本发明涉及染色针织布技术领域,具体为一种轻薄型多层次结构的染色 针织布。
背景技术
针织布即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,分经编 针织布和纬编针织布,针织物在改变结构和提高尺寸稳定性后,同样可做外 衣,针织物可以先织成坯布,经裁剪、缝制而成各种针织品,可以直接织成 全成形或部分成形产品,如袜子和手套等,针织物除作内衣、外衣、袜子、 手套、帽子、床单、床罩、窗帘、蚊帐、地毯和花边等衣着,生活和装饰用 布外,在工业、农业和医疗卫生等领域也得到广泛应用。
如今现有市场上的针织面料丰富多彩,已经进入多功能化和高档化的发 展阶段,由于全球气温整体回暖,炎热的夏季气温持续升高,但传统的染色 针织布散热效果较差,当针织布作为服装使用时,在外界温度较高时过多的 热量和汗水会造成使用者的不适,因此,降低了染色针织布的使用效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种轻薄型多层次结构的染色针织 布,具备有效散热降温的优点,解决了传统的染色针织布散热效果差从而降 低染色针织布使用效率的问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种轻薄型多层次结构的染色针织布,包括 染色针织布本体、填充装置和降温装置,所述染色针织布本体的内部设置有 填充装置,所述染色针织布本体的内部设置有降温装置,所述降温装置包括 循环水管,所述循环水管的顶部连通有进水管道,所述循环水管的底部连通 有排水管,所述循环水管的外侧固定安装有小型制冷设备,所述循环水管的 外侧固定安装有电磁阀门。
进一步,所述填充装置包括柔性层,所述柔性层的底部固定安装有杀菌 层,所述杀菌层的底部固定安装有透气层。
进一步,所述染色针织布本体的内顶壁固定安装有柔性层,所述染色针 织布本体的内底壁固定安装有透气层。
进一步,所述杀菌层位于柔性层和透气层之间,所述杀菌层、柔性层和 透气层的外壁均与染色针织布本体的内壁相贴合。
进一步,所述柔性层由植物纤维层和毛织物层组成,所述柔性层的底部 与杀菌层的顶部相贴合。
进一步,所述杀菌层由活性炭层和银离子抗菌层组成,所述透气层由雪 纺层和亚麻层组成。
进一步,所述染色针织布本体的顶部固定安装有一端贯穿染色针织布本 体并延伸到染色针织布本体底部的循环水管。
与现有技术相比,本申请的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
1、该轻薄型多层次结构的染色针织布,首先将水从进水管道倒入循环水 管内部,随后通过在降温装置结构中设置有小型制冷设备,当水经由小型制 冷设备时,即可将循环水管内部的水转化成冷水,使得染色针织布本体得到 有效的降温,从而整体实现了有效散热降温的目的。
2、该轻薄型多层次结构的染色针织布,在柔性层的作用下使得染色针织 布本体具有良好的柔软性,提高使用者的穿戴舒适度,杀菌层对染色针织布 本体起到了有效的抑菌作用,减少出现异味的可能,透气层起到了吸湿透气 的作用,从而大大提高了染色针织布本体透气效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而 不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3,本实施例中的一种轻薄型多层次结构的染色针织布,包括 染色针织布本体100、填充装置200和降温装置300,染色针织布本体100的 内部固定安装有填充装置200,染色针织布本体100的内部固定安装有降温装 置300,其中,填充装置200对染色针织布本体100起到了提高穿戴舒适度的 优点,降温装置300对染色针织布本体100起到散热降温的作用,避免引起 使用者穿戴不适的可能。
为了实现填充装置200提高舒适度的作用,如图1所示,本实施例中的 填充装置200包括柔性层201,柔性层201的底部固定安装有杀菌层202,杀 菌层202的底部固定安装有透气层203,染色针织布本体100的内顶壁固定安 装有柔性层201,染色针织布本体100的内底壁固定安装有透气层203,杀菌 层202位于柔性层201和透气层203之间,杀菌层202、柔性层201和透气层 203的外壁均与染色针织布本体100的内壁相贴合,柔性层201由植物纤维层 和毛织物层组成,柔性层201的底部与杀菌层202的顶部相贴合,杀菌层202 由活性炭层和银离子抗菌层组成,透气层203由雪纺层和亚麻层组成。
其中,银离子抗菌层中的带正电荷的银离子可与细菌蛋白酶中带负电荷 的巯基发生反应,蛋白酶因巯基的丧失而迅速失去活性,从而导致细菌无法 分裂繁殖而被杀灭,活性炭板是采用活性炭颗粒和粉末,加入无机硅改性黏 合剂,通过浇注和高温固化成型的一种环保新产品,亚麻层具有多孔的纤维 结构从而起到良好的透气效果,植物纤维层主要由棉制成,具有吸湿和穿着 舒适的优点,毛织物主要有羊毛制成,具有良好的柔韧性能。
为了实现降温装置300散热降温的优点,如图1-3所示,本实施例中的降 温装置300包括循环水管301,染色针织布本体100的顶部固定安装有一端贯 穿染色针织布本体100并延伸到染色针织布本体100底部的循环水管301,循 环水管301的顶部连通有进水管道302,循环水管301的底部连通有排水管 303,循环水管301的外侧固定安装有小型制冷设备304,循环水管301的外 侧固定安装有电磁阀门305。
其中,染色针织布本体100的顶部与染色针织布本体100的底部均开设 有与循环水管301相适配的通孔。
另外,通过设置有排水管道303,当需要更换的循环水管301内部的水流 时,可通过控制电磁阀门305将水流经由排水管道303排出。
上述实施例的工作原理为:
(1)在使用者需要进行散热降温时,首先将水从进水管道302倒入循环 水管301内部,随后启动小型制冷设备304,在水经由小型制冷设备304时, 即可将循环水管301内部的水转化成冷水,使得染色针织布本体100得到有 效的降温,从而整体实现了有效散热降温的目的。
(2)通过在染色针织布本体100的内部设置有填充装置200,在柔性层 201的作用下使得染色针织布本体100具有良好的柔软性,提高使用者的穿戴 舒适度,杀菌层202对染色针织布本体100起到了有效的抑菌作用,减少出 现异味的可能,透气层203起到了吸湿透气的作用,从而大大提高了提高了 染色针织布本体100的使用效率。
