Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动船舶大功率充电控制方法,包括以下步骤S1、读取电动船舶电池组的参数,获得充电的需求功率;S2、根据电动船舶的需求功率和充电装置各充电模块当前的输出功率,进行功率匹配,确定电动船舶的适配功率方案;S3、根据适配功率方案控制相对应的充电模块对电动船舶进行充电。本发明根据电动船舶的充电所需功率和充电装置各充电模块当前的输出功率确定适配功率方案,实现不同的充电功率的输出,提高了充电效率,同时也降低了能量的损耗。

一种电动船舶大功率充电控制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及大功率充电技术领域,尤其涉及一种电动船舶大功率充电控制方法。
背景技术
当前,电动船舶因其能够大幅降低船舶污染物气体排放,甚至可以实现零排放的特质,而被市场广泛认可。随着国际船舶排放法规的不断完善,以及船舶动力电池、混合动力技术的不断成熟,电动船舶市场的认可度也在不断提升,电动船舶已然成为了未来船舶行业发展的重点。除了减少排放,电动船舶在运行成本上也明显低于柴油和LNG燃料船舶,并且电动船舶的结构简单,转动部件少,同时也降低了维护成本。
现有的电动船舶的岸电充电系统能够输出的充电功率是固定的,且岸电充电系统在岸边分布较少,为了保证电动船舶在航行过程中的稳定性,电动船舶需要花费较大的时间去进行充电,导致了电动船舶使用的便利性降低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决原有的岸电充电系统充电功率固定,进而导致充电效率低的技术问题;提供一种电动船舶大功率充电控制方法,对应不同类型的电动船舶,控制充电系统输出不同的充电功率,提高了充电效率。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:本发明包括以下步骤
S1、读取电动船舶电池组的参数,获得充电的需求功率;
S2、根据电动船舶的需求功率和充电装置各充电模块当前的输出功率,进行功率匹配,确定电动船舶的适配功率方案;
S3、根据适配功率方案控制相对应的充电模块对电动船舶进行充电。
本发明根据电动船舶的充电所需功率和充电装置各充电模块当前的输出功率确定适配功率方案,实现不同的充电功率的输出,提高了充电效率,同时也降低了能量的损耗。
作为优选,步骤S1具体包括:
当充电装置的充电枪与电动船舶的充电接口完成连接后,进行握手,握手成功后,进行充电枪与充电接口的锁止,锁止成功后,充电装置内的数据采集模块从电动船舶的BMS模块进行数据通讯,读取电动船舶电池组的参数,获得充电的需求功率。
握手操作可以防止窃电行为的发生,将充电枪与充电接口进行锁止,防止充电过程中充电接口与充电枪松动,导致充电不稳定。
作为优选,所述的步骤S2具体包括:
S21、判断电网的当前输出功率是否满足电动船舶充电的需求功率,若满足,则由电网单独为电动船舶进行充电,若不满足,则执行步骤S22;
S22、判断剩余电容量小于SOC1的充电电池的数量占据总体充电电池的百分比是否大于A%,若是,则执行步骤S23,若不是,则直接执行步骤S24;
S23、将电动船舶的充电过程分为两个阶段,第一阶段为控制剩余电容量大于等于SOC1的充电电池单独为电动船舶进行充电,电网为剩余电容量小于SOC1的充电电池进行充电,第二阶段则在第一阶段的基础上加入电网,即剩余电容量大于等于SOC1的充电电池和电网共同为电动船舶进行充电,与此同时电网还为剩余电容量小于SOC1的充电电池进行充电;
S24、根据电网的当前输出功率、电动船舶充电的需求功率以及充电装置中除电网外各剩余电容量大于等于SOC1的充电电池的输出功率,确定需投入使用的充电电池,同时确定电网和已确定的充电电池的充电时长,由电网和充电电池同时为电动船舶进行充电。
针对电网的当前输出功率以及各充电模块的剩余电量,确定不同的功率匹配方案,提高了能源利用的效率和充电效率。
作为优选,所述的第一阶段和第二阶段的判断依据为:当剩余电容量小于SOC1的充电电池的数量占据总体充电电池的百分比小于B%,则电动船舶的充电过程由第一阶段进入第二阶段。
作为优选,在对电动船舶进行充电时,实时监测各充电模块的温度,当温度超过设定的阈值时,进行冷却降温。防止充电模块因温度过高发生爆炸。
作为优选,当充电装置无需为电动船舶进行充电时,定时检测充电装置内各充电电池的剩余电量,若充电电池的剩余电量小于SOC2时,则电网为充电电池进行充电,直至充电电池充满电为止。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明根据电动船舶的充电所需功率和充电装置各充电模块当前的输出功率确定适配功率方案,实现不同的充电功率的输出,提高了充电效率,同时也降低了能量的损耗。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:本实施例的一种电动船舶大功率充电控制方法,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
S1、读取电动船舶电池组的参数,获得充电的需求功率,具体包括:
当充电装置的充电枪与电动船舶的充电接口完成连接后,进行握手,握手成功后,进行充电枪与充电接口的锁止,锁止成功后,充电装置内的数据采集模块从电动船舶的BMS模块进行数据通讯,读取电动船舶电池组的参数,获得充电的需求功率。
握手操作可以防止窃电行为的发生,将充电枪与充电接口进行锁止,防止充电过程中充电接口与充电枪松动,导致充电不稳定。
S2、根据电动船舶的需求功率和充电装置各充电模块当前的输出功率,进行功率匹配,确定电动船舶的适配功率方案,具体包括:
S21、判断电网的当前输出功率是否满足电动船舶充电的需求功率,若满足,则由电网单独为电动船舶进行充电,若不满足,则执行步骤S22;
S22、判断剩余电容量小于SOC1的充电电池的数量占据总体充电电池的百分比是否大于A%,若是,则执行步骤S23,若不是,则直接执行步骤S24;
S23、将电动船舶的充电过程分为两个阶段,第一阶段为控制剩余电容量大于等于SOC1的充电电池单独为电动船舶进行充电,电网为剩余电容量小于SOC1的充电电池进行充电,第二阶段则在第一阶段的基础上加入电网,即剩余电容量大于等于SOC1的充电电池和电网共同为电动船舶进行充电,与此同时电网还为剩余电容量小于SOC1的充电电池进行充电;
S24、根据电网的当前输出功率、电动船舶充电的需求功率以及充电装置中除电网外各剩余电容量大于等于SOC1的充电电池的输出功率,确定需投入使用的充电电池,同时确定电网和已确定的充电电池的充电时长,由电网和充电电池同时为电动船舶进行充电。
第一阶段和第二阶段的判断依据为:当剩余电容量小于SOC1的充电电池的数量占据总体充电电池的百分比小于B%,则电动船舶的充电过程由第一阶段进入第二阶段。
S3、根据适配功率方案控制相对应的充电模块对电动船舶进行充电,同时在对电动船舶进行充电时,实时监测各充电模块的温度,当温度超过设定的阈值时,进行冷却降温。
当充电装置无需为电动船舶进行充电时,定时检测充电装置内各充电电池的剩余电量,若充电电池的剩余电量小于SOC2时,则电网为充电电池进行充电,直至充电电池充满电为止。
本发明根据电动船舶的充电所需功率和充电装置各充电模块当前的输出功率确定适配功率方案,实现不同的充电功率的输出,提高了充电效率,同时也降低了能量的损耗。

Claims (5)

1.一种电动船舶大功率充电控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤
S1、读取电动船舶电池组的参数,获得充电的需求功率;
S2、根据电动船舶的需求功率和充电装置各充电模块当前的输出功率,进行功率匹配,确定电动船舶的适配功率方案;
S3、根据适配功率方案控制相对应的充电模块对电动船舶进行充电;
所述步骤S2具体包括:
S21、判断电网的当前输出功率是否满足电动船舶充电的需求功率,若满足,则由电网单独为电动船舶进行充电,若不满足,则执行步骤S22;
S22、判断剩余电容量小于SOC1的充电电池的数量占据总体充电电池的百分比是否大于A%,若是,则执行步骤S23,若不是,则直接执行步骤S24;
S23、将电动船舶的充电过程分为两个阶段,第一阶段为控制剩余电容量大于等于SOC1的充电电池单独为电动船舶进行充电,电网为剩余电容量小于SOC1的充电电池进行充电,第二阶段则在第一阶段的基础上加入电网,即剩余电容量大于等于SOC1的充电电池和电网共同为电动船舶进行充电,与此同时电网还为剩余电容量小于SOC1的充电电池进行充电;
S24、根据电网的当前输出功率、电动船舶充电的需求功率以及充电装置中除电网外各剩余电容量大于等于SOC1的充电电池的输出功率,确定需投入使用的充电电池,同时确定电网和已确定的充电电池的充电时长,由电网和充电电池同时为电动船舶进行充电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动船舶大功率充电控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1具体包括:
当充电装置的充电枪与电动船舶的充电接口完成连接后,进行握手,握手成功后,进行充电枪与充电接口的锁止,锁止成功后,充电装置内的数据采集模块从电动船舶的BMS模块进行数据通讯,读取电动船舶电池组的参数,获得充电的需求功率。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动船舶大功率充电控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一阶段和第二阶段的判断依据为:当剩余电容量小于SOC1的充电电池的数量占据总体充电电池的百分比小于B%,则电动船舶的充电过程由第一阶段进入第二阶段。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动船舶大功率充电控制方法,其特征在于,在对电动船舶进行充电时,实时监测各充电模块的温度,当温度超过设定的阈值时,进行冷却降温。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动船舶大功率充电控制方法,其特征在于,当充电装置无需为电动船舶进行充电时,定时检测充电装置内各充电电池的剩余电量,若充电电池的剩余电量小于SOC2时,则电网为充电电池进行充电,直至充电电池充满电为止。
