Abstract
The invention provides an extrusion container exhaust device and a using method thereof; the method comprises the following steps: the device comprises a rear beam (1), an extrusion cylinder moving cylinder (2), an extrusion cylinder (3), an auxiliary exhaust device (4), a die holder (5), a lower die frame (6), a front beam (7), a die (8) and an auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate (9); the extrusion container moving cylinder (2) is arranged on the rear beam (1), the lower die carrier (6) is arranged on the front beam (1), and the auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate (9) is welded on the lower die carrier (6); the auxiliary exhaust device (4) is arranged on the auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate (9); the lower die carrier (6) is arranged on the front beam (7); the auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate (9) is positioned inside an outer circular line (10) of the extrusion cylinder. The invention also relates to a use method of the device. The invention solves the problems that the existing exhaust mode has long exhaust process time, large impact, large vibration and noise of a hydraulic system, increased fixed non-extrusion time and influenced equipment service life and production efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of metallurgical equipment, and particularly relates to an extrusion container exhaust device and a using method thereof.
Background
During the extrusion process of the aluminum profile extruder, a main cylinder is used for upsetting an ingot under the pressure of 80-150 bar, and then the extrusion cylinder is separated from the end face of the die and is exhausted, so that bubbles formed on the surface of the profile by gas mixed into metal are reduced. The venting action of most extruders completes the venting process within 5-10 seconds: the large-cavity pressure relief of the moving cylinder of the extrusion container (the liquid inlet valve of the large-cavity of the moving cylinder of the extrusion container is closed and the liquid discharge valve is opened), the opening of the extrusion container is 10-20 mm (the liquid discharge valve of the large-cavity of the moving cylinder of the extrusion container is kept open, the liquid discharge valve of the small-cavity of the moving cylinder of the extrusion container is closed and the liquid inlet valve is opened), the closing of the extrusion container (the liquid discharge valve of the large-cavity of the moving cylinder of the extrusion container is closed and the liquid inlet valve is opened, the liquid inlet valve of the small-cavity of the moving cylinder of the extrusion container is closed and the liquid discharge valve is opened), and the re-locking of the extrusion container (the pressure of the large-cavity of the moving cylinder of the extrusion container is up to the locking pressure). the extrusion cylinder moving cylinder 2 is arranged on the rear beam 1, the die 8 is placed in the die holder 5 and is positioned at the extrusion center between the extrusion cylinder 3 and the front beam 7, the extrusion cylinder 3 is in a locking state before exhausting, the large cavity of the extrusion cylinder moving cylinder 2 keeps locking pressure (200-280 bar), the front end face of the extrusion cylinder 3 is attached to the end face of the die 8, and the die 8 is kept in a compressed state;
the lower die carrier 6 is arranged on the front beam 1, and the auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate 9 is welded on the lower die carrier 6;
the auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate 9 is positioned inside an outer circular line 10 of the extrusion cylinder;
the auxiliary exhaust device 4 is arranged on the auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate 9, and when exhausting, the oil cylinder of the exhaust device 4 extends out to push the extrusion container 3 to move, so that the extrusion container 3 is opened by 10-20 mm; when the air is not exhausted, the oil cylinder of the auxiliary exhaust device 4 retracts, and the operation of the extruder is not influenced.
The invention also relates to a using method of the extrusion container exhaust device, which comprises the following steps:
before exhausting, the extrusion container 3 is in a locking state, the large cavity of the extrusion container moving cylinder 2 keeps locking pressure (200-280 bar), so that the front end face of the extrusion container 3 is attached to the end face of the mold 8, and the mold 8 is kept in a compressed state. During air exhaust, the large cavity of the extrusion cylinder moving cylinder 2 is depressurized (the liquid inlet valve of the large cavity of the extrusion cylinder moving cylinder 2 is closed, the liquid outlet valve is opened), and meanwhile, the oil cylinder of the auxiliary air exhaust device 4 extends out; the extrusion container 3 is opened by 10-20 mm under the push of the auxiliary exhaust device 4 (the large-cavity liquid discharge valve of the extrusion container moving cylinder 2 is kept open); closing the extrusion cylinder 3 (closing a liquid discharge valve of a large cavity of the extrusion cylinder moving cylinder and opening a liquid inlet valve), and simultaneously retracting the oil cylinder of the auxiliary exhaust device 4; the extrusion container 3 is locked again (the pressure of the large cavity of the extrusion container moving cylinder 2 is changed to the locking pressure).
The invention has the following advantages:
the extrusion container exhaust device has the advantages that the oil cylinder is small, the pipeline is simple, the response is rapid, lower system pressure can be adopted, the extrusion container is pushed to finish the action of retreating by 10-20 mm by replacing the extrusion container moving cylinder with the auxiliary exhaust device, the pressure relief of the large cavity of the extrusion container moving cylinder and the extending action of the oil cylinder of the auxiliary exhaust device can be simultaneously carried out, and the fixed non-extrusion time is reduced; meanwhile, the extrusion container retreats without being driven by the extrusion container moving cylinder, the small cavity of the extrusion container moving cylinder is not required to be pressurized in the whole exhaust process, and the liquid discharge valve is always in an open state, so that the opening and closing times of the hydraulic valve of the extrusion container moving cylinder are greatly reduced, the impact of the hydraulic system of the extrusion container moving cylinder is reduced, the vibration and noise of the hydraulic system are reduced, the service life of equipment is prolonged, and the production efficiency is improved.

the extrusion cylinder moving cylinder 2 is arranged on the rear beam 1, the die 8 is placed in the die holder 5 and is positioned at the extrusion center between the extrusion cylinder 3 and the front beam 7, the extrusion cylinder 3 is in a locking state before exhausting, the large cavity of the extrusion cylinder moving cylinder 2 keeps locking pressure (200-280 bar), the front end face of the extrusion cylinder 3 is attached to the end face of the die 8, and the die 8 is kept in a compressed state;
the lower die carrier 6 is arranged on the front beam 1, and the auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate 9 is welded on the lower die carrier 6;
the auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate 9 is positioned inside an outer circular line 10 of the extrusion cylinder;
the auxiliary exhaust device 4 is arranged on the auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate 9, and when exhausting, the oil cylinder of the exhaust device 4 extends out to push the extrusion container 3 to move, so that the extrusion container 3 is opened by 10-20 mm; when the air is not exhausted, the oil cylinder of the auxiliary exhaust device 4 retracts, and the operation of the extruder is not influenced.
The invention also relates to a using method of the auxiliary exhaust device for the extrusion container, which comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 3: the left diagram is a non-exhaust state diagram, and the right diagram is an exhaust state diagram; before exhausting, the extrusion container 3 is in a locking state, the large cavity of the extrusion container moving cylinder 2 keeps locking pressure (200-280 bar), so that the front end face of the extrusion container 3 is attached to the end face of the mold 8, and the mold 8 is kept in a compressed state. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the extrusion container exhaust device has the advantages that the oil cylinder is small, the pipeline is simple, the response is rapid, lower system pressure can be adopted, the extrusion container is pushed to finish the action of retreating by 10-20 mm by replacing the extrusion container moving cylinder with the auxiliary exhaust device, the pressure relief of the large cavity of the extrusion container moving cylinder and the extending action of the oil cylinder of the auxiliary exhaust device can be simultaneously carried out, and the fixed non-extrusion time is reduced; meanwhile, the extrusion container retreats without being driven by the extrusion container moving cylinder, the small cavity of the extrusion container moving cylinder is not required to be pressurized in the whole exhaust process, and the liquid discharge valve is always in an open state, so that the opening and closing times of the hydraulic valve of the extrusion container moving cylinder are greatly reduced, the impact of the hydraulic system of the extrusion container moving cylinder is reduced, the vibration and noise of the hydraulic system are reduced, the service life of equipment is prolonged, and the production efficiency is improved.
The invention solves the problems that the existing exhaust mode has long exhaust process time, large impact, large vibration and noise of a hydraulic system, increased fixed non-extrusion time and influenced equipment service life and production efficiency.

the extrusion cylinder moving cylinder (2) is arranged on the rear beam (1), and the die (8) is placed in the die holder (5) and is positioned at the extrusion center between the extrusion cylinder (3) and the front beam (7);
the lower die carrier (6) is arranged on the front beam (1), and the auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate (9) is welded on the lower die carrier (6);
the auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate (9) is positioned inside an outer circular line (10) of the extrusion cylinder;
the auxiliary exhaust device (4) is arranged on the auxiliary exhaust device mounting plate (9), and during exhaust, an oil cylinder of the exhaust device (4) extends out to push the extrusion container (3) to move so as to finish the action of opening the extrusion container (3) by 10-20 mm; when the air is not exhausted, the oil cylinder of the auxiliary exhaust device (4) retracts, and the operation of the extruder is not influenced.
2. A method of using the container venting device of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
before exhausting, the extrusion container is in a locking state, the large cavity of the extrusion container moving cylinder (2) keeps locking pressure, so that the front end face of the extrusion container (3) is attached to the end face of the mold (8), and the mold (8) is kept in a compressed state;
during air exhaust, the large cavity of the extrusion cylinder moving cylinder (2) is used for pressure relief, and meanwhile, an oil cylinder of the auxiliary air exhaust device (4) extends out; the extrusion container (3) is opened by 10-20 mm under the push of the auxiliary exhaust device (4);
and closing the extrusion cylinder (3), simultaneously retracting the oil cylinder of the auxiliary exhaust device (4), and locking the extrusion cylinder (3) again to finish the exhaust process.
