When the paper box 5 falls from the placing plate 321, the pushing block 61 is driven to descend by the lifting cylinder 62, and the descending speed of the pushing block 61 is set to be larger than the natural falling speed of the paper box 5 according to actual conditions, so that the pushing block 61 descends into the paper box 5 to push the paper box 5 to descend, and the falling speed of the paper box 5 is improved. Meanwhile, the descending track of the pushing block 61 is the descending track of the paper box 5, so that the paper box 5 is not easily influenced by external factors such as wind force and the like to generate deviation in the descending process, the paper box 5 is conveniently aligned with the paper sheets 4, and the assembling accuracy is improved.

The reset of the driving rod 71 can be realized by ascending the driving rod 71. After the driving rod 71 is reset, under the action of the torsion spring 722, the two placing plates 321 rotate towards the direction of approaching each other, the placing plates 321 are reset, the next paper box 5 is conveyed onto the placing plates 321, and the placing plates 321 are driven by the driving rod 71 to rotate and reset continuously, so that the batch assembly of the paper boxes 5 and the paper sheets 4 is matched.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the cartridge conveying mechanism 3 further includes a positioning rod 8, the positioning rod 8 is installed on one side of the placing plate 321 far away from the cartridge conveying belt 31 and above the paper conveying belt 21, the positioning rod 8 is vertically arranged, one end of the positioning rod 8 is higher than the placing plate 321, and the other end of the positioning rod 8 is adjacent to the top surface of the paper conveying belt 21. A positioning sliding cylinder 121 is fixedly mounted on the connecting block 112 on the mounting rod 113, a piston rod of the positioning sliding cylinder 121 is horizontally arranged and is far away from the box body conveying belt 31 compared with the placing plate 321, and the piston rod of the positioning sliding cylinder 121 faces the box body conveying belt 31. The number of the positioning rods 8 is two, the positioning rods 8 include a first rod 81 and a second rod 82, and the first rod 81 is fixedly mounted on the auxiliary frame body 12 through a second connecting rod 83. The second rods 82 are positioned below the first rods 81, and side guards 821 are fixedly connected to surfaces of the two second rods 82 which are away from each other. The second rod 82 is fixedly connected to the piston rod of the positioning slide cylinder 121, so that the second rod 82 is slidably mounted on the mounting frame 1. The sliding direction of the second rod 82 faces to or departs from the end of the box body conveying belt 31, and the second rod 82 can slide until one surface of the second rod 82 close to the placing plate 321 is flush with one surface of the first rod 81 close to the placing plate 321.
After the paper cassette 5 is conveyed onto the placing plate 321, the first lever 81 limits the paper cassette 5 so that the paper cassette 5 is not likely to move forward. When the paper cassette 5 is dropped, the second lever 82 is slid toward the end of the travel direction of the cassette transfer belt 31 until the second lever 82 is slid until the side of the second lever 82 near the placing plate 321 is flush with the side of the first lever 81 near the placing plate 321. At this time, the first lever 81 and the second lever 82 are engaged with each other to position the falling of the sheet cassette 5, and the falling trajectory of the sheet cassette 5 is further prevented from being deviated. After the paper box 5 falls onto the paper sheets 4, the second rod 82 slides in a direction away from the end of the advancing direction of the box body conveying belt 31, so that sufficient moving space is provided for the paper box 5 and the paper sheets 4, and the paper body conveying belt 21 can convey the assembled paper box 5 and the assembled paper sheets 4 to the next process.
Referring to fig. 1, the main frame 11 is fixedly provided with two vertical plates 9, the two vertical plates 9 are respectively located at two sides of the paper body conveying belt 21, and the top surfaces of the two vertical plates 9 are integrally formed with a horizontal plate 91. A pressing cylinder 92 is fixedly mounted on the top surface of the transverse plate 91, and a piston rod of the pressing cylinder 92 vertically faces downwards and penetrates through the transverse plate 91. The pressing plate 93 is fixedly connected to one end of the pressing cylinder 92, the piston rod of which penetrates through the transverse plate 91, the pressing plate 93 is located right above the paper body conveying belt 21, and the end of the pressing plate 93, which is closer to the traveling direction of the paper body conveying belt 21 than the placing plate 321, is. When the assembled paper box 5 and the paper sheet 4 are conveyed to the next process, the pressing cylinder 92 is started to enable the bottom surface of the pressing plate 93 to be abutted against the top surface of the paper box 5, so that the paper box 5 is pressed on the paper sheet 4, and the assembling firmness of the paper box 5 and the paper sheet 4 is improved.
The implementation principle of the device for packaging the paper box in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the paper cassette 5 is assembled with the paper sheets 4, the paper sheets 4 are conveyed to the lower side of the placing plate 321 by the paper body conveyor belt 21, and at the same time, the paper cassette 5 is conveyed onto the placing plate 321 by the cassette body conveyor belt 31 and is limited by the first lever 81. At this time, the lifting cylinder 62 is started, the pushing block 61 and the driving rod 71 are lowered at the same time, the driving rod 71 drives the two placing plates 321 to rotate in the direction away from each other through the driving wheel 73 and the driving plate 72, and the pushing block 61 pushes the paper box 5 to fall. When the paper cassette 5 is ready to fall, the positioning sliding cylinder 121 drives the second rod 82 to slide in a direction close to the cassette conveying belt 31, and cooperates with the first rod 81 to position the falling track of the paper cassette 5, so as to improve the accuracy of the paper cassette 5 falling onto the paper sheets 4.
