the clamping mechanism (4) is arranged between the first connecting block (2) and the second connecting block (3) and is used for enabling the first connecting block (2) and the second connecting block (3) to be close to each other so as to enable the steel belt (1) to be locked with the pier stud;
the connecting mechanism (5) is arranged on the clamping mechanism (4) and is detachably connected with the crawling ladder.
