The roller coating uses a roller as a carrier of the coating, the coating forms a wet coating film with a certain thickness on the surface of the roller, and then the roller contacts the surface of the cold-rolled steel sheet in the rotating process to coat the coating on the surface of the cold-rolled steel sheet. The roll coater is a core device in a roll coating process, determines the thickness and uniformity of a coating on the surface of a material, has a great influence on the operation efficiency of a machine set, and is the most common and widely used coating device at present.
The existing roll coater for cold-rolled steel sheets is generally a three-roll coating head consisting of a coating roll, a feeding roll and a metering roll, and the coating is coated by dipping the coating of a storage tray by the feeding roll in a lower material taking mode, as shown in fig. 1. At the moment, the liquid coating in the storage disc can be constructed only by soaking the material taking roller for a certain height, the coating is fed into the metering roller through the feeding roller, and then the coating is coated by the coating roller after the thickness of the coating is controlled by the metering roller. For the first development and the production of small orders, a large amount of base materials required by a material taking mode storage tray still need to be taken down, and the production cost is very high.

The invention aims to provide an upper feeding roll coater of a four-roll coating head, which aims to solve the problems of excessive coating and high production cost in the first product development and small order production of the prior equipment in the background art.

Preferably, the controller is connected to the driving devices respectively, and controls the operating speed of each driving device to achieve a corresponding ratio.
Preferably, the feeding device comprises a feeding conveying device and a discharge chute connected with the feeding conveying device.
Preferably, the discharge chute is a long-strip V-shaped structure, and a material distribution device is arranged in the discharge chute.

The back roll 1 of the coating machine runs anticlockwise and plays a role in supporting and steering the cold-rolled steel plate. The cold-rolled steel sheet is interposed between the coating roller 2 and the coater, and is coated by the coating roller 2 with the operation of the coater back roller 1. The feed roll 3 is used to transfer the coating from the metering roll 4 to the application roll 2. The metering roll 4 controls the thickness of the wet coating film by adjusting the gap between the metering roll and the feeding roll 3. The levelling roll 5 serves to distribute the coating material evenly over the metering roll. The bottom surface of the storage tray 6 is an inclined surface, so that the paint overflowing or dropping from the equipment can be collected and recycled.
Specifically, the supporting plate 8 is further provided with a controller 10, the back roll 1, the coating roll 2, the feed roll 3, the metering roll 4 and the material homogenizing roll 5 of the coating machine are respectively connected with respective driving devices, the controller 10 is respectively connected with the driving devices, and the running speed of each driving device is controlled through a program in the controller 10, so that the running speed of each rolling roll reaches a certain proportion, namely the surface speed of each roll is the same.

Specifically, a supporting plate 9 is arranged between the two supporting plates, and a sliding rail 91 is arranged on the supporting plate 9. If no material homogenizing roller is arranged, the coating in the material storage disc needs to be adhered and taken through the feeding roller, and the construction in the material taking mode can be carried out only by taking 200k of the coating as a backing material. The upper feeding mode after the material homogenizing roller is added can reduce the number of the backing materials to 10kg for construction, and the received paint in the storage tray can be recycled.
