Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A bucket and an excavator having the same according to embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a bucket according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the body 100, the first side plate 200, the second side plate 300 and the tooth 400, the first side plate 200 and the second side plate 300 are disposed on two opposite sides (such as the left side and the right side in fig. 1) of the body 100, the tooth 400 is disposed on one end (such as the lower end of the body 100 in fig. 1) of the body 100, and the body 100 is provided with a plurality of hollow holes 110. The size of the aperture of the hollow hole 110 can be designed according to the actual sorting particle size of the slag.
According to the bucket provided by the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of hollowed holes 110 are formed in the body 100, so that unqualified slag stones can leak out of the hollowed holes 110, and large slag stones are left in the body 100, therefore, the bucket provided by the embodiment of the invention is convenient for sorting the slag stones, and is beneficial to improving the working efficiency.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the body 100 includes an installation portion 101, a screening portion 102, and a shovel stone portion 103, the installation portion 101, the screening portion 102, and the shovel stone portion 103 are sequentially connected along a length direction of the first side plate 200 (e.g., an up-down direction of the first side plate 200 in fig. 1), the installation portion 101 is adapted to be connected to a boom of the excavator, the hollow hole 110 is provided on the screening portion 102, and the tooth 400 is installed on the shovel stone portion 103. It can be understood that the shovel teeth 400 can dig the slag stones, then shovel the slag stones through the shovel portion 103, and pile up on the screening portion 102, and sort the dug slag stones through the hollow holes 110 on the screening portion 102, so that the unsatisfactory slag stones leak out from the hollow holes 110, thereby improving the screening effect of the slag stones. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of the through holes 110 are uniformly arranged on the sieving part 102, thereby further improving the effect of sieving the slag.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sieving part 102 includes a plurality of transverse ribs 1021 and a plurality of vertical ribs 1022, and the plurality of transverse ribs 1021 and the plurality of vertical ribs 1022 are staggered to define a plurality of hollow holes 110, it is understood that, as shown in fig. 1, the transverse ribs 1021 extend in the left-right direction, and the plurality of transverse ribs 1021 are arranged at intervals in the up-down direction. The vertical ribs 1022 extend in the up-down direction, and the vertical ribs 1022 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction.
Further, one of the transverse ribs 1021 and the vertical ribs 1022 is circular in cross section, and the outer peripheral contour of the cross section of the other is rectangular. For example, the transverse ribs 1021 are circular in cross-section and the vertical ribs 1022 are rectangular in cross-section. The bucket provided by the embodiment of the invention can ensure that the overall strength of the bucket is higher and the deformation of the bucket is smaller during working by arranging the cylindrical transverse rib 1021; the vertical ribs 1022 with the flat strip-shaped rectangles can ensure that the bucket has stronger deformation resistance in the vertical direction, further provides the reliability of the bucket in use, and is convenient to process and manufacture.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the thickness T1 of the first side panel 200 and the thickness T2 of the second side panel 300 are both greater than or equal to 2cm and less than or equal to 5 cm. Preferably, the thickness T1 of first curb plate 200 and the thickness T2 of second curb plate 300 can be 3cm, 4cm, and the inventor of this application finds through the experiment that when the thickness T1 of first curb plate 200 and the thickness T2 of second curb plate 300 satisfy above-mentioned value range, both can guarantee that first curb plate 200 and the second curb plate 300 of scraper bowl are unfavorable for damaging when working, can reduce the consumptive material of first curb plate 200 and second curb plate 300 again to can be so that the use intensity of scraper bowl is higher, life is longer, has reduced the manufacturing cost of scraper bowl again.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the body 100 is removably connected with the first side plate 200, the second side plate 300, and the tine 400 to replace the body 100 with a different hollowed out hole 110. It can be understood that the body 100 can be detachably connected with the first side plate 200, the second side plate 300 and the shovel teeth 400 through bolts, when the bucket needs to sort the slag stones with different particle sizes, the body 100 can be replaced to change the size of the hollow hole 110 of the bucket, so that the bucket can meet the requirement of sorting the slag stones with different particle sizes, and the applicability is good.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outline of the outer periphery of the hollow hole 110 is rectangular or circular, and it can be understood that when the hollow hole 110 is circular, the slag stones with different particle sizes can be sorted alternatively, so that the sorting effect of the bucket is improved. When the hollowed-out holes 110 are rectangular, the manufacturing difficulty of the bucket can be reduced while the sorting effect of the bucket is guaranteed, and the production cost is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bucket further comprises a gear sleeve, the gear sleeve is detachably sleeved on the relieving teeth, and when the gear sleeve is worn, a new gear sleeve can be replaced. According to the bucket provided by the embodiment of the invention, the gear sleeve is arranged on the shovel teeth, so that the abrasion of the shovel teeth can be reduced, the service life of the shovel teeth is prolonged, and the practicability is better.
