a spring system 12 is arranged in the rodless cavity 6 of the locking oil cylinder, one end of the spring system 12 is fixed on the side surface of the rodless cavity 6 of the locking oil cylinder, and the other end of the spring system 12 is wound and sleeved on the piston sleeve 8; the spring system 12 has a pre-stress in the range of 6.1-11.0 KN, typical but not limiting pre-stresses being e.g. 6.1KN, 6.5KN, 6.8KN, 7.0KN, 7.4KN, 7.8KN, 8.2KN, 8.6KN, 9.0KN, 9.4KN, 9.8KN, 10.2KN, 10.6KN, 11.0 KN.
After the locking oil cylinder 5 is unloaded due to oil leakage, oil channeling and the like, the piston sleeve 8 does not prop against the side surface of the water gap sliding plate 10 any more, and the water gap sliding plate 10 does not provide a counterforce any more; the spring system 12 is arranged in the rodless cavity 6 of the locking oil cylinder, always keeps certain pre-pressure, can provide thrust for the piston sleeve 8, pushes the piston sleeve 8 to continuously push the side surface of the water gap sliding plate 10 forwards, and further ensures the normal and stable operation of the sliding plate oil cylinder 2.
According to field measurement and practical experience, when the pre-pressure of the spring system 12 is too small, the thrust for pushing the piston sleeve 8 is too small, the piston sleeve 8 extends forwards but cannot push against the side surface of the water gap sliding plate 10, or the piston sleeve 8 extends forwards and can push against the water gap sliding plate 10, but the force is small, so that the reverse thrust for clamping the sliding plate oil cylinder 2 in the mounting base 13 is small, the sliding plate oil cylinder 2 is not firmly clamped, and the sliding plate oil cylinder is easy to fall off; when the pre-pressure is too large, the reverse acting force provided by the water gap sliding plate 10 is too large, the sliding plate oil cylinder 2 is fixed too fast, and the sliding plate oil cylinder is difficult to take out when a mechanical arm and the like are adopted for automatic disassembly.
Optionally, the spring system 12 may be a disc spring, which has the advantages of short stroke, small required space, simple and convenient manufacturing, durable material, etc., and the middle part is hollow and is sleeved on the piston sleeve 8, which is beneficial to saving space; the diameter of the disc spring is based on the diameter of the rodless cavity 6 of the locking oil cylinder, and the disc spring is fixed in the middle of the side face of the rodless cavity 6 of the locking oil cylinder, does not deflect up and down, and provides uniform thrust for the piston sleeve 8.
Furthermore, a pressure monitoring relay is respectively arranged on the sliding plate cylinder valve stand and the locking cylinder valve stand. The pressure monitoring relay is an element which enables an electric contact to act when the fluid pressure reaches a preset value in a hydraulic system, and a PLC (programmable logic controller) alarm program is started immediately by adjusting the pressure monitoring relay when the detected pressure reaches the value below a threshold value set by the normal working pressure, so that the hydraulic fault is processed by manual intervention, and the normal work of the system is ensured.
In a second aspect, the present application further provides a control method for controlling looseness prevention of a sliding plate cylinder of a ladle, specifically including:
step 1: the bottom of the molten steel tank 11 is provided with a mounting base 13 and a nozzle sliding plate 10, the molten steel tank 11 is placed on a ladle of a continuous casting machine, the locking oil cylinder 5 is sleeved in the sliding plate oil cylinder 2 by adopting a manipulator and is embedded into the mounting base 13, and a piston rod 4 at the front end of the sliding plate oil cylinder 2 is fixed in the nozzle sliding plate 10;
step 2: the locking oil cylinder rodless cavity 6 is used for feeding oil, the piston sleeve 8 extends forwards to prop against the side face of the water gap sliding plate 10, and the locking oil cylinder 5 fixes the sliding plate oil cylinder 2 in the mounting base 13 by utilizing the reaction force of the water gap sliding plate 10;
and step 3: the molten steel tank 11 is ready for casting, the electromagnetic valve is opened to be electrified, hydraulic oil enters the rod cavity 2 of the sliding plate oil cylinder through the hydraulic oil pipe, the sliding plate oil cylinder 2 retracts, the piston rod 4 drives the water gap sliding plate 10 to move to one side of the sliding plate oil cylinder 2, and molten steel flows out of the molten steel tank 11 to be cast;
and 4, step 4: if the locking oil cylinder 5 is in a locking working state, oil leakage unloading is caused by high temperature and the like, a spring system 12 in a rodless cavity 6 of the locking oil cylinder can provide pre-pressure within the range of 6.1-11.0 KN so as to ensure that the piston sleeve 8 always props against the side surface of a molten steel ladle nozzle sliding plate 10 and ensure that the sliding plate oil cylinder 2 is stably fixed in the mounting base 13 in the casting process;
and 5: after casting is finished, the rodless cavity 6 of the sliding plate oil cylinder takes oil and pushes the piston rod 4 to move forwards, so that the water gap sliding plate 10 is driven to move forwards to block the steel outlet of the molten steel tank 11.

3. The device of claim 1, wherein the locking cylinder is provided with a hole 1 on a side close to the slide cylinder for accommodating the piston rod to pass through;
a hole 2 is formed in one side, close to the water gap sliding plate, of the locking oil cylinder and is used for accommodating the piston rod and the piston sleeve to penetrate through;
the piston sleeve is transversely arranged in the locking oil cylinder, one end of the piston sleeve is connected with the side surface of the locking oil cylinder close to one side of the sliding plate oil cylinder, and the other end of the piston sleeve penetrates out of the hole 2;
the piston sleeve is of a hollow structure and is consistent with the hole 1 in size, and the piston rod penetrates through the hole 1, penetrates through the hole 2 together with the piston sleeve and enters the water gap sliding plate;
and a vertical baffle plate is arranged in the middle of the piston sleeve and divides the locking oil cylinder into a locking oil cylinder rodless cavity and a locking oil cylinder rod cavity.
4. The device of claim 3, wherein the gap between the piston sleeve and the piston rod is sealed by a strong sealing gasket, and the slide plate cylinder and the locking cylinder are connected with separate hydraulic oil paths.

The device of claim 4, wherein the rod-less cavity of the locking cylinder is connected with an oil inlet pipe, the oil inlet of the rod-less cavity of the locking cylinder pushes the piston sleeve to extend towards one side of the water gap sliding plate and push against the side surface of the water gap sliding plate, and the locking cylinder fixes the sliding plate cylinder in the mounting base by using the reaction force of the water gap sliding plate.

step 1: the bottom of the molten steel tank is provided with an installation base and a water gap sliding plate, the molten steel tank is placed on a ladle of a continuous casting machine, a locking oil cylinder with a spring system arranged in an inner rodless cavity is sleeved in a sliding plate oil cylinder by a manipulator and is embedded into the installation base, and the front end of a piston rod of the sliding plate oil cylinder is fixed in the water gap sliding plate;
step 2: the locking oil cylinder is used for feeding oil into the rodless cavity, the piston sleeve extends forwards to prop against the side face of the water gap sliding plate, and the locking oil cylinder fixes the sliding plate oil cylinder in the mounting base by utilizing the reaction force of the water gap sliding plate;
and step 3: the molten steel tank is ready for casting, the electromagnetic valve is opened to be electrified, hydraulic oil enters the rod cavity of the sliding plate oil cylinder through the hydraulic oil pipe, the sliding plate oil cylinder retracts, the piston rod drives the water gap sliding plate to move to one side of the sliding plate oil cylinder, and molten steel flows out of the molten steel tank to be cast;
and 4, step 4: if the locking oil cylinder is in a locking working state, oil leakage unloading is caused by high temperature and the like, a spring system in a rodless cavity of the locking oil cylinder can provide pre-pressure within the range of 6.1-11.0 KN so as to ensure that the piston sleeve always props against the side surface of a water gap sliding plate of the molten steel tank and ensure that the sliding plate oil cylinder is stably fixed in the mounting base in the casting process;
and 5: after casting is finished, the rodless cavity of the sliding plate oil cylinder feeds oil to push the piston rod to move forwards, so that the water gap sliding plate is driven to move forwards to block the steel tapping hole of the molten steel tank.
