When the forming machine works, the production requirements of different products are met by matching corresponding dies. However, the existing standard forming machine can only be matched with one set of die, namely the same forming equipment, can only be matched with the dies of products with the same specification, and cannot be matched with the dies of other products. When the adjusting frames 4 are moved, the two adjusting frames 4 are moved closer to or further from each other by the output ends of the adjusting cylinders 11.
In the invention, locking units for locking the die pressing frames are arranged on the inner sides of the two adjusting frames 4, so that the die pressing frames are locked or unlocked in the connecting frame 1 through the locking units.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the locking unit includes a locking cylinder 12, a locking plate 13, a driving plate 14, and a supporting plate 15. The locking cylinder 12 and the supporting plate 15 are fixedly arranged on the inner side of the adjusting frame 4, the driving plate 14 is in sliding connection with the supporting plate 15, and the sliding direction of the driving plate 14 is the direction facing to or away from the adjusting frame 4. The output end of the locking cylinder 12 is connected with the driving plate 14, so that the driving plate 14 moves towards a direction away from the adjusting frame 4 or a direction close to the adjusting frame 4 under the driving of the locking cylinder 12.
When the locking plate 13 is installed, the locking plate 13 is fixedly installed on one side of the driving plate 14 away from the adjusting frame 4, and the outer side of the locking plate 13 is flush with one side of the driving plate 14 away from the adjusting frame 4.
