The heating device is the same as a common lighter, adopts combustible gas as energy, heats at any time, has no naked flame at the heating front end, only has heating temperature, does not burn through the shrinkable film, has simple and convenient operation and good controllability, and can carry out accurate positioning baking shrinkage on the specific part of the shrinkable film; and the portable outdoor power supply is small in size, convenient to carry, free of charging and plugging, free of influence of outdoor electric energy conditions and environment and low in production cost.

Technical Field

Background
At present, the shrink film has high puncture resistance, good shrinkage and certain shrinkage stress. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the portable precise positioning heat shrinkable film heating device of the invention comprises a tank body 1 for storing combustible gas, an ignition switch 2, an integral structure handle body 3 of an electronic igniter 5, and an ignition nozzle 4; in order to achieve the proposed purpose of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the present invention further includes a gantry balance frame 6 and a wind-proof and flame-free cover 7, wherein the gantry balance frame 6 is installed on the front end of the handle body 3, the wind-proof and flame-free cover 7 is installed in the gantry balance frame 6, the ignition nozzle 4 is arranged on the gantry balance frame 6 located in the wind-proof and flame-free cover 7, and two sides of the gantry balance frame 6 are respectively provided with a sliding support portion 8. When in use, as shown in fig. 4, the sliding support parts 8 at two sides of the gantry balance frame 6 are supported on the adhesive side edges 502 at two sides of the composite heat shrinkable film adhesive tape 50, so that the central part of the heat shrinkable film 501 at the middle part can be accurately positioned and baked, the adhesive side edges 502 at two sides of the heat shrinkable film 501 only shrink, the middle part is not heated and does not deform and shrink, and the adhesive parts 502 at two sides of the composite heat shrinkable film adhesive tape 50 can not be baked by heat and keep good adhesive property, that is, as shown in fig. 4. The invention is particularly suitable for composite thermal contraction film adhesive tapes.
When the scheme shown in fig. 4 is adopted, in order to enable the thermal contraction film or the compound thermal contraction film adhesive tape to slide smoothly, have small resistance and low friction, the outer end of the sliding support part 8 is made into a circular arc-shaped smooth part.
