The CNC milling machine cooling oil filtering device of claim 1, wherein: the outer portion of the connecting pipe (10) is fixedly connected with a fixing flange (101), the bottom of the connecting pipe (10) is fixedly connected with a fixing block (102), and the sealing plug (17) is movably sleeved on a position between the fixing flange (101) and the fixing block (102).

The CNC milling machine cooling oil filtering device of claim 1, wherein: the top fixedly connected with connector (111) of first filter (11), first seal groove (112) have been seted up to the inboard of first filter (11), the inside fixedly connected with connecting block (113) of connector (111), second seal groove (114) have been seted up at the top of connecting block (113).

The CNC milling machine cooling oil filter equipment of claim 4, characterized in that: the outside fixedly connected with protruding circle (171) of sealing plug (17), protruding circle (171) and first seal groove (112) interference fit, sealing plug (17) are T shape tubbiness structure, the external diameter at sealing plug (17) top is the same with the external diameter of connector (111).

8. A CNC milling machine cooling oil filtering apparatus and its filtering method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: comprises the following steps of (a) carrying out,
s1, cooling oil enters the oil storage tank (1) through the oil inlet pipe (2), large impurities contained in the cooling oil are precipitated in the precipitation tank (4), precipitated upper clear oil overflows to the right side of the partition plate (3), and then the cooling oil is conveyed to the first filter (11) through the oil conveying pipe (7) through the oil conveying pump (6) for filtering;
s2, when the first filter (11) is blocked, the flow sensor (8) detects that the flow inside the oil pipeline (7) is too slow and transmits a signal to the controller (13), the controller (13) controls the electromagnetic three-way valve (9) to be switched to one side of the second filter (12) so that the oil pipeline (7) is communicated with the second filter (12), and the second filter (12) filters the cooling oil to avoid interruption of the cooling oil filtration;
s3, the controller (13) controls the electromagnetic three-way valve (9) to switch and simultaneously transmits signals to the alarm lamp (14) and the buzzer (15), and the alarm lamp (14) flashes and the buzzer (15) sounds to remind an operator of replacing the first filter (11);
s4, the operator finds the first filter (11), unscrews the first fixing cap (16) and the second fixing cap (20), and pulls the connecting pipe (10) and the oil outlet pipe (21) out of the first filter (11) to complete the replacement of the first filter (11).
