Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided for illustrative purposes, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure herein.
It should be understood that the structures, ratios, sizes, and the like shown in the drawings are only used for matching the disclosure of the present disclosure, and are not used to limit the conditions and conditions of the present disclosure, so that the present disclosure is not technically significant, and any structural modifications, ratio changes or size adjustments should still fall within the scope of the present disclosure without affecting the efficacy and the achievable purpose of the present disclosure. In addition, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "middle" and "one" used in the present specification are for clarity of description, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and the relative relationship between the terms and the terms is not to be construed as a scope of the present invention.
As shown in figures 1-5, the invention provides a self-destruction disposable syringe, which comprises a push rod 1, a syringe 3 and a needle seat 4, wherein the push rod 1 is slidably arranged inside the syringe 3, the front end of the syringe 3 is connected with the needle seat 4 through a connecting point 8, an injection needle 5 is arranged in the needle seat 4, a protective sleeve 6 is sleeved outside the injection needle 5, the protective sleeve 6 can prevent the injection needle 5 from mistakenly poking medical personnel and improve the safety performance in use, a liquid injection pipeline 401 is arranged at the bottom of the needle seat 4, the liquid injection pipeline 401 is communicated with the injection needle 5, self-destruction rods 402 are arranged at the bottom of the needle seat 4 in a downward extending manner along two sides of the edge of the liquid injection pipeline 401, the two self-destruction rods 402 are symmetrically arranged, a cavity channel formed between the two self-destruction rods is communicated with the liquid injection pipeline, the cavity channel has the functions of conveying liquid medicine in the syringe to the liquid injection pipeline and the injection needle and conveying the liquid medicine to the syringe, and when the two self-destruction rods are extruded, the cavity provides an inward contraction space for the self-destruction rod, the end part of the self-destruction rod 402 is provided with a clamping joint 403, the front end of the push rod 1 is fixedly connected with a piston 2, and the upper end of the piston 2 is provided with a bayonet 210 used for clamping and matching with the clamping joint 403.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the bayonet 210 is composed of an upper pressing groove 211 and a lower clamping groove 212, the pressing groove 211 is communicated with the clamping groove 212, and the clamping head 403 is clamped in the clamping groove 212 after being pressed by the pressing groove 211.
Further, the outer side wall of the clamping head 403 is an arc-shaped surface, and the inner groove wall of the pressing groove 211 is an inclined surface which is in pressing contact with the arc-shaped surface. Through adopting the design that the arcwall face offsets the crimping with the inclined plane and touches, when the joint received extrusion effort, the stress point distributes evenly, and the atress is balanced stable for self-destruction pole can smooth-going inwards shrink.
Further, the maximum diameter of clamping head 403 is greater than the maximum diameter of abutting groove 211, and the maximum diameter of clamping head 403 is less than the diameter of clamping groove 212, so that the clamping head can be squeezed when abutting the groove, and can be smoothly clamped in the clamping groove.
Further, the upper end of the clamping head 403 is provided with a fixing protrusion 404, the top of the clamping groove 212 is provided with a fixing groove 213, and the fixing protrusion 404 is clamped in the fixing groove 213. When the joint forms joint self-locking structure in the joint groove, the locking force of this structure is further improved in the joint cooperation of fixed arch and fixed recess for the joint more adds to be difficult to deviate from the joint groove, better realization self-destruction function.
Furthermore, the front end of the syringe 3 is provided with a joint part 310 with a diameter gradually decreasing from back to front, the front end of the piston 2 is provided with a liquid pushing part 220 matched with the inner wall of the joint part 310, and the bayonet 210 is arranged at the front end of the liquid pushing part 220. Because the inner walls of the joint parts of the liquid pushing parts are matched, when the push rod is pushed to enable the liquid pushing parts to gradually approach the joint parts, the liquid medicine in the needle cylinder can be more effectively pushed out, and the waste of the liquid medicine is avoided; simultaneously, the inner wall of the joining part can also exert an extrusion effect on the outer wall of the liquid pushing part, so that the diameters of the abutting groove and the clamping groove can be reduced, and the locking effect on the clamping connector is further improved.
In this embodiment, before the injector is used, the tail end of the push rod 1 is connected with the tail part of the needle cylinder 3 through a safety piece 7.
The working principle is as follows: when the injector is used, firstly, the safety element 7 is detached, so that the push rod 1 can smoothly slide in the needle cylinder 3, then liquid medicine is extracted, when in injection, the push rod 1 is pressed, so that the piston 2 at the end part of the push rod is gradually close to the needle seat 4, because the liquid pushing part 220 is matched with the connecting part 310, the liquid medicine in the needle cylinder 3 is effectively pushed into the injection needle head 5, meanwhile, the clamping connector 403 is pressed by the pressing groove 211, the self-destruction rod 402 is retracted inwards, so that the clamping connector 403 is finally clamped and fixed in the clamping groove 212, in the withdrawing process, the locking acting force between the clamping connector 403 and the clamping opening 210 is greater than the connecting acting force between the needle seat 4 and the needle cylinder 3, so that the needle seat 4 and the injection needle head 5 are together pulled back into the needle cylinder 3 through the piston 2, and the self-destruction function is realized.
In conclusion, the disposable syringe is reasonable in structural design and simple and convenient to operate, can be automatically damaged after being used, effectively prevents the disposable syringe from being reused by lawless persons, and ensures the health and safety of medical patients and medical care personnel. Therefore, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
