding groove 403, and then the pushing block 509 returns along with the continuous rotation of the disc 503, so that the operation is repeated. And the U-shaped plate 402 also prevents the top of the folded film strip from being close to or adhered to the channel after coming out of the channel, thereby affecting the packaging of the straw and preventing the straw from falling out of the film strip.
Referring to fig. 2, further, the traction edge banding mechanism 600 includes a fifth motor 601, a second slider 602, a sliding carriage 603, a screw 604, a first transmission rod 605, a first belt pulley 606, a first synchronous belt, a mounting shell 607, a second transmission rod 608 and a traction gear 609, wherein the fifth motor 601 and the sliding carriage 603 are both disposed on the frame 100, the second slider 602 is slidably connected to the sliding carriage 603 up and down, the top of the sliding carriage 603 is threadedly connected with the screw 604, one end of the screw 604 is rotatably connected to the second slider 602 to adjust the height between the second slider 602 and the frame 100, the second slider 602 is rotatably provided with the first transmission rod 605, one end of the first transmission rod 605 and the output end of the fifth motor 601 are both sleeved with first belt pulleys 606, the first synchronous belt is wound around the two first belt pulleys 606, the first motor 208 can drive the first synchronous belt to rotate, the mounting shell 607 is fixedly connected to one side of the second slider 602 and located above the second folding slot 404, the other end of the first transmission rod 605 extends into the mounting shell 607 and is sleeved with bevel gears 610, the second transmission rods 608 are arranged in two numbers and are rotationally connected to the mounting shell 607, the bottoms of the two second transmission rods 608 are connected with traction gears 609, the two traction gears 609 are meshed with each other, one of the second transmission rods 608 is sleeved with a bevel gear 610, and the two bevel gears 610 are meshed with each other to convey and seal edges of the film strips.
When the film tape sealing device is used, the fifth motor 601 operates to drive the first belt pulley 606 to rotate and drive the two traction gears 609 to be meshed in a rotating mode, the top of the film tape is located between the two traction gears 609, preferably, heating devices such as heating rods can be arranged between the traction gears 609, so that the two traction gears 609 can seal edges of the film tape when the film tape is meshed, and two side edges of the film tape are pressed tightly through meshing to be bonded.
In this embodiment, the top of the second transmission rod 608 for mounting the bevel gear 610 extends to the outside of the mounting device and is connected with a push handle, the mounting shell 607 is connected with a fixed rod, the end of the fixed rod is connected with a spring, one end of the spring is stopped against the push handle, wherein the bottom edge of the second transmission rod 608 is connected with an eccentric shaft, and a corresponding traction gear 609 is rotatably connected to the eccentric shaft. When the device is used, the meshing position between the two traction gears 609 can be adjusted by rotating the push handle, and the pressure between the two traction gears 609 can be adjusted by using the spring so as to avoid the problem of over-tightness between the two traction gears 609.
In this embodiment, a synchronizing assembly is further disposed between the feeding device 300 and the traction edge sealing mechanism 600, the synchronizing assembly includes a first roller 210, a second roller 211, a third roller 212 and a second pulley 213, the first roller 210 and the second roller 211 are vertically disposed and are both rotatably disposed at the top of the fixing frame 204, the third roller 212 is rotatably disposed on the frame 100 and located on the right side of the second roller 211, one end of the second roller 211 is sleeved with the second pulley 213, and a first synchronizing belt is further wound on the second pulley 213, so that the second roller 211 and the first transmission rod 605 synchronously rotate, thereby facilitating the transmission of the film belt and avoiding the damage caused by excessive pulling of the film belt due to different transmission speeds.
Referring to fig. 9, further, the end heat sealing apparatus 700 includes a heat sealing frame 701, a sixth motor 702, mold shafts 703, first gears 704, a heat sealing mold 705 and electric slip rings 706, the heat sealing frame 701 and the sixth motor 702 are both disposed on the rack 100, the heat sealing frame 701 is located on the right side of the material mounting rack 401, the mold shafts 703 are disposed in two and are both laterally and rotatably connected to the heat sealing frame 701, the two mold shafts 703 are disposed in an up-down manner, one of the mold shafts 703 is drivingly connected to an output end of the sixth motor 702, one end of each of the two mold shafts 703 is sleeved with the first gear 704, the two first gears 704 are engaged with each other so that the sixth motor 702 can drive the two mold shafts 703 to rotate, the heat sealing mold includes an upper mold 7051 and a lower mold 7052, the upper mold 705 is disposed on the mold shaft 703 located on the upper side, the lower mold 7052 is disposed on the mold shaft 703 located on the lower side, the electric slip rings 706 are disposed in two and are respectively connected to the two mold shafts 703, to end seal the passing film strip and perform a cutting process to form a finished product.
The two die shafts 703 are provided with accommodating cavities for accommodating heating devices such as heating rods, the sixth motor 702 is in transmission connection with the die shafts 703 through gear transmission, and the opposite sides of the upper die 7051 and the lower die 7052 are provided with gear teeth which can be meshed with each other and are used for compressing and thermally sealing the edges of the film tapes to seal edges. During the use, the operation of sixth motor 702 drives two mould axles 703 rotations, and when going up mould 7051 and lower mould 7052 coincidence meshing, can carry out the banding to the both ends of the membrane area that the cladding has the straw to preferably go on through the mode of electrical heating, and carry the finished product that forms after the tip involution to on second conveying mechanism 800.

Referring to fig. 10, specifically, the second conveying mechanism 800 is provided as a belt conveyor 801; the collecting device 900 comprises a first supporting frame 901, a collecting cylinder 902, a strip-shaped frame 903, a third sliding block 904, a second sliding rail 905 and a finished product collecting box 906, the first supporting frame 901 is arranged on the rack 100, the collecting cylinder 902 is connected to the first supporting frame 901, the free end of the collecting cylinder 902 is connected with the strip-shaped frame 903, the second sliding rail 905 is arranged in the front-back direction and connected to the first supporting frame 901, the third sliding block 904 is connected to the second sliding rail 905 in a sliding manner, the strip-shaped frame 903 is fixedly connected to the third sliding block 904, the finished product collecting boxes 906 are arranged in two and arranged in the front-back direction, the two finished product collecting boxes 906 are connected to the strip-shaped frame 903, the finished product collecting boxes 906 are located below the output side of the belt conveyor 801, and the collecting cylinder 902 can drive the two finished product collecting boxes 906 to slide along the second sliding rail 905.
The belt conveyor 801 is a conventional belt conveyor, and will not be described in detail herein.
When the collecting device is used, one of the finished product collecting boxes 906 is positioned below the right side of the belt conveyor 801 to collect finished products conveyed by the belt conveyor 801, and when the finished product collecting box 906 is filled, the collecting cylinder 902 drives the strip-shaped frame 903 to move, so that the other finished product collecting box 906 moves to the position below the right side of the belt conveyor 801.
One mode of operation of the present invention is as follows: when in use, the film tape roll is sleeved on the mounting rod 202, is conveyed by the first motor 208 and the second guide wheel 207 and is pulled by the two pulling gears 609, the film tape is folded after passing through the channel between the U-shaped plate 402 and the first folding groove 403 in the pulling process, the second motor 307 and the third motor 308 operate to enable the counting blanking tray 304 to move the suction pipe to the pushing plate 511, the free end of the first air cylinder 510 contracts to enable the suction pipe to fall onto the U-shaped plate 402, the fourth motor 502 drives the pushing block 509 to move to push the suction pipe on the U-shaped plate 402 down onto the folded film tape, then the film tape with the suction pipe is driven to move between the two pulling gears 609 to be subjected to edge sealing treatment and then moves between the two die shafts 703, the film tape at the two ends of the suction pipe is heated and edge sealed by the upper die 7051 and the lower die 7052 to form a finished product, and the finished product is conveyed into the finished product collecting box 906 by the conveyor belt 801, therefore, a full-automatic packaging line is completed, manual stay and guard intervention is not needed, the packaging and collection of the straws can be completed, and the labor and the time are saved.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A straw packaging machine, comprising:
a frame (100);
the film supply device (200) is arranged on one side of the rack (100) and is used for conveying a film belt;
the feeding device (300) is arranged on the rack (100) and is used for arranging and conveying straws;
the packaging device is arranged on the rack (100) and comprises a folding mechanism (400), a first conveying mechanism (500), a traction edge sealing mechanism (600) and an end heat sealing device (700), the film supply device (200), the folding mechanism (400), the traction edge sealing mechanism (600) and the end heat sealing device (700) are sequentially arranged along the moving direction of a film tape, the film tape can be folded by the folding mechanism (400), the first conveying mechanism (500) is positioned below the feeding device (300) and can convey a straw to the folded film tape, and the end heat sealing device (700) is used for sealing the film tape;
the second conveying mechanism (800) is arranged on the rack (100) and is positioned on the output side of the packaging device;
and the collecting device (900) is arranged on the rack (100) and is positioned at the output side of the second conveying mechanism (800).

The straw packaging machine of claim 3, wherein: the feeding device (300) comprises a material bearing frame (301), a first bearing rod (302), a second bearing rod (303), a counting blanking plate (304), a brush (305), a material protection semicircular bracket (306), a second motor (307), a third motor (308) and a blanking block (309), wherein the material bearing frame (301) is arranged on the rack (100), and the material bearing frame (301) is provided with a material bearing bin (310) and a material outlet (311) arranged at the bottom of the material bearing bin (310);
the first bearing rod (302) and the second bearing rod (303) are rotatably connected to the material bearing frame (301), the brush (305) is sleeved on the first bearing rod (302), the counting lower tray (304) is sleeved on the second bearing rod (303), the brush (305) and the counting lower tray (304) are both positioned at the discharge port (311), the brush (305) is positioned at the top of the counting lower tray (304), the second motor (307) and the third motor (308) are both arranged on the material bearing frame (301), the output end of the second motor (307) is in transmission connection with the first bearing rod (302), the output end of the third motor (308) is in transmission connection with the second bearing rod (303), the peripheral side of the counting lower tray (304) is provided with a groove (312), the front side of the counting lower tray (304) is provided with a material protection semicircular bracket (306), the material protection semicircular bracket (306) and the lower tray (309) are both connected to the material bearing frame (301), and a feeding groove (313) which is through up and down is formed in the feeding block (309), the feeding groove (313) is positioned below the counting feeding tray (304), and the bottom end of the material protection semicircular bracket (306) is positioned at an opening at the upper side of the feeding groove (313).

the bottom of the blanking block (309) is provided with two clamping grooves (314), and the two clamping grooves (314) are respectively arranged on two sides of the blanking groove (313);
