Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the cooling and drying device 5 further includes a cooling mechanism, a cooling chamber 52, and four cooling pipes 53, the cooling mechanism is a cooling tower 51, the cooling pipes 53 are located in the cooling chamber 52, the cooling tower 51 is communicated with the four cooling pipes 53 through connecting pipes, and the cooling pipes 53 are fixedly connected with the connecting pipes and are fixedly arranged in the cooling chamber through the connecting pipes.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the cooling pipe 53 includes a cladding pipe 531 and a liquid flow pipe 532, the cladding pipe 531 is sleeved outside the liquid flow pipe 532, an inner wall of the cladding pipe 531 is spaced from an outer wall of the liquid flow pipe 532, a top end of the cladding pipe 531 is bent and extended toward the liquid flow pipe 532 and is fixedly connected to the liquid flow pipe 532, and a bottom end of the cladding pipe 531 is bent and extended toward the liquid flow pipe 532 and is fixedly connected to the liquid flow pipe 532. The wall of the cladding pipe 531 is provided with a plurality of condensate cavities 533, and the walls of the condensate cavities 533 extend obliquely towards the bottom end of the liquid flow pipe 532. The bottoms of the four coating pipes 531 are communicated with the same flow guide pipe 534, and the flow guide pipe 534 passes through the side wall of the cooling chamber 52 and is connected with a drain valve 535. The lower end of each liquid flow pipe 532 is communicated with the same liquid return pipe 55, and one end of the liquid return pipe 55 far away from the liquid flow pipe 532 is communicated with the cooling tower 51, so that a closed loop is formed among the cooling tower 51, the connecting pipe, the cooling pipe 53 and the liquid return pipe 55, and the liquid flow pipes 532 always have the function of cooling and drying gas.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, an air inlet 521 and an air return opening 523 are formed in one end of the cooling chamber 52, which is far away from the ground, the air inlet 521 is communicated with a blower, an air return pipe 56 is connected to the air return opening 523, an air return air outlet 12 is formed in the side wall of the pre-cooling chamber 1, one end of the air return pipe 56, which is far away from the cooling chamber 52, is hermetically and fixedly connected with the peripheral wall of the air return air outlet 12, so that the air return pipe 56 is communicated with the interior of the pre-cooling chamber 1, and a one-way vent valve 561 for allowing air to flow from the pre-cooling chamber 1 to the cooling chamber 52 is arranged in the air return pipe 56.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 5, an air outlet 522 is opened on a side wall of the cooling chamber 52 opposite to the air inlet 521, the air outlet 522 is located at one end of the cooling chamber 52 close to the ground, and the airflow pipe 54 is fixedly and hermetically connected with a peripheral wall of the air outlet 522. The air flow pipe 54 extends in a bent manner in the direction of the housing 9 and is divided into two cooling branch pipes 541 and one heating branch pipe 542. The side wall of the pre-cooling chamber 1 is provided with a first cold air inlet 11, the side wall of the welding chamber 2 is provided with a second cold air inlet 21, one cooling branch pipe 541 is hermetically and fixedly connected with the peripheral wall of the first cold air inlet 11, and the other cooling branch pipe 541 is hermetically and fixedly connected with the peripheral wall of the second cold air inlet 21. The temperature return chamber 4 is provided with a hot gas inlet 41, the heating branch pipes 542 are fixedly connected with a heating box 543 for heating the gas in the heating branch pipes 542, one end of the heating branch pipes 542 close to the cooling branch pipes 541 is fixedly connected with a one-way vent valve 561, and one end of the heating branch pipes 542 far away from the cooling chamber 52 is sealed and fixedly connected with the peripheral wall of the hot gas inlet 41.
The blower blows air into the cooling chamber 52, meanwhile, the gas in the pre-cooling chamber 1 enters the cooling chamber 52, moisture in the air enters the liquid condensation cavity 533 and is liquefied on the surface of the liquid flow pipe 532, the liquefied water moves towards the direction close to the bottom wall of the cladding pipe 531 along the outer wall of the liquid flow pipe 532, and the condensed liquefied water is guided out of the cooling chamber 52 through the guide pipe 534. The gas is lowered in temperature by the heat transfer and moves in the direction of the gas flow pipe 54 while the gas pressure in the cooling chamber 52 is constantly increased, and is introduced into the pre-cooling chamber 1 and the welding chamber 2 through the cooling branch pipe 541. The gas introduced into the heating branch 542 forms hot and dry gas by the heating action of the heating tank 543, and enters the temperature return chamber 4.
The implementation principle of the laser welding equipment for the lithium battery explosion-proof valve is as follows:
the driving motor 76, the blower and the cooling tower 51 are started, the liquid coolant in the cooling tower 51 is introduced into the cooling pipe 53 through the connecting pipe, the blower conveys air to the cooling chamber 52, the air is dried and cooled in the cooling chamber 52, the cooled and dried gas is introduced into the precooling chamber 1 and the welding chamber 2 through the cooling branch pipe 541, the air pressure in the precooling chamber 1 is gradually increased, and the circulated gas is introduced into the precooling chamber 1 again through the air return pipe 56. The heated dry gas is passed back to the greenhouse 4 via heating manifold 542.
The lithium battery component is placed on the chain plate conveyor belt 6, the explosion-proof valve is placed on the lithium battery component, the lithium battery component enters the pre-cooling chamber 1 from the gap between the two fan blades 732 for pre-cooling, then enters the welding chamber 2, when the explosion-proof valve is located below the laser welder 91, the lithium battery component is fixed by the fixing mechanism 8, and the laser welder 91 performs laser welding on the explosion-proof valve. After the welding, lithium battery component is loosened to fixing mechanism 8, and lithium battery component gets into transition room 3 and temperature return room 4 along with link joint conveyer belt 6 in proper order, and lithium battery component surface temperature risees gradually, and because of not dry gas in the cavity, the difficult liquefied water that forms on lithium battery surface. The lithium battery component leaves the shell 9 along with the chain plate conveyor belt 6, and because the surface temperature of the lithium battery component is less different from the external environment, liquefied water is not easily formed on the surface, so that the probability of the reduction of the production quality of the lithium battery caused by the reaction of lithium ions and water in the lithium battery component is reduced.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

the laser welding equipment further comprises a sealing assembly (7) for blocking gas convection, the sealing assembly (7) comprises a sealing block (72) and partition plates (74) for partitioning each chamber, the partition plates (74) are fixedly connected with the shell (9), through holes (741) for allowing lithium battery components and straight sections of the chain plate conveyor belt (6) far away from the ground to pass through are correspondingly formed in the partition plates (74) and the shell (9), the sealing block (72) is fixedly connected with the chain plate conveyor belt (6), and the sealing block (72) is connected with the hole walls of the through holes (741) in a sealing and sliding mode;
the sealing assembly (7) further comprises a plurality of sealing turntables (73), each sealing turntable (73) comprises a rotating shaft (731), a plurality of fan sheets (732) and telescopic sealing plates (733) which correspond to the fan sheets one by one, the rotating shaft (731) is connected with the hole wall of the through hole (741) in a rotating mode, the axial direction of the rotating shaft (731) is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the chain plate conveyor belt (6), a driving assembly used for driving the rotating shaft (731) to rotate is arranged on the shell (9), the fan sheets (732) are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft (731), the fan sheets (732) are fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (731), the telescopic sealing plates (733) are connected with the fan sheets (731) in a sliding mode in the direction close to or far away from the rotating shaft (731), driving pieces used for driving the telescopic sealing plates (733) to slide are arranged on the fan sheets (732), the top walls of the through holes (741) are fixedly connected with the sealing plates (742), the telescopic sealing plates (733) can abut against the telescopic sealing plates (733) and the sealing plates (733) can abut against the sealing plates (742), and the telescopic sealing plates (733) can abut against the chain plate conveyor belt (732).
