The working principle is as follows:
the quick-assembling joint on the right side of the sampling pipe 9 is arranged on the quick-assembling joint of the pipeline corresponding to the sampled equipment and is locked and connected through a heavy-duty hoop and a sealing ring. Before sampling, the fast-assembly connecting blanking pipe 19 is tied and connected with a sampling bag which is prepared in advance, and the outside is tied by using two ends of a transparent bag; the material receiver 12 falls into the material after entering the sampling device, the pull rod 11 is pulled by the pull rod handle 3 to move outwards, when the first sealing baffle 10 moves to the left side A end face for limiting and stopping, the material receiver 12 is located at the position of the feed opening of the feed pipe 16 at the moment, the manual fast-assembly butterfly valve 18 is opened, after the pull rod handle is rotated for 180 degrees, the material in the material receiver 12 enters a closed butt-joint bag along the feed opening, the manual fast-assembly butterfly valve 18 is closed, the pull rod handle 3 is rotated to move the pull rod to the original position, and the sampling state is returned. The sampling bag is then cut between the quick connect down pipe 19 and removed, thereby sealing the material through the sampler.

A closed powder sampler is characterized by comprising a sampling tube (9), a fast-assembling shaft sleeve (1), a pull rod (11) and a blanking tube (16), wherein the fast-assembling shaft sleeve (1) is arranged at one end of the sampling tube (9), and the fast-assembling shaft sleeve (1) is fixedly connected with the sampling tube (9) through a heavy type clamp (6); the blanking pipe (16) is arranged at the bottom of the sampling pipe (9), and the blanking pipe (16) is communicated with the sampling pipe (9); the pull rod (11) is inserted from the quick-mounting shaft sleeve (1) at one end of the sampling tube, penetrates through the sampling tube (9) and then extends out from the other end of the sampling tube (9), and a material receiver (12) is arranged at one end of the pull rod (11) extending out of the sampling tube (9); the bottom of the blanking pipe (16) is provided with a manual fast-assembly butterfly valve (18) through a heavy hoop component (17) in a connected mode, and the bottom of the manual fast-assembly butterfly valve (18) is provided with a fast-assembly connecting blanking pipe (19) through a heavy hoop component (17) in a connected mode; the fast-assembling axle sleeve (1) and pull rod (11) are equipped with first O type sealing washer (2), are equipped with second O type sealing washer (8) between fast-assembling axle sleeve (1) and sampling tube (9).
