The two liquid preparation tank bodies 1 are used for alternatively preparing liquid, the curing time is 3.2 times of that of the original three-tank overflow type, and the medicament can be fully cured to meet the requirement of the use performance of the medicament.
The mechanical agitation means 4 cooperates with the drying means 12 to provide a more uniform drying of the particulate medicament. The dryness of the granular medicament can reach 95 percent, and the storage requirement of the medicament is ensured and the use performance of the medicament is also considered at the same time at a proper temperature.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inner wall of each liquid preparation tank 1 is provided with a stirring device 2, and the stirring device 2 is used for fully mixing the medicament in the liquid preparation tank 1 with the clean water.

In the above-described embodiment, the liquid level meter 13 may be an ultrasonic liquid level meter or an infrared liquid level meter.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the adding pipeline 11 is provided with a spare adding pipeline, an input end of the adding pipeline 11 is connected with an input end of the spare adding pipeline, and an output end of the adding pipeline 11 is connected with an output end of the spare adding pipeline.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, an electro-contact pressure gauge 10 is disposed on the inner wall of the feeding pipe 11, and the electro-contact pressure gauge 10 is used for detecting the pressure of the feeding pipe 11. The electric contact pressure gauge 10 compares the detected pressure with a preset value, so as to judge whether the pipeline is in an abnormal state;
in the above embodiment, the electro-contact pressure gauge 10 may use the prior art, such as: the electric contact pressure gauge 10 is provided with a holding mechanism and a resetting mechanism, so that the safety of a pipeline can be ensured under the condition of power failure.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the clean water pipeline, the adding pipeline 11 and the spare adding pipeline are respectively provided with an electric valve 8, and the electric valves 8 are used for controlling the circulation of the medicament and the clean water.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the clear water pipeline connected with the dosing pump is provided with the constant-pressure variable-frequency pump 7, and the constant-pressure variable-frequency pump 7 is used for flushing the residual high-viscosity medicament in the dosing pipeline, so that the dosing pipeline is prevented from being blocked by the medicament, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
In the above embodiment, the constant-pressure variable-frequency pump 7 may adopt the prior art, such as: the constant-pressure variable-frequency pump 7 can be provided with a single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer can be provided with an automatic working mode, a manual working mode and the like.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the switching between the dosing pipeline and the standby pipeline is controlled by a programmable controller, and the programmable controller is arranged in a programmable controller control cabinet 6. The programmable controller equipment is flexible and convenient to operate, can realize starting and pausing, automatic and manual mode switching, counting and zero clearing and the like, and the programmable controller control cabinet 6 is used for protecting the programmable controller from air corrosion.
The programmable controller is used for judging data detected by the electric contact pressure gauge 10, when the data acquired by the electric contact pressure gauge 10 is larger than a certain value, the programmable controller can judge that the adding pipeline 11 is in an abnormal state, and the programmable controller controls the electric valve of the adding water pipe to be closed and controls the electric valve of the standby adding water pipe to be opened.

clear water pipelines which can be used for conveying clear water are connected among the spiral conveying metering device, the liquid preparation box body and the adding pipeline, and the clear water pipelines are used for conveying clear water;
the feeding pipeline and the feeding pump are used for feeding a solution mixed by the medicament and clear water which are prepared by the liquid preparation box body;
the inner wall of the medicament storage bin is provided with a drying device, and the outer wall of the medicament storage bin is provided with a mechanical disturbance device;
the drying device is used for drying the medicament in the medicament storage bin;
the mechanical disturbance device is used for vibrating the medicament storage bin and driving the medicament in the medicament storage bin to be disturbed so as to uniformly dry the medicament;
the number of the liquid preparation box bodies is two, and each liquid preparation box body is respectively provided with the spiral conveying metering device and the feeding pump;
when the operation of mixed liquid preparation is being executed in one of the liquid preparation tank bodies, the adding pump of the second liquid preparation tank body is opened to add the mixed solution stored in the other liquid preparation tank body; and
after the mixed solution in one liquid preparation box body is added, the spiral conveying metering device is used for feeding the medicament to the other liquid preparation box body;
the two liquid preparation tank bodies can be used for mutual standby, and when one liquid preparation tank body breaks down, the feeding, curing and adding stages are all carried out in the other liquid preparation tank body.
2. The granular medicine feeding system according to claim 1, wherein a stirring device is arranged on the inner wall of each liquid preparation tank body.

The granular medicine feeding system according to claim 1, wherein a level meter is disposed at the bottom of the medicine storage bin, and when the medicine in the medicine storage bin detected by the level meter is less than a preset value, the level meter controls the spiral conveying metering device to convey the medicine to the storage bin.
