Background
Along with the increase of the urban electricity utilization scale, the construction positions of electric power facilities such as transformer substations and energy storage stations are closer to the urban human environment. At present, urban power facilities are mainly arranged indoors, the influence of noise of main power equipment such as transformers and reactors on the surrounding environment can be effectively isolated, and meanwhile, a new noise problem can be brought. The main equipment has large heat productivity, so that a large number of ventilation and heat dissipation devices need to be arranged on the outer wall and the roof of an indoor electric facility, the devices can generate large noise and even cause the problem of standard exceeding of factory noise, and in recent years, too many disputes of citizens complaints caused by the noise of the heat dissipation devices occur in our provinces. The wall surface fan and the side wall fan are mainly adopted for ventilation and heat dissipation of indoor electric facilities, and most of the fans are axial flow fans. The common method for reducing the noise of the side wall fan is to add a silencer on the side wall fan, so that the noise emitted upwards by the side wall fan can be effectively reduced, but the influence of the side wall fan on the increase of the noise in the main transformer chamber cannot be eliminated, so that the noise transmitted through an air inlet of the main transformer chamber is increased, and the standard exceeding of the station boundary noise of a transformer substation is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a noise reduction device for a side wall fan of an indoor transformer substation, aiming at reducing the influence of the fan on indoor and outdoor noise of a main transformer chamber and also considering the fire-fighting and smoke-discharging functions in an accident.

In the noise reduction device with the structure, the electric air inlet shutter 11 is in a normally open state, as shown by an arrow in fig. 3, when the temperature sensor 6 senses that the temperature is more than or equal to 25 ℃, the explosion-proof fan 5 is started to discharge heat from the air outlet to the outside of the transformer substation, and meanwhile, fresh air enters the transformer substation from the electric air inlet shutter 11, so that ventilation and heat dissipation of the transformer substation are realized, when the temperature sensor 6 senses that the temperature exceeds 300 ℃, the control system controls the electric air inlet shutter 11 to be closed, so that air inlet is stopped, the purpose of fire fighting is achieved, and the explosion-proof fan 5 continues to exhaust air to achieve the effect of smoke exhaust; when the temperature sensor 6 senses that the temperature is lower than 25 ℃, the explosion-proof fan 5 is closed.
Compared with a commonly-used structure for reducing the noise of the side wall fan, the noise of the side wall fan for external emission can be reduced, the influence of the side wall fan on the indoor noise of the transformer substation can be reduced, the transformer substation noise is effectively prevented from exceeding the standard, the fan is organically linked with ventilation and heat dissipation and fire fighting, the energy consumption can be reduced, and the smoke exhaust effect can be played when an accident occurs.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the muffler 12 includes a plurality of muffling plates 121 arranged in parallel and spaced apart, and an airflow channel 122 for flowing gas is formed between two adjacent muffling plates 121; the sound-absorbing panel 121 includes a frame, fixing nets disposed at both sides of the frame, and sound-absorbing cotton disposed in the frame and filled between the two fixing nets.
