The elastic clamping arms 1 can be made of stainless steel materials. The elastic clamping arm 1 is arc-shaped. One elastic clamping arm 1 is rotatably arranged on one side of the base block 10, and the other elastic clamping arm 1 is rotatably arranged on the other side of the base block 10. One side of each elastic clamping arm 1 departing from the base block 10 is connected with a connecting rod 2, and each connecting rod 2 can be opened or closed relative to the corresponding elastic clamping arm 1. One side of one connecting rod 2 that deviates from elastic clamping arm 1 is equipped with flexible ring 3, and one side of another connecting rod 2 that deviates from elastic clamping arm 1 is equipped with projection 4.
The wearing portion has two states, namely a head wearing state and an ear wearing state, wherein as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, when the wearing portion is in the head wearing state, the two elastic clamping arms 1 are both extended and both drive the respective ends to rotate to one side of the base block 10, each connecting rod 2 is also opened relative to the corresponding elastic clamping arm 1, the wearing portion and the base block 10 are matched to form a first ferrule 40 with a gap, and the first ferrule 40 is used for being sleeved on the head of the patient. Because two elastic clamping arms 1 all have elasticity, two elastic clamping arms 1 can drive two connecting rods 2 and open relatively to the clamping is at patient's head.
As shown in fig. 4, when the wearing portion is worn on the ear, the two elastic clamping arms 1 are all contracted and drive the respective ends to rotate to the other side of the base block 10, the two elastic clamping arms 1 and the base block 10 are matched to form a second ferrule 50 with a gap, the second ferrule 50 is used for being sleeved on the ear of the patient, each connecting rod 2 is closed relative to the elastic clamping arms 1, the flexible ring 3 is used for being sleeved in the external auditory door 60 of the patient, and the convex column 4 is used for being inserted into the external auditory canal of the patient through the inner hole of the flexible ring 3. The two elastic clamping arms 1 can be opened and closed relatively in the ear wearing state, so that the size of the second ferrule 50 can be adjusted to adapt to the size of the ears of a patient. As shown in fig. 5, in the ear wearing state, the second ferrule 50 formed by the two elastic clamping arms 1 and the base block 10 is sleeved on the ear of the patient, so that the effect of primarily limiting the whole device can be achieved; then the connecting rod 2 can be rotated, so that the flexible ring 3 at the end part of the connecting rod 2 is sleeved in the external auditory meatus 60 of the patient, and the effect of further limiting the whole device can be achieved; then rotate another connecting rod 2, make projection 4 on this another connecting rod 2 insert in patient's the external auditory canal through the hole of flexible ring 3 to can play and further carry out spacing effect to whole device, so second lasso 50, flexible ring 3 and the cooperation of 4 three of projection can carry out threefold spacing to whole device, make whole device can hang on patient's ear steadily.
In the above example, since the wearing part has the head wearing state and the ear wearing state, the patient can wear the present invention on the head or the ear as required, and the patient can switch the wearing part of the present invention between the head and the ear at intervals of time, such as half an hour, so as to avoid the blood stasis phenomenon caused by wearing the present invention on the same part of the patient for a long time.
In order to achieve the function of opening or closing the connecting rods 2 relative to the respective elastic clamping arms 1, in a specific application example, one end of each of the two connecting rods 2 may be welded to the corresponding elastic clamping arm 1, and each of the two connecting rods 2 is made of a deformable metal material, for example, each of the two connecting rods 2 is an aluminum rod or a copper rod, so that the two connecting rods 2 can be opened or closed relative to the respective elastic clamping arms 1 as required, and the deformed structural configuration can be stabilized. Wherein, preferentially, two connecting rods 2 are the round bar to reduce the friction to patient's skin when wearing, improve the comfort level when the patient wears.
In order to mount the flexible ring 3 on the end of the connecting rod 2, as shown in fig. 2, one side of the flexible ring 3 has a first connecting block 31, and the flexible ring 3 and the first connecting block 31 may be of an integrally molded structure. The first connecting block 31 is sleeved on the end of one connecting rod 2 and is kept relatively fixed with the connecting rod 2 through glue.
In order to mount the convex pillar 4 at the end of the other connecting rod 2, as shown in fig. 2, a second connecting block 41 may be disposed at one side of the convex pillar 4, and the convex pillar 4 and the second connecting block 41 may be an integrally formed structure. The second connecting block 41 is sleeved on the end of the other connecting rod 2 and is kept relatively fixed with the other connecting rod 2 through glue. Wherein, projection 4 can be the plastic part, and the grafting end of projection 4 has the direction fillet to reduce the friction to patient's external auditory canal when pegging graft, avoid haring patient's external auditory canal.
In order to realize the function of rotatably connecting and relatively opening and closing the two elastic clamping arms 1 with the base block 10, as shown in fig. 3, the two elastic clamping arms 1 may be connected with the base block 10 through ball shafts 8. Each ball axle 8 comprises a connecting shaft 81 for connecting with the elastic clamping arm 1 and a ball head 82 arranged at one end of the connecting shaft 81, and the connecting shaft 81 and the ball head 82 can be of an integrally formed structure. The base block 10 is provided with a spherical groove for rotationally fitting with the ball head 82. The number of the spherical grooves is two, and the two spherical grooves are respectively positioned at two sides of the base block 10, one spherical shaft 8 is installed in one spherical groove through the spherical head 82 of the spherical shaft, and the other spherical shaft 8 is installed in the other spherical groove through the spherical head 82 of the spherical shaft.
In the above example, the two elastic clamping arms 1 can both rotate relative to the base block 10 through the respective ball shafts 8, and in the ear wearing state, the two elastic clamping arms 1 can also be opened and closed relatively through the ball shafts 8. Wherein, through the ball axle 8 that sets up, make two elastic clamping arm 1 all have great degree of freedom, conveniently wear state and ear with two elastic clamping arm 1 and wear to switch between the state.
In a specific application example, one side of the lower end of the base block 10 is provided with a first inclined surface, and the other side is provided with a second inclined surface. The spherical groove includes a first spherical groove provided on the first inclined surface and a second spherical groove provided on the second inclined surface. The first spherical groove is used for rotationally matching with the ball head 82 of one ball shaft 8, and the second spherical groove is used for rotationally matching with the ball head 82 of the other ball shaft 8. In this example, the inclined surfaces are arranged on two sides of the lower end of the base block 10, so that the inclined surfaces can avoid the rotation of the elastic clamping arm 1. The ball axle 8 is arranged on the inclined plane, and can drive the elastic clamping arm 1 to rotate at two adjacent sides of the base block 10 so as to adapt to different wearing states. For example, in the head-mounted state, one elastic clamping arm 1 rotates to the left side of the base block 10, and the other elastic clamping arm 1 rotates to the right side of the base block 10. When the ear is worn, the other elastic clamping arms 1 rotate to the lower side of the base block 10.
As shown in FIG. 2, the medical continuous negative pressure drainage fixture of the present invention may further comprise a tee 5 and a valve mechanism. Tee 5 has an inlet 51, a first outlet 52 and a second outlet 53. The inlet 51 is adapted to be connected to the needle head of the empty needle 20 and the first outlet 52 is adapted to be connected to the catheter 30. The other end of the catheter 30 has a needle for insertion into a wound of a patient to aspirate the fluid beneath the wound. A valve mechanism for closing the first outlet 52 so that the inlet 51 communicates only with the second outlet 53; or closing the second outlet 53 so that the inlet 51 communicates only with the first outlet 52.
In the above example, when the valve mechanism closes the second outlet 53, the inlet 51 is only communicated with the first outlet 52, and the empty needle 20 can continuously drain the subcutaneous negative pressure of the wound through the catheter 30 to suck out the accumulated fluid in the subcutaneous wound of the patient. After the liquid accumulation in the hollow needle 20 is fully absorbed, the first outlet 52 can be closed through the valve mechanism, so that the inlet 51 is only communicated with the second outlet 53, at this time, the hollow needle 20 can be directly pressed, the liquid accumulation in the hollow needle 20 is discharged through the second outlet 53, for example, a plastic bag or the like can be used for receiving the discharged liquid accumulation at the second outlet 53. When the accumulated liquid in the hollow needle 20 is completely drained, the second outlet 53 can be closed again through the valve mechanism, so that the hollow needle 20 is communicated with the catheter 30 again, and the continuous negative pressure drainage is carried out on the subcutaneous surface of the wound. Wherein, because empty needle 20 need not to take off at the in-process of discharging its interior hydrops to compared with prior art simplified the operation process that empty needle 20 discharged inside hydrops, improved the operating efficiency that empty needle 20 discharged inside hydrops.
In order to realize the functions of the valve mechanism, as shown in fig. 6, the valve mechanism may include a valve sheet 9 and a handle 6 for driving the valve sheet 9 to move. The valve plate 9 is positioned inside the three-way pipe 5, and the handle 6 is positioned outside the three-way pipe 5. The handle 6 is used for pushing the valve plate 9 to move to the first position to block the first outlet 52, so that the inlet 51 is only communicated with the second outlet 53; the handle 6 is also used to block the second outlet 53 when the valve plate 9 is pushed to the second position, so that the inlet 51 is only communicated with the first outlet 52. In a specific application example, the three-way pipe 5 is provided with a chute 501 communicated with the inside, and one end of the handle 6 is connected with the valve sheet 9, for example, fixedly connected by glue or the like. The other end of the handle 6 passes through the slide 501. Still be equipped with apron 7 on the handle 6, apron 7 is used for the lid to close on the terminal surface 502 of spout 501, and with the sealed sliding fit of the terminal surface 502 of spout 501, wherein, can be equipped with the sealing washer between the terminal surface 502 of apron 7 and spout 501, this sealing washer can inlay and establish in the apron 7 one side that is close to spout terminal surface 502, perhaps inlays and establishes in one side of spout terminal surface 502 to improve the sealing performance between apron 7 and the spout terminal surface 502.
In the above example, the medical staff can push the handle 6 to adjust the position of the valve plate 9, and the use is convenient.
In order to facilitate the installation of the valve plate 9, in a specific application example, the aforementioned three-way pipe 5 may be a two-half structure, and the two halves thereof are fixedly connected in a sealing manner, for example, by screws or adhesive.
