3) collection of active substances

The conveyor belt 2 is made of metal and other scratch-resistant materials, so that the catalyst is prevented from scratching the conveyor belt 2.
The manipulator 3 has a plurality of moving dimensions, can move in a high-low mode or in an arc mode on a horizontal plane after grasping the flat-plate catalyst 1, and can also do overturning motion along an axis at the tail end of the manipulator 6.
The metal mesh substrate of the flat-plate catalyst 1 has high strength, but still deforms under a certain force; the active substance on the metal mesh substrate is completely solidified after being dried and roasted and cannot generate deformation, after enough tensile force is applied to the metal mesh substrate, the grid structure of the metal mesh substrate is changed, but the active substance attached to the metal mesh substrate cannot deform along with the metal mesh substrate and naturally breaks away from the metal mesh substrate, and the stretching method can thoroughly avoid the action between the substrate and the active substance and avoid the influence of unnecessary impurities on the recycling of the active substance due to the fact that the unnecessary impurities enter the active substance;
if the geometry of the substrate structure is relatively stable, it may break at the weakest point in strength under the influence of tensile forces, and it is not possible for deformation to occur in the bulk material. However, in the case of a flat catalyst, the grid shape is a regular parallelogram, and the change of the geometric shape is relatively easy to occur. Thus, the parallelogram of the material as a whole can be geometrically altered by the tensile force. The stretching method skillfully and comprehensively utilizes the combination mode of the active substance and the base material of the flat-plate catalyst and the geometric characteristics of the base material, and creatively solves the problems that the base material and the active substance are difficult to separate in the recovery process of the flat-plate catalyst, the pollution is more and the resource consumption is more caused by the conventional separation method, and the recycling is difficult caused by the base material substance brought into the active substance.
