Furthermore, the syringe barrel 1, the piston 3, the piston rod 4, the fixed plug 5, the rotating handle 6, the inner barrel 8 and the outer barrel 9 are all made of medical plastic materials. The plastic film 7 is made of medical plastic film, the partition film 12 is made of medical light plastic film, CT developer is injected into the kinescope 10 during CT scanning, and nuclear magnetic developer is injected into the kinescope 10 during MRI scanning.
Example 4:

Claims (7)

1. An auxiliary expanding device for female pelvic cavity imaging examination is characterized in that the main structure of the device comprises a syringe barrel, a front end vent hole, a piston rod, a fixed plug, a rotary handle, a plastic film and a diaphragm; the syringe barrel is of an oblate cylindrical structure, the inner cavity of the syringe barrel is cylindrical, the front wall of the syringe barrel is of a planar structure, an inelastic plastic film is fixedly coated on the periphery of the syringe barrel, a cavity gap is formed between the plastic film and the outer side wall of the syringe barrel, and a graduated scale is printed on the outer surface of the plastic film in the length direction; four front end vent holes are uniformly formed in the periphery of the front wall of the syringe barrel, the front end vent holes enable the inner cavity of the syringe barrel to be communicated with the plastic film, and a partition film is fixedly arranged on the outer side of each front end vent hole and partitions the inner cavity of the syringe barrel from the plastic film; the inner side wall of the rear end of the syringe barrel is provided with internal threads, the piston is arranged in the syringe barrel, the piston and the syringe barrel are sealed, the piston is provided with a piston rod, external threads are arranged on the whole length or part length of the piston rod, and scale marks are carved on the piston rod in the length direction; the upper surface of the fixed plug is provided with a rotating handle, a rear end vent hole penetrates through the fixed plug, and the periphery of the fixed plug is provided with external threads which are matched with the internal threads of the syringe barrel; the center of the fixed plug is provided with a center hole with internal threads, and the center hole is matched with the external threads on the piston rod.

The auxiliary dilating device for female pelvic imaging examination as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plastic film is bulged at the front end after inflation, the front end is bulged after inflation, the external uterine opening is located in the central depression, and the bulge is located at the vaginal fornix position, so as to facilitate observation of vaginal fornix state and judgment of disappearance or deformation of vaginal fornix due to invasion of tumor.

The auxiliary dilating device of claim 2, wherein the fixed plug is fixed to the inner barrel of the syringe barrel and immovable, the center of the fixed plug is provided with a central hole with internal threads, and the central hole is matched with the external threads on the piston rod, the piston rod is rotated forward, the piston pushes air from the air hole at the front end to enter the inner cavity of the plastic film to inflate the plastic film, and when the dilated plastic film is thick and thin, the piston rod is stopped to rotate, fixed, data is recorded, and scanning is performed.

The auxiliary dilator for female pelvic imaging examination as claimed in claim 2, wherein the syringe barrel comprises an inner barrel and an outer barrel, the outer barrel is oblate barrel structure, the inner barrel is cylindrical barrel structure, a cavity structure is provided between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, a kinescope is provided at the position close to the outer side wall of the inner barrel at the inner side wall of the outer barrel, the kinescope is hollow, thin and straight tubular structure, the kinescope is filled with CT or MRI developer and can develop during scanning, the distance of the front position (external cervical opening) of the dilator can be judged according to the position and sequence of the development enhancing point on the cross section (axial position), the position and the general length of the lesion on the longitudinal axis of the vagina can be determined, the tumor stage can be conveniently determined, and the treatment mode can be determined.

The auxiliary dilating device for female pelvic imaging examination of claim 4, wherein the number of the kinescopes fixedly arranged on the periphery of the outer side wall of the inner cylinder is 8, and the arrangement sequence and the number are as follows: viewing angle, looking from the back end to the front end of the syringe barrel, setting No. 1 kinescopes at 12 noon, and uniformly arranging No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 kinescopes at intervals of 90 degrees in sequence along clockwise direction; setting No. 5 kinescopes at 13 o' clock at noon, and uniformly distributing No. 6, No. 7 and No. 8 kinescopes at intervals of 90 degrees along the clockwise direction; the number of the kinescopes fixedly arranged on the circumference of the inner side wall of the outer cylinder is 4, and the arrangement sequence and the number are as follows: setting No. 9 picture tubes on the short shaft end above No. 1 picture tube, setting No. 10, No. 11, No. 12 picture tubes on the long shaft end and the short shaft end in turn along the clockwise direction at an interval of 90 degrees; the length of the serial number 1 is 12cm, the serial number 2 is 11cm, the serial number 3 is 10cm, and the like; the back ends of the kinescopes are aligned, the front end of the serial number 1 is 1cm away from the external vaginal opening, the front end of the serial number 2 is 2cm away from the external vaginal opening, and the rest can be done in the same way.

The auxiliary dilating device of claim 5 wherein the syringe barrel is flushed with water and the imaging tube is filled with CT or MRI contrast media, and when in use, the plunger rod is pushed and the plunger pushes water from the front vent hole into the plastic film to dilate the plastic film.

The auxiliary dilator for female pelvic imaging examination according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the dilator is suitable for female pelvic examination, especially cervical cancer invading vagina or is a patient with vaginal cancer, by the aid of the dilator, the dilating vagina is in a generally cylindrical shape, and clinical information such as range of lesion, infiltration depth and the like can be easily found during CT flat scanning or enhanced scanning, MRI flat scanning or enhanced scanning, so as to provide assistance for accurate radiograph interpretation of a radiologist; the gynecologist gives proper stage judgment through the imaging data collected in the presence of the dilator, and formulates a proper surgical treatment scheme; when a patient needs external radiotherapy or three-dimensional afterloading treatment after external irradiation, accurate anatomical information is provided for delineating a target region, so that the accurate target region delineation is performed, and the radiation injury of peripheral organs is reduced.
