Working principle: during operation, the motor 2 positively rotates to drive the first rotating shaft 21 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 21 rotates to drive the stirring plate 22 to stir materials in the horizontal direction, the first rotating shaft 21 rotates to drive the second rotating shaft 25 to rotate through the meshing of the first bevel gear 23 and the second bevel gear 24, the second rotating shaft 25 rotates to drive the arc plate 26 to rotate, the curved surface of the arc plate 26 faces the same direction as the rotating direction of the second rotating shaft 25 at the moment, the arc plate 26 rotates in the vertical direction to stir the un-stirred materials at the bottom end of the shell 1 to the upper part of the shell 1, liquid at the bottom end of the shell 1 and part of liquid on the shell 1 are further mixed to ensure uniformity of the liquid, production quality of floor paint is improved, during stirring, the arc knife 31 collides with the agglomerated materials, in the rotating process of the arc plate 26, water flow drives the rotating ring 41 on the fixed column 4 to rotate, the rotating ring 41 drives the needle 42 to rotate to further completely crush the agglomerated materials, the dissolution of the agglomerated materials is accelerated, and after the stirring is finished, the discharging valve 13 is opened, the motor 2 reversely rotates, the arc plate 26 can accelerate the discharging of the shell 1 materials; during operation, the first rotating shaft 21 drives the cleaning plate 53 to rotate through the first connecting column 5, the third connecting column 52 drives the soft brush 54 on the cleaning plate 53 to be attached to the inner wall of the shell 1 under the action of centrifugal force, the second connecting column 51 slides in the arc-shaped sliding groove 58 on the annular disc 57 all the time under the action of the torsion spring to drive the cleaning plate 53 to move up and down for cleaning, and in the cleaning process of the cleaning plate 53 moving up and down, the centrifugal force can push the elastic ball 59 to squeeze the curved surface film 55, and the soft brush 54 is always attached to the inner wall of the shell 1, so that the cleaning effect is ensured.

a group of arc-shaped grooves (3) are formed in the arc-shaped inner surface of the arc-shaped plate (26); the bottom end of the arc-shaped groove (3) is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped knife (31) through a first spring (32); the curved surface of the arc-shaped knife (31) faces the second rotating shaft (25); the bottom end of the arc-shaped knife (31) is slidably connected in the arc-shaped groove (3), and the top end of the arc-shaped knife (31) is triangular;
an elastic membrane (33) is arranged at the intersection of the curved surface of the arc-shaped knife (31) close to the second rotating shaft (25) and the arc-shaped plate (26); one end of the elastic membrane (33) is fixedly connected to the arc-shaped knife (31), and the other end of the elastic membrane is fixedly connected to the arc-shaped plate (26); the bottom end of the arc-shaped knife (31) is connected to the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove (3) in a sealing and sliding manner; the arc-shaped groove (3) is communicated with the sealing space formed by the elastic membrane (33), the arc-shaped knife (31) and the arc-shaped plate (26) through a first hose (34).
