Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 7, an embodiment of the tool set of the present invention includes a handle unit 2 and four tool groups 3, 4, 5 and 6.
The handle unit 2 extends along a rotation axis L, and can be held by a user to rotate around the rotation axis L. The handle unit 2 includes two handle portions 21 extending along the direction of the rotation axis L, four connecting ribs 22 connecting the handle portions 21, and four pivots 23 passing through four corners of the handle portions 21.
The handle portions 21 define a tool space 211 therebetween for receiving the tool groups 3, 4, 5, 6. The connecting ribs 22 are located in the tool space 211 to improve the structural strength of the handle unit 2.
Wherein the handle unit 2 is preferably substantially cylindrical, and the cross section of the handle portion 21 on the rotation axis L is arcuate. However, the handle unit 2 may be in the shape of a regular hexagonal column, a regular octagonal column, etc., so as to conform to ergonomics and facilitate the holding operation of the user.
The handle unit 2 preferably has at least one concave-convex holding area 212 formed on the outer side surface, and in the present embodiment, four symmetrical holding areas 212 are formed on the upper, lower, left and right sides, so as to provide a larger frictional resistance for a user to hold more stably without slipping.
Referring to fig. 3-6, each tool group 3, 4, 5, 6 includes a plurality of tool pieces 7, and each tool group 3, 4, 5, 6 has a pivot axis M. In the present embodiment, the tool groups 3, 4, 5, and 6 are respectively located at the upper and lower positions of the front and rear sides, and the four tool groups 3, 4, 5, and 6 have the same extension plane P. However, the tool set may also include only one, two, or three of the tool groups 3, 4, 5, and 6, but not limited thereto. In fig. 5, 6, 9 and 12, for clarity of illustration, only the front row of the tool pieces 7 is drawn, and the rear row of the tool pieces 7 is omitted.
Referring to fig. 3, 7-9, each tool member 7 includes a setting portion 71 pivotally disposed on the handle unit 2, an extending portion 72 extending from the setting portion 71 along the extending direction of the rotation axis L, and a tool portion 73 located at an end of the extending portion 72 away from the setting portion 71. Each tool member 7 can be rotated through the setting portion 71 to rotate into the handle unit 2 to be located at a storage position as shown in fig. 3 and 7, or to rotate out of the handle unit 2 to be located at an operation position as shown in fig. 8 and 9.
Referring to fig. 3, 7-9, when each tool element 7 is in the operating position, at least one of the setting portion 71 and the extending portion 72 extends toward the rotation axis L, so that the tool portion 73 is located on the rotation axis L.
In the storage position, the placing portions 71 of the tool members 7 are arranged along the pivot axis M perpendicular to the rotation axis L, and each placing portion 71 extends outward from the pivot axis M by a length h substantially equal to the shortest distance d from the pivot axis M to the rotation axis L. Wherein the extension length h is defined as the length extending from the pivot axis M to the axis of the tool part 73, so that when the tool member 7 is turned to the operating position, the axis of the tool part 73 is coincident with the rotation axis L, as shown in fig. 8.
It should be noted that, in order to firmly arrange the tool members 7 at proper positions, a plurality of spacers 8 with proper thickness are disposed at the gaps of the disposing portions 71 as shown in fig. 9 to prevent the tool members 7 from moving.
Referring to fig. 3, 7-9, the extension plane P is defined to have the rotation axis L and to be perpendicular to the pivot axis M, and in the storage position, the lengths of the tool pieces 7 in the direction of the rotation axis L are different, and the lengths of the tool pieces 7 in the direction of the rotation axis L are gradually increased from the center to the outside. The extending portion 72 of each tool member 7 extends along the extending direction of the rotation axis L and toward the extending plane P, so that the tool portion 73 of each tool member 7 is juxtaposed on the extending plane P.
The following describes the detail variations of each tool group 3, 4, 5, 6:
tool groups 3, 6: referring to fig. 5, 7, 8 and 9, tool set 3 is illustrated because tool sets 3 and 6 are similar. The tool group 3 has three tool members 7, and in the storage position, the length of the tool member 7 located at the center is the shortest, the lengths of the left and right tool members 7 are gradually increased, and the left and right extending portions 72 extend in the direction of the extension plane P, so that three tool portions 73 are all arranged on the extension plane P. In the storage position, if the tool pieces 7 interfere with each other in length, one of the tool pieces 7 can be pressed inward to be inclined (see fig. 7), and each tool piece 7 can be stored in the handle unit 2.
In this case, it is preferable that the tool 7 requiring a large force is designed to have a large outer diameter and a short length in the direction of the rotation axis L, so that a better durability of the product can be obtained.
Thus, when each tool 7 is turned out to be located at the operating position, each tool part 73 is still located on the central extending plane P (as shown in fig. 9), and the corresponding arrangement parts 71 extend outward from the pivot axis M and have a length substantially equal to the shortest distance d from the pivot axis M to the rotation axis L, so that when each tool 7 is turned over 180 degrees to be located at the operating position, the tool part 73 can be located on the rotation axis L, that is, since each tool part 73 is located on the rotation axis L after being turned out, a user can hold the handle unit 2 and rotate the tool set by using the rotation axis L located at the center as an axis for operation.
Tool groups 4, 5: referring to fig. 5, 10, 11 and 12, the tool groups 4 and 5 are similar to each other and will be described together. Both tool groups 4, 5 have two tool pieces 7. Wherein the setting portion 71 of a tool 7 has two setting blocks 711 pivotally disposed on the handle unit 2 and spaced along the pivot axis M, the extending portion 72 of the tool 7 has two extending posts 721 respectively extending from the setting blocks 711 along the extending direction of the rotation axis L, the tool portion 73 of the tool 7 and two ends along the extending posts 721 and along the extending direction of the rotation axis L are respectively tools of different specifications (for example, hex wrenches of M8 and M10 specifications, respectively), the rotation axis of the tool portion 73 is parallel to the pivot axis M, so that a user can rotate the tool portion 73 180 degrees to select a desired end. The extending posts 721 of the tool element 7 define a sub-tool space 722 therebetween into which another tool element 7 (e.g., a screwdriver) can be received.
Thus, the user can choose to turn out the tool 7 (screwdriver) in the sub-tool space 722 or turn the tool 7 with the sub-tool space 722 180 degrees and rotate the tool part 73 to a desired end for operation. Similarly, by means of the extension length h of the setting portions 71 extending outwards from the pivot axis M and being substantially the same as the shortest distance d from the pivot axis M to the rotation axis L, when each tool 7 is turned out to be located at the operating position, the tool portion 73 is located on the rotation axis L.
Referring to fig. 10, it should be noted that the outer diameters of the two ends of the tool portion 73 with the sub-tool space 722 are not limited by the distance between the setting blocks 711, and when the tool portion 73 with a larger outer diameter needs to be set, a groove 723 with a corresponding shape is formed inside the extending pillars 721 within a range that does not affect the supporting degree of the extending pillars 721, so as to set the end of the tool portion 73 with a larger outer diameter.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 8 and fig. 9, through the above description, the effects of the present embodiment are as follows:
firstly, by designing each tool 7 at the operation position, at least one of the setting portion 71 and the extending portion 72 extends toward the rotation axis L, so that the tool portion 73 is located on the rotation axis L, when a user operates the tool set, no matter which tool 7 is selected, the user can rotate the tool set by taking the rotation axis L as an axis to operate, thereby conforming to the force application habit of human body and greatly increasing the use convenience.
Secondly, when a plurality of rows of tool members 7 are arranged and the tool members 7 deviate from the rotation axis L, by designing that the outward extension length h of each arrangement portion 71 from the pivot axis M is substantially the same as the shortest distance d from the pivot axis M to the rotation axis L, after each arrangement portion 71 is turned over 180 degrees, the corresponding tool portion 73 is just positioned on the rotation axis L, and the effect of increasing the use convenience can be achieved.
Thirdly, when a plurality of tool members 7 are arranged on the pivot axis M and the tool members 7 deviate from the extension plane P, by designing the extension parts 72 to extend toward the extension plane P, the tool parts 73 of each tool member 7 are juxtaposed on the extension plane P, and similarly, after each arrangement part 71 is turned over 180 degrees, the corresponding tool part 73 is exactly located on the rotation axis L, thereby achieving the effect of increasing the convenience of use.
Fourthly, referring to fig. 10, by designing the tool part 7 composed of two setting blocks 711, two extending columns 721, and a pivoted tool part 73, it is possible to provide more large-sized tools in a limited space, and by disassembling the above-mentioned structure, it is also possible to reduce the manufacturing cost of each component, and the simple assembly structure can achieve excellent durability.
Referring to fig. 3, by designing the handle unit 2 to be cylindrical and forming a plurality of concave-convex holding areas 212 on the outer side surface, friction can be increased, the hand feeling of the user can be improved, the probability of slippery hands can be reduced, and the convenience of use can be further increased.
In summary, the tool set of the present invention can achieve the objective of the present invention.
However, the above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited by this, and all the simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the patent specification should be included in the scope of the present invention.
