Abstract
The invention discloses a flexible adjustable glass material frame which comprises a material frame top plate, an outer frame, a left material frame plate, a right material frame plate and a bottom plate. The inner surfaces of the left material frame plate and the right material frame plate are provided with glass rails, and the glass plates are inserted into the glass rails; the left material frame plate can be moved smoothly through the rails arranged on the top plate and the bottom plate, the distance between the left material frame plate and the right material frame plate is adjusted, and the position of the left material frame plate is fixed by using nuts on the top plate and the bottom plate so as to adapt to glass plates with different sizes; a limiting rod is arranged behind the material frame to prevent the glass from sliding out of the track due to inertia in the process of inserting the plate; meanwhile, a handle hole is formed in the top plate, and universal idler wheels are installed below the bottom plate, so that the material frame can move conveniently. The novel problem of depositing temporarily of each process turnover in-process when using of glass board has been solved, can store and transport the glass board of different specifications, and easy operation is convenient for remove, has satisfied the technological requirement in the production line.

Background
The process requirement in the production of the liquid crystal glass panel is high at present, and the following problems need to be solved: (1) the material frame is required to be turned over among all the working procedures in the production process of the glass panel, and the glass sheets are temporarily stored on the premise that the surface precision of the glass is not damaged by the material frame. (2) The produced glass panels have different batches and constantly changed specifications, and the material frame is used for storing glass sheets with different specifications so as to meet the requirements in the production process. Therefore, the invention designs a flexible adjustable glass material frame structure.

Aiming at the problems in the existing production process, the invention provides a flexible adjustable glass material frame which can store and transport glass sheets in production.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a flexible adjustable glass material frame comprises a material frame top plate, an outer frame, a left material frame plate, a right material frame plate and a bottom plate; the glass guide device is characterized in that glass rails are arranged on the inner surfaces of the left material frame plate and the right material frame plate, and guide grooves are arranged at the inlets of the glass rails to safely guide glass plates to enter the glass rails; the top plate and the bottom plate are respectively provided with a front parallel sliding block track and a rear parallel sliding block track, the width of the front parallel sliding block track and the width of the rear parallel sliding block track are adjusted, the sliding blocks are arranged on the parallel sliding block tracks, the bracket is connected with the surface of the left material frame plate and fixed on the sliding blocks, and the left material frame plate can slide left and right to adjust the distance between the left material frame plate and the right material frame plate so as to adapt to glass plates with different sizes; moving track grooves are formed in the top plate and the bottom plate, and the position of the left material frame plate is fixed by screwing nuts; a limiting rod is arranged behind the space between the top plate and the bottom plate to prevent the glass flat plate from sliding out of the glass track due to inertia; and universal rollers are arranged below the bottom plate, so that the material frame can move conveniently.
As a preferred scheme, the front side and the rear side of the top plate are provided with handle holes, so that the material frame can be conveniently dragged; the movable rail groove is arranged in the middle, and the nut moves left and right in the movable rail groove; the slotted holes of the lower bottom plate correspond to the slotted holes of the top plate one by one.
As an optimal scheme, a stand column is arranged on one side, facing the outer frame of the material frame, of the left material frame plate, and the stand column is used for guaranteeing the flatness of the left material frame plate.
Preferably, the slider rail is disposed on the upper surface of the bottom plate and the lower surface of the top plate, and the slider rail and the hand nut moving rail groove are parallel to each other.
As a preferred scheme, the limiting rod is a long slender rod, the tail end of the limiting rod is connected with a spring, the fixing and the dismounting are convenient, and the limiting rod is arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate.
Preferably, the number of the outer frames is 4, and the outer frames are mounted at four corners of the top plate and the bottom plate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention solves the problems of storage and transportation when the glass is circulated among the working procedures in the production process, can store glass plates with different specifications, has simple operation and convenient movement, and meets the process requirements in the production line.

According to the invention, the front side and the rear side of the top plate 1 are preferably provided with the handle holes 10, so that the material frame can be conveniently dragged; the moving track groove 9 is arranged in the middle, and the nut 8 moves left and right in the moving track groove 9; the slotted holes of the lower bottom plate 6 correspond to the slotted holes of the top plate 1 one by one.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the slider rail 12 is provided on the upper surface of the bottom plate 6 and the lower surface of the top plate 1, and the slider rail 12 and the hand-nut moving rail groove 9 are parallel to each other.

During specific implementation, the nuts 8 on the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 6 are loosened, the left material frame plate 3 is moved leftwards and rightwards, the distance between the material frame plates is adjusted, the nuts 8 on the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 6 are screwed when the size of the glass is consistent, and the position of the left material frame plate 3 is fixed. When the glass plate is fed into the material frame, the opening of the guide groove 16 is slightly larger, the glass plate is guided to enter the glass track 15, and the limiting rod 11 is used for limiting the glass plate to slide out of the material frame. After the material frame is standardized, the material frame can be used for manual plate inserting and automatic plate inserting machines, and is compact in structure and convenient to move.
