The invention discloses a clean paraffin remover for oil fields and a preparation method thereof, wherein the clean paraffin remover comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5 to 10 percent of OP-10, 3 to 15 percent of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 10 to 15 percent of ethanol, 2 to 5 percent of sodium salicylate and 61 to 80 percent of water, wherein the total weight percentage of the components is 100 percent. The invention solves the problems of more times of well flushing, low oil production efficiency of the oil well and high oil production cost in the oil extraction process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fine chemical engineering of oil fields, relates to a clean paraffin remover for oil fields, and further relates to a preparation method of the clean paraffin remover for oil fields.
Background
The oil field is located in the northwest of China, the time that the air temperature is lower than the freezing point of crude oil is long, and a large amount of chemical additives for improving the fluidity of the crude oil, such as a paraffin removal and prevention agent, a pour point depressant, a drag reducer and the like, are required to be used in the processes of exploitation, collection and transportation of the crude oil every year when the air temperature is lower. The wax precipitation of most oil wells of the oil field is prolonged to be serious in winter, the oil extraction yield of the oil field is seriously influenced, in order to achieve the yield, a continuous wax removal and prevention measure is required, the operation frequency is high, and the operation cost is high, so that the efficient clean wax remover needs to be developed by starting from a crude oil wax precipitation principle and a wax removal and prevention mechanism and combining the wax sample analysis of the oil field.

step 2, adding the OP-10 weighed in the step 1 into a part of water, and stirring for 30-50 min to dissolve the OP-10 to obtain an OP-10 solution;
step 3, adding the ethanol weighed in the step 1 into the rest water to obtain an ethanol solution, adding the hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride weighed in the step 1 into the solution, and stirring for 10-20 min to obtain a hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride solution;

and 4, adding the OP-10 solution obtained in the step 2 into a hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride solution, stirring for 10min, adding 20kg of sodium salicylate, stirring uniformly, adding sodium carbonate to adjust the pH value to 11, and filling to obtain the cleaning wax remover.
Sampling products according to the above examples 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to perform an indoor experiment, performing a paraffin dissolving experiment by using standard paraffin and oil-containing wax samples of different blocks of an extended oil field respectively, weighing 1g of the wax samples to be accurate to 0.001g, controlling the temperature of a constant-temperature water bath to be 45 +/-1 ℃, adding 15mL of the paraffin remover of the invention into a paraffin melting test device, putting the paraffin remover into the water bath, fixing the prepared wax balls on a wax ball supporting rod of the paraffin melting test device after the paraffin remover in the paraffin melting test device is kept at a constant temperature, immersing the wax remover in the wax remover, observing and recording the time t for dissolving the wax balls to be accurate to 1min, wherein the specific results are shown in Table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the paraffin removal agent of the invention has a good paraffin removal effect on the waxy crude oil in different blocks, so that the paraffin removal agent of the invention has the effect of removing wax deposition on oil pipes, thereby reducing the well washing times, increasing the oil production efficiency of oil wells and reducing the oil production cost.

The oil field cleaning paraffin remover is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 5 to 10 percent of OP-10, 3 to 15 percent of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 10 to 15 percent of ethanol, 2 to 5 percent of sodium salicylate and 61 to 80 percent of water, wherein the total weight percentage of the components is 100 percent.
2. A preparation method of a clean paraffin remover for oil fields is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, weighing the following components in percentage by mass: 5-10% of OP-10, 3-15% of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 10-15% of ethanol, 2-5% of sodium salicylate and 61-80% of water, wherein the total weight percentage of the components is 100%;
step 2, adding the OP-10 weighed in the step 1 into a part of water, stirring to dissolve the OP-10 to obtain an OP-10 solution;
step 3, adding the ethanol weighed in the step 1 into the rest water to obtain an ethanol solution, adding the hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride weighed in the step 1 into the ethanol solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain a hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride solution;
and 4, adding the OP-10 solution obtained in the step 2 into the hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride solution obtained in the step 3, adding sodium salicylate, stirring uniformly, adding a pH regulator to adjust the pH value, and filling to obtain the cleaning wax remover.
