furthermore, an embedding groove 22 is formed in the periphery of the waterproof plate 2, a rib plate 12 extends inwards from the through hole 11, and the rib plate 12 is embedded in the embedding groove 22 of the waterproof plate 2 during assembly; the size of the groove wall of the caulking groove 22 close to the outer side of the evaporator shell 1 is larger than that of the groove wall close to the inner side of the evaporator; when the evaporator is used, the caulking groove of the waterproof plate is in embedded transition fit with the upper shell and the lower shell of the evaporator shell, so that the effect of fixing the waterproof plate can be achieved on one hand, and the sealing performance between the waterproof plate and the through hole can be improved by using the structure of the groove wall of the waterproof plate, so that the flow direction of condensed water at the inner side of an evaporator pipeline after condensation is effectively blocked, the condensed water at the pipe orifice is blocked, and the flow direction of the condensed water to an evaporation fan is prevented;
furthermore, an annular wall 23 is arranged on the outer side end face of the through hole 21 in an outward extending mode, the inner diameter of the annular wall 23 is the same as that of the through hole 21, and the contact surface between the through hole and the elastic sealing element 5 is enlarged equivalently through the extending annular wall structure, so that the sealing effect is further improved; preferably, the inner side wall of the annular wall 23 and the inner side wall of the through hole 21 are respectively provided with a convex ring 24, the convex ring 24 is in close contact with the outer side surface of the elastic sealing element 5, and the interference effect of the convex ring and the elastic sealing element is utilized to further improve the additional sealing effect between the waterproof plate and the elastic sealing element;
although the technical scheme can effectively prevent the condensed water on one side in the evaporator shell from flowing out of the shell through the liquid inlet and outlet aluminum pipes, when the evaporator is used, the temperature of the evaporator is very low, the temperature of the evaporator shell is easily reduced after long-time use, the temperature in the cabin where the evaporator shell is located is high, the air near the evaporator shell is easily liquefied and attached to the evaporator shell, and the formed condensed water is easily introduced into the cockpit; therefore, even if the waterproof effect of the evaporator shell close to the liquid inlet and outlet aluminum pipe is good, the formation of condensed water outside the evaporator shell cannot be solved; therefore, in order to solve the problem, the evaporator shell 1 is covered with the protective box 6, the heat insulation cavity 61 is arranged between the protective box 6 and the evaporator shell 1, and the heat insulation cavity can effectively isolate the temperature difference between the external temperature of the evaporator shell and the external temperature of the protective box, prevent the formation of condensed water on the protective box, and avoid dripping at a cab to generate moisture and breeding mold;
