Because the notch 111 of the tapping hole 11 is generated due to the limitation of the process, when the tapping deviation preventing device 2 extends into the section bar 1, the tapping deviation preventing device 2 is provided with a compensating piece extending into the notch 111, the structure of the compensating piece is matched with that of the notch 111, and after the tapping deviation preventing device 2 extends into the section bar 1, the compensating piece correspondingly extends into the notch 111, so that the whole outer wall of the tapping hole 11 is kept complete.
It can be understood that although the compensation piece stretches into the tapping hole 11, the compensation piece does not need to be tapped, in order to avoid the compensation piece from influencing the normal tapping of the tapping component 3, the thickness of the compensation piece is smaller than that of the notch 111, therefore, when the tapping deviation preventing device 2 stretches into the profile 1 and then uses the tapping component 3, the tapping component 3 taps the inner wall of the tapping hole 11, but a gap is formed between the tapping component 3 and the compensation piece, therefore, the tapping component 3 is not in contact with the compensation piece, and therefore, the tapping component 3 is prevented from being in contact with the compensation piece.
When adopting above-mentioned tapping to prevent device 2 partially to section bar 1 when the tapping, at first prevent partially device 2 grafting to section bar 1 department with the tapping, because the limiting plate 21 in the device 2 partially is prevented partially to the tapping matches with the joint groove 12 structure in the section bar 1, consequently, the tapping prevents partially device 2 and has just realized the tapping and prevent partially device 2's fixed after grafting to section bar 1, use tapping subassembly 3 to pass the tapping afterwards and prevent that the spacing hole in the device 2 partially stretches into in the spliced eye, realize tapping 11, and at the tapping in-process, when tapping subassembly 3 outwards removes, just can receive the tapping and prevent blockking of device 2 partially to avoid the screw thread skew, tapping attacks partial bad problem.

Claims (8)

1. The aluminum alloy section circular arc groove tapping deviation preventing device is characterized in that the section is provided with a tapping hole for tapping, part of side wall of the tapping hole penetrates along the extending direction of the tapping hole to form a notch, a limiting hole is formed in the tapping deviation preventing device, the tapping deviation preventing device can be inserted and fixed to the section along the extending direction of the tapping hole to coat the side wall of the tapping hole, the tapping component penetrates through the limiting hole to extend into the tapping hole to achieve tapping, and the tapping deviation preventing device can limit deformation of the tapping hole at the notch;
the hardness of the tapping deviation preventing device is greater than that of the tapping assembly, a clamping groove is formed in the section in a concave mode, the clamping groove is communicated with the tapping hole through the notch, and the tapping deviation preventing device is inserted into the clamping groove and abutted to the inner wall of the clamping groove;
the anti-deviation device for tapping is provided with a compensating piece extending into the opening, the structure of the compensating piece is matched with that of the opening, and after the anti-deviation device for tapping extends into the section bar, the compensating piece correspondingly extends into the opening.
2. The aluminum alloy profile arc groove tapping deviation prevention device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a limiting protrusion is arranged at the joint of the tapping deviation prevention device and the outer wall of the tapping hole.

The aluminum alloy profile arc groove tapping deviation prevention device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the limiting protrusion is a hemispherical protrusion arranged on the tapping deviation prevention device, and the limiting protrusion is provided with an arc-shaped surface abutted against the outer wall of the tapping hole.
4. The aluminum alloy profile arc groove tapping deviation prevention device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the number of the limiting protrusions is two, and the two limiting protrusions are oppositely arranged on two sides of the notch.
5. The aluminum alloy profile arc groove tapping deviation prevention device as claimed in claim 1, wherein in a state that the tapping deviation prevention device is inserted into the profile, the inner wall of the limiting hole and the inner wall of the tapping hole are located in the same plane.

The aluminum alloy profile arc groove tapping deviation prevention device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tapping deviation prevention device comprises a limiting plate inserted into the profile and a fixing plate connected to the limiting plate, and the fixing plate can abut against the end face of the profile.
7. The aluminum alloy profile arc groove tapping deviation prevention device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the fixing plate is formed with a threaded hole, and the tapping deviation prevention device further comprises a bolt connected to the limiting plate through the threaded hole.
8. The aluminum alloy profile arc groove tapping deviation prevention device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the profile falls into the fixing plate in a projection in the extending direction of the tapping hole.
