the spiral conveying shaft (3) comprises an anti-clamping ring (31) and an anti-tilting handle (32), the anti-clamping ring (31) is sleeved on the spiral conveying shaft (3), and the anti-tilting handle (32) is symmetrically arranged on a cutting table (4) which is close to the spiral conveying shaft (3) and has a certain gap with the spiral conveying shaft (3);
the protruding outer cambered surface of the anti-tilting handle (32) is opposite to the working surface of the slitting table (4), the concave inner cambered surface of the anti-tilting handle (32) faces the non-working surface, and the inner cambered surface and the outer cambered surface of the anti-tilting handle (32) are smooth curved surfaces;
the cutter roller (8) is composed of a cutter wheel (81) and a cutting bracket (82), the cutter roller (8) is of a roller-shaped structure with sharp concave-convex cutter edges at two ends, the cutter roller (8) is fixed on a fixed surface through the cutting bracket (82), and the inner side surfaces, close to the two ends of the cutter roller (8), of the cutting bracket (82) are provided with tooth edges (821) which are attached to the concave-convex cutter edges of the shaft surface of the cutter roller (8);
the spiral conveying shaft (3) and the slitting table (4) and the knife roll (8) are in a parallel working state, and the working directions of the spiral conveying shaft (3) and the knife roll (8) are in a rotary action direction in a non-same direction;
the cutter wheel (81) is buckled on the outer shaft of the cutter roller (8) in an annular mode, the outer shaft of the cutter wheel (81) is in contact with the cutter roller (8) and is a flat end face, and the cutting support (82) is provided with a gap matched with the cutter wheel (81).
