It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details. Furthermore, it should be understood that the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described. Rather, it is contemplated that the invention may be practiced with any combination of the following features and elements, whether or not they relate to different embodiments. Thus, the following aspects, features, embodiments and advantages are merely illustrative and should not be considered elements or limitations of the claims except where explicitly recited in a claim.
A vehicle seat, particularly a single seat of a vehicle, generally includes a seat 21, a seatback 22, and a headrest 23, wherein the seatback 22 is connected to a rear portion of the seat 21 and serves to support a back portion of an occupant, and the headrest 23 is disposed above the seatback 22 and serves to support a head of the occupant. Furthermore, the vehicle comprises a seat belt arrangement. The seatbelt apparatus includes a seatbelt body 11, a buckle 12, and a tongue. The first end portion of the belt body 11 is connected to the vehicle body 30 of the vehicle with the junction 31 located at the lower portion of the vehicle body 30, the second end portion of the belt body 11 is also connected to the vehicle body 30 of the vehicle with the junction 32 located at the upper portion of the vehicle body 30, and the junctions 31, 32 of the first and second end portions of the belt body 11 and the vehicle body 30 are both located on the same side of the seat. The bolt is movably sleeved on the safety belt body 11. When an occupant sits on the seat, the latch tongue may be fittingly connected to the second striker 12B provided at the connection of the seat base 21 and the seat back 22, and the belt body 11 is formed with a portion for restraining the abdomen of the occupant and a portion for restraining the shoulder of the occupant by the latch tongue boundary. When the vehicle runs smoothly, the seat belt body 11 is retracted into the retractor, and when the vehicle is braked suddenly, the seat belt is pulled rapidly due to inertia of the passenger, and at the same time, the retractor stops the seat belt by means of locking action of its internal structure (such as a ratchet and a pawl), so as to fix the passenger, prevent the passenger from having a secondary collision with an in-vehicle device such as a back surface of a front seat, a steering wheel and/or an instrument panel, and prevent the passenger from being thrown out of the vehicle to be injured when the vehicle collides.
As shown in fig. 1, a seatbelt apparatus for a vehicle seat according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a seatbelt body 11, and a tongue is movably sleeved on the seatbelt body 11. The safety belt device also comprises a lock catch which is in adaptive connection with the lock tongue. Specifically, the lock comprises a first lock 12A and a second lock 12B, the first lock 12A is disposed in the middle of one end of the seat 21 far away from the backrest 22, and the second lock 12B is disposed at the joint of the seat 21 and the backrest 22 (i.e., the lock), wherein the internal structure of the first lock 12A may be consistent with known locks. Thus, when an occupant seated in a seat (e.g., a front passenger seat) adjusts the seat back 22 from a substantially upright position to a reclined or flat position to recline or lie flat on the seat, the lock tongue of the seatbelt apparatus can be fittingly connected to the first latch 12A, and at this time, the seatbelt body 11 is divided into two parts by the lock tongue: a first portion 11A and a second portion 11B, one leg of the occupant being located in a space surrounded by the first portion 11A of the seatbelt body and the seat 21, and the other leg being located outside the space surrounded by the first portion 11A and the seat 21. When the front part of the vehicle is impacted or braked suddenly, the safety belt can tightly lock the passenger to prevent the passenger from moving forwards, thereby ensuring that the passenger is not injured when lying. When the passenger sits on the seat in a sitting posture, the tongue is adapted to the second striker 12B, and the belt body 11 is divided by the tongue to form a portion for restraining the abdomen of the passenger and a portion for restraining the shoulder of the passenger, thereby ensuring that the passenger is not injured when sitting. That is, the first lock 12A is disposed at the middle of the end of the seat 21 far from the seat back 22, so that the safety of the passenger sitting on the seat can be ensured, and the passenger can be prevented from being injured when lying on the seat.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the lock tongue includes a first lock tongue configured to be fitted to the first buckle 12A when the occupant lies down and a second lock tongue configured to be fitted to the second buckle 12B when the occupant lies down, and the belt body 11 is divided into a first portion 11A, a second portion 11B, and a third portion 11C by the lock tongues, wherein the first portion 11A is used for restraining one leg of the occupant, the second portion 11B is used for restraining the other leg of the occupant, and the third portion 11C is used for restraining the shoulder of the occupant, so that the belt can tightly lock the entire body of the occupant when a collision or sudden braking occurs at the front of the vehicle to ensure that the occupant is not injured when lying down. When the passenger sits, the first lock tongue and the second lock tongue are configured to be fittingly connected with the second lock catch 12B, so that the passenger is not injured when sitting.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, two seat belt devices that work independently from each other may also be provided, wherein a tongue on a seat belt body of one seat belt device is only used for being in adaptive connection with the first lock catch 12A, so as to ensure that a passenger is not injured when lying down; and the bolt on the safety belt body of the other safety belt device is only used for being matched and connected with the second lock catch 12A so as to ensure that the passenger is not injured when sitting. That is, a seat belt device is added on the basis of the existing vehicle, and a bolt on a seat belt body of the seat belt device is only used for being matched and connected with the first lock catch 12A to ensure that a passenger is not injured when lying. Or in other embodiments, the seatbelt apparatus includes only the first striker 12A disposed in the middle of the end of the seat 21 remote from the seat back 22 to ensure that the occupant is not injured while lying, as shown in fig. 3.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the latch may further include two third latches 12C, and the two third latches 12C are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the seat back 22. Accordingly, the lock tongue further includes two third lock tongues (not shown), which are configured to be fittingly connected with the two third latches 12C in one-to-one correspondence when the occupant lies down. In this case, the seat belt body 11 is divided by the tongue into a first portion 11A, a second portion 11B, a third portion 11C, a fourth portion 11D, and a fifth portion 11E, wherein the first portion 11A is for restraining one leg of the occupant, the second portion 11B is for restraining the other leg of the occupant, and the fourth portion 11C is for restraining the abdomen (or chest) of the occupant, so that the seat belt can tightly lock the entire body of the occupant when a collision or a sudden brake occurs at the front of the vehicle to ensure that the occupant is not injured when lying down. And when the passenger sits on the seat, the second bolt can be in adaptive connection with the second lock catch 12B so as to ensure that the passenger is not injured when sitting on the seat. In addition, when the passenger sits on the seat, the third bolt can be in adaptive connection with the third lock catch 12C, so that the passenger is further prevented from being injured when sitting on the seat.
As shown in fig. 4, the third striker 12C is disposed at the middle in the height direction of the seatback 22, for example, the distance of the third striker 12C from the top of the seatback 22 is 1/3-2/3 of the height of the seatback 22. It should be noted that those skilled in the art will appreciate that the distance between the third latch 12C and the top of the seat back 22 may be other values, and the specific dimensions are designed according to specific situations.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, not shown, the safety belt arrangement further comprises a telescopic strap connecting the buckle 12 to the seat.
Further, a concealing opening for internally concealing the striker 12 is provided at a position of the seat corresponding to the striker 12, so that the striker 12 not in use is concealed in the corresponding concealing opening.
In the above embodiments, the seat may be, for example, a front passenger seat or a driver seat of the vehicle, and it should be noted that the seat may also be other seats on the vehicle, such as a rear seat of the vehicle, as will be understood by those skilled in the art. Thus, an occupant seated in the rear row can lie across the rear row while protecting himself from possible collision injury with the seatbelt apparatus according to the present invention.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a vehicle including a seat and a seatbelt apparatus as described above for the seat.
