When the stamping equipment body 6 moves downwards, the left second sliding rod 30 can be pressed through the limiting plate 8 to move downwards, then the second sliding rod 30 can be pressed through the sliding plate 19 in the left sliding cavity 17 to deform the second air bag 32, then the second air bag 32 can extrude gas into the device cavity 34, lubricating oil which absorbs water fluff on the surface of the vibrating spring 36 from the inside of the oil storage cavity 38 is sprayed out through the second spray head 35, then the workpiece is lubricated, and the wear resistance of the workpiece is improved.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, as an embodiment of the present invention, the atomizing mechanism includes iron blocks 37 fixed inside the plurality of vibrating springs 36, respectively, and magnets 31 engaged with the plurality of iron blocks 37 are provided inside the second slider 30 at equal intervals, and a neodymium magnet having a strong magnetic force may be used as the magnets 31.
When the second slide bar 30 moves down, the magnet 31 inside the second slide bar 30 attracts the iron block 37 inside the vibrating spring 36, so that the vibrating spring 36 stores the force, after the magnet 31 and the iron block 37 are far away, the vibrating spring 36 storing the force releases the elastic force, so that the lubricating oil absorbed in the water absorption wool is vibrated into small droplets and is sprayed out from the second spray head 35 along with the air flow, the lubricating efficiency is improved, and because the base 1 is made of austenite stainless steel, high chromium and nickel (about 18% and more than 4% of nickel) are added into the steel, the internal structure of the steel presents an austenite structure state, which has no magnetic permeability and cannot be attracted by the magnet, so that the base 1 cannot be magnetized by the magnet 31, and further cannot attract the iron block 31.
Referring to fig. 1, as an embodiment of the present invention, a torsion spring for driving the die plate 4 to return is sleeved at a joint of the two rotating shafts 3 and the two L-shaped clamping blocks 2.
When the stamping equipment body 6 moves downwards, the stamping equipment body 6 can press the die plate 4 to rotate, meanwhile, the torsion spring at the joint of the rotating shaft 3 and the L-shaped fixture block can also store force, and when the stamping equipment body 6 moves upwards, the elasticity of the torsion spring is released, so that the die plate 4 is driven to reset to prepare for next stamping.
The working principle is as follows: when the stamping device body 6 moves downwards, the left second slide bar 30 is pressed to move downwards through the limiting plate 8, then the second slide bar 30 presses the second air bag 32 to deform through the sliding plate 19 in the left slide cavity 17, then the second air bag 32 extrudes air into the device cavity 34, and the lubricating oil absorbed by the water absorption fluff on the surface of the vibration spring 36 from the inside of the oil storage cavity 38 is sprayed out through the second spray head 35, then the workpiece is lubricated, the wear resistance of the workpiece is improved, when the second slide bar 30 moves downwards, the magnet 31 in the second slide bar 30 can absorb the iron block 37 in the vibration spring 36, so that the vibration spring 36 finishes power storage, after the magnet 31 and the iron block 37 are far away, the vibration spring 36 finishes power storage can release the elastic force, further the lubricating oil absorbed by the water absorption fluff is vibrated into small droplets and is sprayed out from the second spray head 35 along with the air flow, the lubricating efficiency is improved, after the stamping device body 6 is reset, the first slide bar 7 can move upwards under the elastic force of the first spring 9, due to the arrangement of the one-way bearing outside the first slide bar 12, when the stamping equipment body 6 moves downwards, the one-way bearing cannot rotate, when the stamping equipment body 6 moves upwards, the rack 11 at the lower end of the first slide bar 7 can drive the first slide bar 12 to rotate through the gear 13, and drive the second slide bar 14 inside the strip-shaped groove to rotate through the synchronous belt 16, and then drive the roller 15 to rotate, so that the workpiece after stamping of the strip moves, when the first slide bar 7 moves downwards, the first slide bar 7 can press the gas inside the first air bag 18 into the air storage cavity 21 through the sliding plate 19, after the first slide bar 7 moves downwards, the front end of the push bar 23 can move out of the arc-shaped groove 22, and then the first slide bar 7 can press the push bar 23 to overcome the elastic force of the second spring 26 inside the circular cavity 24 to move to the right, so that the air vent 29 is not overlapped with the air outlet pipe 27 in the vertical direction any more, and then accomplish to gas storage chamber 21 and seal, make the inside atmospheric pressure increase of gas storage chamber 21, after stamping equipment body 6 resets, first slide bar 7 moves up under the elasticity of first spring 9, then push rod 23 reinserts the inside of arc wall 22 under the elasticity of second spring 26, make blow vent 29 can switch on again with outlet duct 27 in vertical direction, make the inside gas in gas storage chamber 21 spout in the twinkling of an eye through first shower nozzle 28, and then the work piece after the punching press is followed the upper end of base 1 and is kicked up, avoid the position adhesion of work piece punching press at the upper surface of base 1, the cylinder 15 of also being convenient for simultaneously transports the work piece.
