Specifically, the butt joints of the first stud 13 and the second stud 14 are respectively provided with lap gaps correspondingly attached to each other, and the butt joint end of the first stud 13 is different in height from the butt joint end of the second stud 14.
Referring to fig. 18, a wiper through hole 21 is formed in the vent cover plate 1, and an elastic sealing ring 23 for abutting against a wiper rotating shaft 22 is disposed in the wiper through hole 21.
The clearance between traditional vent flap and the windscreen wiper pivot is great, does not have seal structure, and rivers cause the corruption of windscreen wiper pivot easily through in the gap gets into vent flap. By arranging the elastic sealing ring 23, water can effectively enter the engine room through gaps around the wiper rotating shaft, the wiper is prevented from being corroded, and water is prevented from being directly sucked into an air conditioner to ablate an air conditioner element.
Specifically, the elastic sealing ring 23 is made of rubber, and the upper end of the elastic sealing ring is about 3-5mm away from the wiper through hole 21, so that the assembly deviation between the wiper rotating shaft 22 and the vent cover plate 1 can be effectively absorbed on the premise of providing good sealing performance.
As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, 9 to 11, a second cross-shaped positioning rib 25 is disposed on the vent cover plate 1, and is matched with a positioning hole on a sheet metal of a vehicle body to play a role of pre-positioning in an installation process of the vent cover plate 1.
The invention also provides a vehicle. The vehicle comprises the ventilation cover plate assembly, hinge shields are further arranged on the left side and the right side of the ventilation cover plate assembly respectively, and cabin rear sealing strips are connected to the first vertical ribs 13 and the second vertical ribs 14 to form a U-shaped closed area so as to prevent water flow from entering the cabin.
According to the vehicle provided by the invention, the ventilation cover plate assembly is adopted, so that the air inlet volume of the vehicle air conditioner is increased, and the refrigeration or heating effect of the air conditioner is improved.

Claims (10)

1. Vent flap assembly, its characterized in that includes:
the ventilation cover plate is provided with a ventilation hole; and
the water guide shield is arranged below the vent hole, a water guide groove used for bearing water flow flowing through the vent hole is formed in the water guide shield, and a water guide opening used for being communicated with the space outside the vehicle is formed in the water guide groove.
2. The vent flap assembly of claim 1, further comprising a water guide switch disposed at the water guide opening, the water guide switch being a one-way switch for allowing water flow out of the water guide channel.
3. The vent flap assembly of claim 2, wherein the water guide opening is located at a bottom of the water chute, the water guide switch comprising:
the switch bracket is connected with the water guide shield, and a bracket opening is formed in one side of the switch bracket; and
the water guide baffle covers the opening of the bracket, the upper part of the water guide baffle is rotatably connected with the switch bracket, a baffle limiting piece is arranged in the switch bracket and/or the water guide groove, and the baffle limiting piece is used for preventing the water guide baffle from swinging in a direction back to the switch bracket; when the water guide baffle swings towards the switch bracket, the water guide opening is communicated with the water guide groove.
4. The vent flap assembly of claim 1, wherein the vent holes are mesh openings.
5. The vent flap assembly of claim 1, wherein the vent holes are respectively disposed at two ends of the vent flap, and the water guide shields are respectively disposed below the two ends of the vent flap.
6. The vent cover assembly of any of claims 1-5, further comprising a service cover removably attached to the vent cover, the service cover corresponding to an electrical component within the cabin.
7. The vent flap assembly of claim 6, wherein one side of the service flap is movably attached to an edge of the vent flap and at least one of the remaining sides of the service flap is snap-fit to the vent flap.
8. The vent cover plate assembly according to claim 7, wherein the edge of the maintenance cover plate is provided with a second bent edge extending downwards, the edge of the vent cover plate is provided with a first bent edge extending upwards, a plurality of retaining walls are arranged on the periphery of the first bent edge, the retaining walls are hermetically connected with the vent cover plate, and the second bent edge is tightly attached to the outer edges of the retaining walls.
9. The vent flap assembly of claim 1, wherein a wiper through hole is formed in the vent flap, and an elastic sealing ring is disposed in the wiper through hole for abutting against a wiper rotating shaft.
10. A vehicle comprising a vent flap assembly according to any of claims 1-9.
