The waste plastic sorting and separating device is characterized in that a feeding hole (101) is formed in the top of the first sorting chamber (1), a material receiving chamber (102) is fixed to one side wall of the outer portion of the first sorting chamber (1), and a blower (103) is fixed to one side wall of the inner portion of the first sorting chamber (1).

The waste plastic sorting and separating device is characterized in that the mixing mechanism (2) comprises a mixing chamber (201) fixed to the bottom end of the interior of the first sorting chamber (1), a threaded sleeve (202) is fixed to the top end of the interior of the mixing chamber (201), a threaded rod (203) penetrates through the interior of the threaded sleeve (202), the threaded rod (203) is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve (202), and the top end of the threaded rod (203) penetrates through the mixing chamber (201) and is rotatably connected with the mixing chamber (201).

The waste plastic sorting and separating device is characterized in that a plurality of uniformly distributed mixing blades (204) are fixed on the outer surface of the top end of the threaded rod (203), a moving spur gear (205) is fixed at the bottom end of the threaded rod (203), a mixing motor (206) is fixed at the bottom end of the interior of the mixing chamber (201), a driving spur gear (207) is fixed at the output end of the mixing motor (206), and a rotating rod (208) is arranged between the mixing motor (206) and the threaded rod (203).

The waste plastic sorting and separating device is characterized in that two ends of the rotating rod (208) are rotatably connected with the top end and the bottom end of the inner part of the mixing chamber (201) respectively, a driven spur gear (209) is fixed at the top end of the outer surface of the rotating rod (208), the driven spur gear (209) is meshed with a driving spur gear (207), a fixed spur gear (210) is fixed at the bottom end of the outer surface of the rotating rod (208), the length of the fixed spur gear (210) is greater than that of the moving spur gear (205), and the fixed spur gear (210) is meshed with the moving spur gear (205).
6. The waste plastic sorting and separating device of claim 1, wherein the separating mechanism (4) comprises a separating plate (401) slidably connected with the inner wall of the second sorting chamber (3), and a screen (402) is fixed on the inner surface of the separating plate (401).

The sorting and separating device for waste plastics according to claim 1, characterized in that the third sorting chamber (6) is arranged obliquely, a conveying table (601) is fixed on two sides of the inside of the third sorting chamber (6), and a conveying belt (603) is installed on the outer side of the conveying table (601).
