It should be noted that, in this embodiment, after the foldable conveyor belt device 20 is unfolded, the forage is placed on the foldable conveyor belt device 20, the foldable conveyor belt device 20 transports the forage to the forage primary crushing device 30, the forage primary crushing device 30 performs primary crushing on the forage, and discharges the primarily crushed forage after the crushing is completed; the forage impurity removal device 40 receives the primarily crushed forage, screens out impurities in the forage, and discharges the impurity-removed forage into the first Z-shaped lifter 11 after impurity removal is finished;

Referring to fig. 3 and 7, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the forage re-crushing device 50 includes a fine crushing box 51 disposed on the upper surface of the frame 10 and located at the discharging end of the first Z-shaped lifter 11, an extensible crushing member 52 disposed on a side of the fine crushing box 51 away from the second Z-shaped lifter 12 and having an actuating end extending into the fine crushing box 51, a forage limiting member 53 symmetrically disposed on the inner wall of the fine crushing box 51 and located below the extensible crushing member 52, and an inclined auger 54 penetrating through the side wall of the fine crushing box 51 and used for transferring the finely crushed forage to the feeding end of the second Z-shaped lifter 12; extensible broken part 52 is including locating the driving motor 521 of meticulous broken case 51 lateral wall is located in meticulous broken case 51 and one end is connected the pivot 522 of driving motor 521 execution end is located a plurality of branch cutters 523 of pivot 522 outer wall, the cover is located divide cutter 523 outer wall and with divide cutter 523 sliding connection's cover sword 524, and locate divide cutter 523 top and cover sword 524 inner wall top reset spring 525 within a definite time, forage stop part 53 includes that one end is articulated limiting plate 531 of meticulous broken case 51 inner wall locates the annular frame 532 of limiting plate 531 bottom, the level is located meticulous broken case 51 lateral wall and execution end run through meticulous broken case 51 and extend to inside driving cylinder 533, and locate driving rod 534 of driving cylinder 533 execution end and slip connection annular frame 532 inner wall.

Referring to fig. 4 and 8, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the custom grass processing device 60 includes a receiving box 61 connected to the upper surface of the frame 10 through a support pillar and located at the discharging end of the second Z-shaped elevator 12, a grass conveying and crushing member 62 disposed in the receiving box 61, a fertilizer pipe 63 communicating with one end of the receiving box 61, and a grass conveying pipe 64 communicating with the bottom of the receiving box 61, a grass briquetting machine 65 fixed to the frame 10 is disposed at the discharging end of the grass conveying pipe 64, a valve is disposed at the feeding end of the grass conveying pipe 64, a conveying auger 66 is disposed on the inner walls of the grass conveying pipe 64 and the fertilizer pipe 63, the grass conveying and crushing member 62 includes a partition 621 disposed in the receiving box 61, and a first auger 622 and a second auger 623 rotatably connected to the inner wall of the receiving box 61 and located at two sides of the partition 621, first auger 622 one end is connected drive motor 624 execution end, the other end runs through and holds the case 61 and connect first belt pulley 625, first belt pulley 625 belt connection is located the second belt pulley 626 of second auger 623 one end, drive motor 624 is fixed and is being held the case 61 lateral wall.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the finely crushed forage is discharged into the receiving box 61, the forage conveying and crushing part 62 conveys the finely crushed forage towards the fertilizer pipe 63, so that the finely crushed forage is discharged to the ground through the fertilizer pipe 63 to be used as a fertilizer, or the forage conveying and crushing part 62 conveys the finely crushed forage towards a direction away from the fertilizer pipe 63, at this time, the finely crushed forage is continuously crushed in the receiving box 61, and enters the forage briquetting machine 65 through the forage conveying pipe 64 after the valve is opened, so as to prepare a forage briquette;
further, when the forage conveying and crushing component 62 works, the execution end of the transmission motor 624 drives the first auger 622 to rotate, the first auger 622 drives the second auger 623 to rotate through the first belt pulley 625, the second belt pulley 626 and the belt, the transmission motor 624 positively rotates to drive the first auger 622 and the second auger 623 to positively rotate, and the transmission motor 624 reversely rotates to drive the first auger 622 and the second auger 623 to reversely rotate.

firstly, primarily crushing forage, namely placing the forage on a foldable conveyor belt device 20 after the foldable conveyor belt device 20 is unfolded, conveying the forage to a forage primary crushing device 30 by the foldable conveyor belt device 20, primarily crushing the forage by the forage primary crushing device 30, and discharging the primarily crushed forage after crushing is completed;
secondly, removing impurities of the forage, wherein the forage impurity removing device 40 receives the primarily crushed forage, screens out impurities in the forage, and discharges the impurity-removed forage into a first Z-shaped lifter 11 after the impurities are removed;
thirdly, finely crushing the forage, namely, discharging the impurity-removed forage into a forage re-crushing device 50 after being transmitted by a first Z-shaped elevator 11, finely crushing the forage by the forage re-crushing device 50, and discharging the finely crushed forage into a user-defined forage treatment device 60 after the crushing is finished;
step four, the fine crushed forage is subjected to custom processing, the fine crushed forage is discharged into the bearing box 61, the forage transmission crushing component 62 conveys the fine crushed forage towards the direction of the fertilizer pipe 63, so that the fine crushed forage is discharged to the ground through the fertilizer pipe 63 to serve as fertilizer, or the forage transmission crushing component 62 conveys the fine crushed forage towards the direction away from the fertilizer pipe 63, at the moment, the fine crushed forage is continuously crushed in the bearing box 61, and the fine crushed forage enters the forage briquetting machine 65 through the forage conveying pipe 64 after the valve is opened, so that a forage briquette is prepared.
The specific process of the invention is as follows:
after the foldable conveyor belt device 20 is unfolded, the forage is placed on the foldable conveyor belt device 20, the foldable conveyor belt device 20 conveys the forage to the forage primary crushing device 30, the forage primary crushing device 30 performs primary crushing on the forage, and the primarily crushed forage is discharged after the crushing is completed; the forage impurity removal device 40 receives the primarily crushed forage, screens out impurities in the forage, and discharges the impurity-removed forage into the first Z-shaped lifter 11 after impurity removal is finished;
when the foldable conveyor belt device 20 works, the steering engine 24 drives the second conveyor belt 23 to rotate around the rotating connection position of the second conveyor belt 23, so that the second conveyor belt 23 is unfolded or folded, and the forage enters the first conveyor belt 22 after being conveyed by the second conveyor belt 23 and enters the first forage crushing device 30 after being conveyed by the first conveyor belt 22;
when the initial grass crushing device 30 works, the crushing roller 32 performs initial crushing on grass, the crushed grass falls on the grass conveying belt 33, and the grass conveying belt 33 conveys the primarily crushed grass to the grass impurity removal device 40;
when the forage impurity removing device 40 works, the vibration motor 44 drives the sieve plate 43 to vibrate, the crushed forage shakes on the sieve plate 43, impurities in the forage, such as soil, fall into the bottom of the impurity removing box 41 through sieve holes, the air storage tank 476 can convey air into the annular air pipe 45, the air is discharged to the crushed forage through the airflow pipe 46, so that an air gap is formed between the forage, so as to facilitate impurity removing, and the screened forage enters the first Z-shaped lifter 11;
when the impurity removing box 41 is cleaned, the driving shaft 484 drives the driving wheel 485 to rotate so as to drive the sliding frame 483 and the discharging conveying belt 482 to move out of the sliding groove 481, at the moment, the linear guide rail 471 drives the moving plate 472 to move, along with the movement of the air box 473, the air nozzle 474 at the bottom of the air box 473 blows sundries to the discharging pipe 486, the sundries are discharged out of the frame 10 after passing through the discharging pipe 486 and the discharging conveying belt 482, and the air nozzle 474 at the top of the air box 473 cleans sieve holes so as to prevent the sieve holes from being blocked by foreign matters;
when the forage is subjected to impurity removal, the centrifugal fan 72 is started, the centrifugal fan 72 sucks and discharges dust in the top cover plate 71 into the bag-type dust remover 13, and the bag-type dust remover 13 filters impurity-removed air;
the impurity-removed forage is transmitted by the first Z-shaped lifter 11 and then discharged into the forage re-crushing device 50, the forage re-crushing device 50 finely crushes the forage, and the finely crushed forage is discharged into the custom forage processing device 60 after the crushing is finished;
when the grass re-crushing device 50 works, the actuating end of the driving motor 521 drives the rotating shaft 522 to rotate so as to drive the dividing cutter 523 and the sleeve cutter 524 to divide grass, and when the rotating speed of the rotating shaft 522 is increased, the sleeve cutter 524 slides in a direction far away from the rotating shaft 522 due to centrifugal force so as to increase the dividing range;
after cutting, the execution end of the driving cylinder 533 contracts to drive the driving rod 534 to slide in the annular frame 532, the annular frame 532 drives the limit plate 531 to rotate around the hinged position of the limit plate, so that the limit of forage is cancelled, the forage falls into the bottom of the fine crushing box 51 and is transmitted to the custom forage processing device 60 through the inclined auger 54;
finely crushed forage is discharged into a bearing box 61, the finely crushed forage is conveyed towards a fertilizer pipe 63 by a forage conveying and crushing component 62 so as to be discharged to the ground through the fertilizer pipe 63 to serve as fertilizer, or the finely crushed forage is conveyed towards a direction away from the fertilizer pipe 63 by the forage conveying and crushing component 62, is continuously crushed in the bearing box 61 at the moment, and enters a forage briquetting machine 65 through a forage conveying pipe 64 after a valve is opened so as to be prepared into forage briquettes;
when the forage conveying and crushing component 62 works, the execution end of the transmission motor 624 drives the first auger 622 to rotate, the first auger 622 drives the second auger 623 to rotate through the first belt pulley 625, the second belt pulley 626 and the belt, the transmission motor 624 positively rotates to drive the first auger 622 and the second auger 623 to positively rotate, and the transmission motor 624 reversely rotates to drive the first auger 622 and the second auger 623 to reversely rotate.

the self-defined forage treatment device (60) comprises a bearing box (61) which is connected with the upper surface of the frame (10) through a support column and is positioned at the discharge end of a second Z-shaped hoister (12), a forage transmission crushing part (62) arranged in the bearing box (61), a fertilizer pipe (63) communicated with one end of the bearing box (61), and a forage conveying pipe (64) communicated with the bottom of the bearing box (61), a forage briquetting machine (65) fixed on the frame (10) is arranged at the discharge end of the forage conveying pipe (64), a valve is arranged at the feed end of the forage conveying pipe (64), the forage conveying pipe (64) and the inner wall of the fertilizer pipe (63) are respectively provided with a transmission packing auger (66), the forage transmission crushing part (62) comprises a partition board (621) arranged in the bearing box (61), and a first packing auger (622) and a second packing auger (623) which are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the bearing box (61) and are positioned at two sides of the partition board (621), transmission motor (624) execution end is connected to first auger (622) one end, the other end runs through and connects case (61) and connect first belt pulley (625), first belt pulley (625) belt connection is located second belt pulley (626) of second auger (623) one end, transmission motor (624) are fixed and are being held case (61) lateral wall.

The integrated mobile forage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the side wall of the frame (10) and the bottom of the trash box (41) are provided with a self-storage and dumping member (48), the self-storage and dumping member (48) is arranged on a sliding groove (481) of the side wall of the frame (10), a discharging conveying belt (482) arranged in the sliding groove (481), sliding frames (483) symmetrically arranged on two sides of the discharging conveying belt (482) and slidably connected with the inner wall of the sliding groove (481), and a driving shaft (484) rotatably connected with the inner wall of the sliding groove (481), the side wall of the driving shaft (484) is sleeved with a driving wheel (485), the driving wheel (485) is used for driving the sliding frame (483) to move, and the bottom of the trash box (41) is communicated with a discharging pipe (486).

The integrated mobile forage processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the forage limiting member (53) comprises a limiting plate (531) having one end hinged to the inner wall of the fine crushing tank (51), an annular frame (532) disposed at the bottom of the limiting plate (531), a driving cylinder (533) horizontally disposed on the side wall of the fine crushing tank (51) and having an actuating end extending to the inside through the fine crushing tank (51), and an actuating rod (534) disposed on the actuating end of the driving cylinder (533) and slidably connected to the inner wall of the annular frame (532).

The integrated mobile forage processing device according to claim 1, wherein the foldable conveyer belt device (20) comprises a fixed cover plate (21) connected with the upper surface of the frame (10) through a support column, a first conveyer belt (22) arranged in the fixed cover plate (21), a second conveyer belt (23) with one end rotatably connected with the fixed cover plate (21) far away from the inner wall of one end of the first forage crushing device (30), and a steering engine (24) arranged on the outer wall of the fixed cover plate (21) and used for driving the second conveyer belt (23) to rotate around the rotating connection position.

A mobile integrated forage processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the primary forage crushing apparatus (30) comprises a primary crushing box (31) provided on the frame (10), two crushing rollers (32) rotatably connected to the inner wall of the feed inlet of the primary crushing box (31), and a forage conveying belt (33) passing through the side wall of the primary crushing box (31) and used for conveying the primarily crushed forage to the forage removing apparatus (40).

The integrated mobile forage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a dust removal device (70) is arranged above the forage impurity removal device (40), the dust removal device (70) comprises a top cover plate (71) connected with the upper surface of the frame (10) through a support column, and a centrifugal fan (72) arranged on the upper surface of the frame (10) and located on one side of the second Z-shaped hoister (12), the suction end of the centrifugal fan (72) is communicated with the top of the top cover plate (71), and the exhaust end of the centrifugal fan (72) is communicated with the bag-type dust collector (13).
8. A processing method of a movable type forage integrated processing device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, primarily crushing forage, after a foldable conveying belt device (20) is unfolded, placing the forage on the foldable conveying belt device (20), conveying the forage to a forage primary crushing device (30) by the foldable conveying belt device (20), primarily crushing the forage by the forage primary crushing device (30), and discharging the primarily crushed forage after crushing;
secondly, removing impurities of the forage, wherein the forage impurity removing device (40) receives the primarily crushed forage, screens out impurities in the forage, and discharges the impurity-removed forage into a first Z-shaped lifter (11) after the impurities are removed;
thirdly, finely crushing the forage, namely, discharging the impurity-removed forage into a forage re-crushing device (50) after being transmitted by a first Z-shaped lifter (11), finely crushing the forage by the forage re-crushing device (50), and discharging the finely crushed forage into a custom forage treatment device (60) after the crushing is finished;
