A filter cartridge with changeable volume and a beverage container with the filter cartridge comprise a container body, wherein the open end of the container body is provided with a combining part; the filter cartridge comprises a ring piece which can be clamped into the combining part and is connected to the top end of a connecting piece through a plurality of bridge parts, wherein a plurality of outlets are formed between the bridge parts and the ring piece; the bottom end of the connecting piece is connected with a detachable first cylinder piece, and the first cylinder piece is provided with a first blocking part; a second cylinder is movably sleeved on the first cylinder and can move up and down, and the second cylinder is provided with a second blocking part which can be blocked by the first blocking part to prevent the second cylinder from separating from the first cylinder. Technical Field
The present invention relates to beverage containers, and more particularly, to a variable capacity filter cartridge and a beverage container having the same.
Background
There are many tea making cups and bottles, for example, taiwan patent publication M495808 discloses a structure of hanging a filter cartridge at the mouth of a bottle, and the filter cartridge can be filled with tea leaves, so that the tea leaves and tea soup can be separated during brewing for pouring and drinking. However, in the conventional structure, the filter cartridge is disposed at a fixed position in the bottle, and if the depth of the bottle body is deep or the amount of water in the bottle is small, the filter cartridge cannot soak water, so that a disadvantage that tea soup cannot be brewed occurs.
Also, taiwan patent publication M465867 discloses a bottle body, in which a cover is provided with a through hole, a suspension cable is passed through the through hole and enters the bottle, a filter cartridge containing tea leaves is hung on the suspension cable, and the height position of the filter cartridge in the bottle can be adjusted by pulling the suspension cable. Furthermore, taiwan patent publication M465868 discloses a filter cartridge, which has hooks respectively provided at different heights for hooking on a bottle body, wherein the height of the filter cartridge in the bottle can be changed according to the selected hook. Although the height position of the filter cylinder in the bottle can be adjusted in the two conventional structures, the volume in the filter cylinder is fixed, and only a certain amount of tea leaves can be accommodated, and the requirement cannot be met if more concentrated tea soup is brewed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides a filter cartridge with a variable volume and a beverage container with the same, which can change the volume of the filter cartridge and adjust the height position of the filter cartridge in the container so as to adjust the amount of infusion such as tea leaves and adjust the infusion state of the infusion.
To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a filter cartridge with changeable capacity, comprising:
the outer circumferential surface of the ring piece is provided with a positioning part which is used for positioning the container bottle mouth;
a connecting piece, wherein the top end of the connecting piece is provided with a plurality of bridge parts connected to the ring piece, and a plurality of outlets are formed between the bridge parts and the ring piece;
the first cylinder comprises a first annular wall, the top end of the first annular wall is detachably connected to the bottom end of the connecting piece, and the bottom end of the first annular wall is provided with a first opening and a first blocking part;
a second cylinder part which comprises a second annular wall connected with a bottom wall, wherein the second annular wall is movably sleeved with the first annular wall so as to enable the second cylinder part to move up and down relative to the first cylinder part; the second ring wall is provided with a plurality of side sieve holes; the top end of the second annular wall is provided with a second opening communicated with the first opening and a second blocking part, and the second blocking part can be blocked by the first blocking part to prevent the second cylinder from separating from the first cylinder.
In one embodiment, the second annular wall is disposed inside the first annular wall, the first blocking portion is an inner flange formed in the first opening, and the second blocking portion is an outer flange formed in the second opening.
Preferably, the second annular wall is provided with a slip-stopping part which can be abutted against the first annular wall.
Preferably, the bottom wall of the second cylinder is provided with a plurality of lower sieve holes.
In another embodiment, the inner side and the outer side of the first cylinder cannot directly pass through the first annular wall to communicate; the bottom end of the first annular wall is provided with a water stop ring movably connected with the second annular wall in a sealing way.

a container body, one end of which forms a first opening end, and the first opening end is provided with a combining part;
a filter cylinder, which comprises a ring piece, wherein the outer peripheral surface of the ring piece is provided with a positioning part which can be clamped into the combining part for positioning; the ring piece is connected to the top end of a connecting piece through a plurality of bridge parts, and a plurality of outlets are formed between the bridge parts and the ring piece; the bottom end of the connecting piece is connected with a detachable first cylinder piece, the first cylinder piece comprises a first annular wall, and the bottom end of the first cylinder piece is provided with a first opening and a first blocking part; the first cylinder and a second cylinder are movably sleeved, the second cylinder can move up and down relative to the first cylinder, the second cylinder comprises a second annular wall with a plurality of side sieve holes, a second opening communicated with the first opening and a second blocking part are arranged at the top end of the second annular wall, and the second blocking part can be blocked by the first blocking part to prevent the second cylinder from separating from the first cylinder.
In one embodiment, the container body is provided with a second open end opposite to the first open end, and the second open end is provided with a detachable cover.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of a filter cartridge 100 according to the present invention is shown, which includes a ring member 1, a connecting member 2A, a first cylindrical member 3A and a second cylindrical member 4A. The connecting piece 2A is in a columnar shape, the top end of the connecting piece extends out of three bridge parts 11 and is connected to the inner side of the ring piece 1, wherein the bridge parts 11 and the ring piece 1 enclose three hollow outlets 12, and the outer peripheral surface of the ring piece 1 is provided with four positioning parts 13 for positioning at the bottle mouth of a container; in this embodiment, the positioning portion 13 is a plate bent to protrude outward. The bottom end 231A of the connecting member 2A is expanded and is threadedly coupled to the first barrel member 3A.
Accordingly, the first cylinder 3A has a first annular wall 31A, the second cylinder 4A has a second annular wall 41A, and the two are respectively provided with a plurality of side holes 311, 411. The top end of the first annular wall 31A is connected to the bottom end 231A of the connecting member 2A, the bottom end has a first opening 33, and an inwardly extending inner flange 331 is disposed at the first opening 33. The second cylindrical member 4A has a bottom wall 42A connected to the second annular wall 41A, and the bottom wall 42A is provided with a plurality of lower mesh holes 421. The second annular wall 41A has a second opening 43 at the top end thereof, and an outer flange 431 is disposed at the second opening 43 and extends outward. The first annular wall 31A is movably sleeved with the second annular wall 41A, wherein the second annular wall 41A is located inside the first annular wall 31A, and the first opening 33 is communicated with the second opening 43, so that the second cylinder 4A can move up and down relative to the first cylinder 3A, thereby changing the volume of the entire filter cartridge 100. The outer flange 431 of the second barrel 4A can be blocked by the inner flange 331 of the first barrel 3A to prevent the second barrel 4A from disengaging from the first barrel 3A.
In this embodiment, the second annular wall 41A is provided with a plurality of anti-slip portions 45 extending outward and elastically supporting against the first annular wall 31A to assist the positioning of the second cylinder 4A relative to the first cylinder 3A. The anti-slip portion 45 is a plate which is bent to protrude outward.
As shown in fig. 3, the beverage container of the present invention comprises a container body 5A, which may be a cup, a bottle or a cartridge, having a first open end 51 at one end thereof, and a combining portion provided at an inner side thereof for positioning the filter cartridge 100, wherein the combining portion comprises two laterally extending and parallel ring protrusions 52, and a positioning groove 53 is formed between the two ring protrusions 52. The filter cartridge 100 is positioned in the container body 5A by the positioning portion 13 of the ring member 1 being engaged with the positioning groove 53.
With the above structure, the filter cartridge 100 can accommodate tea leaves and other infusion materials, and separate the tea leaves from the tea soup during brewing. The taste of the tea soup depends on the amount of tea leaves filled in the filter cartridge 100, and when it is desired to make a stronger tea soup, the second cartridge 4A is pulled downward relative to the first cartridge 3A as shown in fig. 4, thereby changing the volume of the filter cartridge 100 and allowing more tea leaves to be filled.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 5, since the second cylinder 4A can move downward relative to the first cylinder 3A and further approach the bottom end of the container body 5A, when the container body 5A contains less water and the water level is low, the second cylinder 4A can be pulled down to soak the tea leaves in the water, so as to achieve the purpose of making tea soup. In addition, based on the aforementioned functions, the container body 5A can be designed to have a deep shape without affecting the tea brewing.
After the tea soup is brewed, the tea soup can be poured out from the outlet 12 between the bridging part 11 and the ring member 1 by directly pouring the container body 5A without first removing the filter cartridge 100 as shown in fig. 6, thereby improving the convenience of use.
Fig. 7 shows a second embodiment of a filter cartridge 200 of the present invention, which comprises a ring member 1, a connecting member 2B, a first cylindrical member 3B and a second cylindrical member 4B. The connecting piece 2B is formed into a column shape, the top end of the connecting piece extends outwards to form three bridge parts 11 and is connected to the inner side of the ring piece 1, wherein the bridge parts 11 and the ring piece 1 enclose three hollow outlets 12, and the outer peripheral surface of the ring piece 1 is provided with four positioning parts 13 for positioning at the bottle mouth of the container; in this embodiment, the positioning portion 13 is a plate bent to protrude outward. The bottom end 231B of the connecting member 2B is expanded and is threadedly coupled to the first barrel member 3B.
The first cylinder 3B has a first annular wall 31B, the second cylinder 4B has a second annular wall 41B and a bottom wall 42B connected to the second annular wall 41B, wherein the first annular wall 31B has no screen holes so that the inner side and the outer side of the first cylinder 3B cannot directly pass through the first annular wall 31B; the second annular wall 41B is provided with a plurality of side holes 411; the bottom wall 42B is not provided with holes so that the inside and outside of the second cylinder 4B cannot directly pass through the bottom wall 42B. The top end of the first annular wall 31B is connected to the bottom end 231B of the connecting member 2B, the bottom end has a first opening 33, and an inwardly extending inner flange 331 is disposed at the first opening 33. The second annular wall 41B has a second opening 43 at the top end thereof, and an outer flange 431 is disposed at the second opening 43 and extends outwardly. The second annular wall 41B is located inside the first annular wall 31B and movably sleeved with the first annular wall 31B, and the first opening 33 is communicated with the second opening 43, so that the second cylinder 4B can move up and down relative to the first cylinder 3B, thereby changing the volume of the whole filter cartridge 200. The outer flange 431 of the second barrel 4B can be blocked by the inner flange 331 of the first barrel 3B to prevent the second barrel 4B from disengaging from the first barrel 3B. The bottom end of the first annular wall 31B is provided with a water-stopping ring 34 movably connected with the second annular wall 41B, and when the first cylinder 3B and the second cylinder 4B move relatively, the water-stopping ring 34 can fall below the side sieve holes 411 of the second annular wall 41B.
With the above structure, when the second cylinder 4B is pushed upward relative to the first cylinder 3B as shown in fig. 8, the water-stop ring 34 is dropped below the side holes 411 of the second annular wall 41B, so as to close the gap between the first annular wall 31B and the second annular wall 41B, and the bottom wall 42B without holes is matched to form a closed state of the entire filter cartridge 200, so that water cannot enter the filter cartridge 200, and the tea soup concentration is not continuously increased.
Fig. 9 shows another beverage container structure provided by the present invention, which includes a container body 5B, a first open end 51 is provided at the bottom end of the container body, the first open end 51 is provided with two ring protrusions 52 extending transversely and parallel to each other, and a positioning groove 53 is formed between the two ring protrusions 52 for the filter cartridge 100 to be snapped into and positioned by the positioning portion 13. The top end of the container body 5B is provided with a second open end 54 and a removable lid 55. Accordingly, the tea soup can be poured out from the first open end 51 or the second open end 54.

Claims (8)

1. A variable capacity filter cartridge comprising:
the outer circumferential surface of the ring piece is provided with a positioning part which is used for positioning the container bottle mouth;
a connecting piece, wherein the top end of the connecting piece is provided with a plurality of bridge parts connected to the ring piece, and a plurality of outlets are formed between the bridge parts and the ring piece;
the first cylinder comprises a first annular wall, the first annular wall is connected to the bottom end of the connecting piece, and the bottom end of the first annular wall is provided with a first opening and a first blocking part;
a second cylinder part which comprises a second annular wall connected with a bottom wall, wherein the second annular wall is movably sleeved with the first annular wall so as to enable the second cylinder part to move up and down relative to the first cylinder part; the second ring wall is provided with a plurality of side sieve holes; the top end of the second annular wall is provided with a second opening communicated with the first opening and a second blocking part, and the second blocking part can be blocked by the first blocking part to prevent the second cylinder from separating from the first cylinder.
2. The variable capacity filter cartridge of claim 1, wherein the second annular wall is disposed inside the first annular wall, the first stop is an inner flange formed at the first opening, and the second stop is an outer flange formed at the second opening.
3. The variable capacity filter cartridge of claim 2, wherein the top end of the first annular wall is threadably removably connected to the bottom end of the connector.
4. The variable capacity filter cartridge of claim 2, wherein the second annular wall has a slip stop that abuts the first annular wall.
5. The variable capacity filter cartridge of claim 2, wherein the bottom wall of the second cartridge member is provided with a plurality of bottom apertures.

The variable capacity filter cartridge of claim 2, wherein the inner and outer sides of the first cartridge member are not in direct communication through the first annular wall; the bottom end of the first annular wall is provided with a water stop ring movably connected with the second annular wall in a sealing way.
7. A beverage container with the filter cartridge of claim 1 attached thereto, comprising:
a container body, one end of which forms a first opening end, and the first opening end is provided with a combining part;
a filter cartridge, comprising:
a ring piece, the outer circumference of which is provided with a positioning part which can be clamped into the combining part for positioning;
a connecting piece, wherein the top end of the connecting piece is provided with a plurality of bridge parts connected to the ring piece, and a plurality of outlets are formed between the bridge parts and the ring piece;
the first cylinder comprises a first annular wall, the first annular wall is connected to the bottom end of the connecting piece, and the bottom end of the first annular wall is provided with a first opening and a first blocking part;
