a plurality of inner support rods (201) are in clearance fit with the inner side of the rear side of the soft starter (1), inner racks (208) are machined on the outer side of the outer wall of each inner support rod (201), the inner racks (208) are meshed with the gears (13), transverse plates (202) are fixedly connected to the tail ends of the inner sides of the inner support rods (201) from top to bottom, supports (204) are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the inner side of each transverse plate (202), the insides of the supports (204) are rotatably connected with rollers (207) through hinge pins (206), handles (209) are fixedly connected to the rear ends of the outer walls of the transverse plates (202), rubber sleeves (203) are sleeved on the outer walls of the handles (209), springs (205) are arranged at the centers of the outer sides of the upper transverse plates (202) and the outer sides of the springs (205) are fixedly connected with the soft starter (1) and the transverse plates (202) respectively.
