referring to fig. 1 to 11, a hair trimmer 1 comprises a razor unit 2, and an open/close control mechanism 3 connected to a housing 4 of the hair trimmer 1, wherein the open/close control mechanism 3 is capable of moving the razor unit 2 between a closed state and an open state, and the razor unit 2 is protruded and opened at a certain angle relative to the housing 4 in the open state. Specifically, when the razor is switched from the open state to the closed state, the open-close control mechanism 3 drives the razor assembly 2 to be movably opened for a certain angle, so that the razor assembly 2 is in the open state. The movable opening angle means that the razor assembly 2 is not in an open state after rotating around a pivot point as in the prior art, but the razor assembly 2 is simultaneously displaced and rotated under the driving of the opening and closing control mechanism 3. In the following, the hair-clipping device according to the invention is further described:
the shaver component 2 comprises a movable shaver blade 21 and a static shaver blade 22, the hair trimmer 1 further comprises a power unit 11, the movable shaver blade 21 is driven by the power unit 11 to reciprocate relative to the static shaver blade 22, and the reciprocating motion comprises reciprocating motion, reciprocating rotation and other reciprocating rotary motion. The hair trimmer 1 further has a blade assembly provided with a moving blade and a stationary blade. In this embodiment, the razor unit 2 is a reciprocating razor, as shown in fig. 10, the power unit 11 includes a driving source 111, an eccentric mechanism 112, and a moving blade swing portion 113, the eccentric mechanism 112 is connected to the driving source 111, the moving blade swing portion 113 is driven by the eccentric mechanism 112 to reciprocate, and the moving blade 21 is connected to the moving blade swing portion 113. The driving source 111 may be a motor (e.g., a servo motor), an air cylinder, or the like, and in the present embodiment, the driving source 111 is a motor. Similarly, the movable knife is connected with the eccentric mechanism through a movable knife swing part, and the movable knife reciprocates under the driving of the eccentric mechanism. The eccentric mechanism 112 comprises an eccentric wheel 1121 arranged on an output shaft of the motor and a driving element 1122 connected with the eccentric wheel 1121, the driving element 1122 is connected with the shaver moving blade swing part 113, two ends of the driving element 1122 are limited by grooves on two sides, and the rotating motion of the cam is converted into reciprocating linear motion, so that the reciprocating motion of the shaver moving blade 21 is driven. Therefore, the power unit 11 is mainly arranged to convert eccentric rotation into reciprocating linear motion by using a cam.
Specifically, the open-close control mechanism 3 mainly includes a razor rail assembly 31 and a push-button element 32.
As shown in fig. 4 and 9, the razor rail assembly 31 has a supporting shaft 311 and a razor rail 312, and a mounting groove 42 is formed in the middle of the housing 4 for mounting the razor rail assembly 31 and the push button 32. The supporting shaft 311 is fixed relative to the housing 4, and in this embodiment, the supporting shaft 311 is fixedly disposed on the side wall 411 of the mounting groove 42. Specifically, the supporting shaft 311 is connected between the razor rail assembly 31 and the housing 4 so that the razor rail assembly 31 can rotate relative to the housing 4, the razor rail 312 has a first rail 3121 and a second rail 3122 arranged at an angle, and the first rail 3121 is arranged in contact with the second rail 3122, where if the first rail 3121 and the second rail 3122 are grooves, the groove formed by the first rail 3121 is communicated with the groove formed by the second rail 3122; if the first and second rails 3121 and 3122 are of a protruding structure, the tail portion of the first rail 3121 is connected with the head portion of the second rail 3122. That is, the first guide rail 3121 and the second guide rail 3122 may be formed by recessing the body of the housing 4, or may be formed by protruding two corresponding wall portions, and the first guide rail 3121 and the second guide rail 3122 according to the present invention are defined between the two opposite wall portions, so that any groove having a guiding function may serve as the first guide rail 3121 and the second guide rail 3122 according to the present invention.
The purpose of the invention is to provide the razor guide 312 with a guiding function for the opening of the razor assembly 2, on the basis of which, in practical implementation, the razor guide 312 may also be a practical convex track, and the supporting shaft 311 is provided with a groove matching with the convex track, as long as the supporting shaft 311 and the razor guide 312 can be adapted to support the razor guide assembly 31 to slide and rotate along the razor guide 312.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the razor rail assembly 31 includes a razor rail housing 313 and a razor holder 314, the razor rail 312 is disposed on two sides of the razor rail housing 313, and the razor rail housing 313 is fixedly connected with respect to the razor holder 314, and the two housings can be connected and fixed by means of a snap, a bolt, or the like. The razor assembly 2 is connected to a razor rail assembly 31. In order to accommodate the bending deformation of the razor guide rail assembly 31 during the moving-rotating process, the razor guide rail assembly 31 is made of plastic material with better elastic property or metal thin sheet, alloy and the like. In particular, as shown in the drawings, the razor guide rail 312 has two guide walls 3120 disposed opposite to each other, and the first guide rail 3121 and the second guide rail 3122 are formed between the guide walls 3120. In this embodiment, grooves are formed on both sides of the razor guide housing 313, and the side walls of the grooves form the guide walls 3120 of the present invention. In a specific implementation, the guide walls 3121 may also be provided directly protruding on both sides of the razor rail housing 313. The width of the groove, i.e., the distance between the two guide walls 3120, is matched to the supporting rotation shaft 311, and it is preferable that the supporting rotation shaft 311 can move just inside the groove. Therefore, the guide wall 3120 limits the displacement of the supporting shaft 311 in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the razor rail assembly, so that the relative shaking of the razor rail assembly 31 and the housing 4 can be prevented from affecting the structural stability. Of course, the razor guide 312 may also be provided with only one guide wall 3120, the guide wall 3120 providing a guiding effect on the movement of the support shaft 311. The guiding wall 3121 may be a continuously disposed wall or a discontinuously disposed wall as long as it can guide the movement of the supporting rotation shaft 311. Specifically, the housing 4 is provided with a mounting groove 42, the razor rail assembly 31 and the push button element 32 are mounted in the mounting groove 42, two opposite sides of the housing 4 are provided with guide sliding grooves 43, the guide sliding grooves 43 are matched with the razor rail assembly 31, specifically, referring to fig. 4 and 9, the bottom of the razor rail housing is arranged in an arc shape, and the bottom of the guide sliding grooves 43 is arranged in an arc shape matched with the bottom of the razor rail housing.
As shown in fig. 4, the knob 32 has a knob body 321, and a gear linkage unit 322, the gear linkage unit 322 includes a power input gear 3221 disposed on the knob body 321, and a power output gear 3222 disposed on the razor rail assembly 31 and engaged with the power input gear 3221, and the power output gear 3222 is mounted on the razor holder 314. When the pushing and twisting member 32 moves, the power output gear 3222 is driven to move, and then the razor guide rail assembly 31 is driven to move. The razor guide rail assembly 31 is pivotally connected to a push button 32. Specifically, the razor assembly 2 is mounted to the end of the razor rail assembly 31 remote from the power input gear 3221. The gear linkage unit 322 further includes a power conversion gear 3223 fixed relative to the housing body 4. As shown in the figure, the inner plate 44 is disposed on the housing body 4, and the power conversion gear 3223 is fixed to the inner plate 44, but the housing body 4 may not be disposed with the inner plate 44, and the power conversion gear 3223 may be directly fixed to the housing body 4, and the power conversion gear 3223 may be mounted on the housing body 4 as a separate component, or may be formed by forming teeth from the housing body 4 to form the power conversion gear 3223. The power conversion gear 3223 and the power output gear 3222 are both in a tooth row structure. The power input gear 3221 is a cylindrical gear, and the power input gear 3221 is rotatably mounted on an inner wall of the torque pushing member body 321. The power output gear 3222 and the power conversion gear 3223 are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the power input gear 3221. In order to ensure that the power output gear 3222 can still be engaged with the power input gear 3221 after the razor track assembly 31 rotates by a certain angle relative to the housing body 4, the power output gear 3222 is also made of a flexible material with good elastic property, such as a plastic material, a metal sheet, an alloy sheet, and the like, during actual manufacturing. Also, in order to avoid a decrease in the degree of fit between the power input gear 3221 and the power output gear 3222 due to such deformation, an inner frame (not shown) may be further provided, which forms a defining groove that ensures stable fit of the power input gear 3221 and the power output gear 3222.
Specifically, the open-close control mechanism is further provided with a torsion spring 33, one end of the torsion spring 33 is fixedly connected with the shell body 4, and the other end of the torsion spring 33 can move relative to the shell body 4 under the driving of the push-twist piece 32. One end of the torsion spring 33 is connected with the razor rail assembly 31, and the other end of the torsion spring 33 is connected with the push button 32. In practice, the other end of the torsion spring 33 may be connected to the push button 32 or to the razor rail assembly 31. The purpose of the torsion spring 33 is primarily to reduce the force required to push the push button 32 when the razor assembly 2 is pushed out and retracted, to facilitate the transition of the razor assembly between the closed and open states, and to facilitate user operation.
The first guide rail 3121 extends from an end near the support rotation shaft 311 toward the razor assembly 2, and the second guide rail 3122 extends obliquely upward from an end of the first guide rail 3121 toward the razor assembly 2. As shown, the first guide rail 3121 is inclined gradually downwardly during extension to facilitate opening of the razor assembly 2, such that the junction of the first guide rail 3121 and the second guide rail 3122 forms an arcuate corner to facilitate transitioning of the razor assembly 2 between the closed and open positions.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, the razor rail assembly 31 has two pivotal connecting arms 315, the two connecting arms 315 are respectively disposed on both sides of the razor rail housing 313, and the two connecting arms 315 extend toward the push button member 32. The push-button member 32 is provided with a rotation connecting portion 316 at a position corresponding to the two rotation connecting arms 315, the rotation connecting arms 315 have a rotation supporting portion 317, and the rotation supporting portion 317 is rotatably connected with the rotation connecting portion 316. In the embodiment of the present invention, the rotation support 317 has a cylindrical shape, but may be spherical, hemispherical, or the like in practical implementation. The rotation connecting portion 316 is an arc-shaped groove disposed on the inner wall of the push-button element 32. The rotational support 317 and rotational connection 316 are arranged such that the razor rail assembly 31 rotates about the rotational connection 316 relative to the push button 32. In practice, however, it is also possible to provide the pivot connection 315 on the push button element 32 and the pivot connection 315 on the razor rail assembly 31.
When the hair trimmer 1 of the present invention is in use, a user pushes the push button element 32 manually, the push button element 32 moves towards the razor assembly 2, the power input gear 3221 mounted on the push button element 32 moves under the driving of the push button element 32, and is rotated by the power conversion gear 3223, so as to drive the power output gear 3222 to rotate, thereby moving the razor guide rail assembly 31; the razor guide rail assembly 31 is moved while being rotated clockwise by the razor guide rail 312 to be opened with respect to the housing 4, and the razor assembly 2 mounted on the razor guide rail assembly 31 is also opened. Similarly, when the razor assembly 2 needs to be closed, the pushing and twisting piece 32 is pushed to move away from the razor assembly 2, and the pushing and twisting piece 32 drives the razor guide rail assembly 31 to move and rotate in a resetting manner through the action of the gear linkage unit 322. The torsion spring 33 mainly plays a role in assisting the reset and the opening, during the opening process, when the torsion force of the torsion spring 33 reaches a critical value, the razor guide rail assembly 31 is pushed to pop out, and during the closing process, when one end of the torsion spring 33 moves to the critical value of the torsion force along with the push-torsion piece 32, a downward pushing torsion force is generated, and the razor guide rail assembly 31 is pushed to move downwards.
