Abstract
本发明涉及一项物料开关阀门新技术，特别是用于水泥厂，现有技术因粒度及粉尘等原因容易出现阻卡事故，导致微机控制或手动开关阀门失控，影响产量、质量，本发明利用新型开关设计系统，减少了事故率，保证了开关阀门正常使用，特别是水泥厂保证了袋重准确。
Description
本发明用于原料或成品供料、取料、下料或包装等生产经营场所。
因原材料的物理性能如粒度、潮湿、粘滞阻力等原因造成在生产经营中的供料开关阀门阻塞，不能正常开在运作，特别是水泥厂各种包装机开关，因开关失控，微机指令不能执行，或人工阀门操作阻卡，袋重不准，影响产量质量，造成企业损失。
本发明提供一种方法，使开关阀门减少阻卡事故。
本发明是这样实现的：
在开关阀门的动作部件上装一振动器，以其振动冲击力冲破阻力而轻易地产生成倍或几十倍的开关加强动作力峰值，克服阻力。
另外，现有技术的开关近距离动作接触部件，均紧靠物料流动区域，本发明方法是减少近距离接触面或增加远距离接触面，或近距离接触面远离物料流动区或以上各法部分组合并用。
Claims (2)
1.本发明涉及物料操作过程中的开关阀门，特别是水泥厂仓下取料口与包装机取料口开关阀门，本发明的特征是：
a：在开关动作部件装了一个振动器，或b：把开关相对动作部件的近距离接触面减少，或增加远距离接触面，或近距离接触面远离物料流动区，或c：以上各方法组合并用，
2.按独立权利要求1，其特征在于：振动器的振动方向与开关阀门动作方向一致安装。
