Aiming at the requirements of patients, some nasal intubation nursing methods exist in the market, help the patients stop bleeding and relieve pain, but the methods are treatment methods after pressure sore bleeding, and cannot fundamentally solve the problem of pressure sore bleeding.
Therefore, a need exists for an anti-pressure sore device for an endotracheal intubation and a method of use thereof.

The embodiment provides a use method of the nasal cavity intubation pressure sore prevention device, which comprises the following steps:
s1, inserting the nasal intubation into the nasal cavity of the patient;
s2, fixing the pressure sore prevention device in a nostril, connecting the inner cavity inflation connector 6 with an air pump, and inflating the inner cavity 3 through the inner cavity inflation pipeline 5; the outer cavity inflation connector 8 is connected with an air pump and used for inflating the outer cavity 4 through the outer cavity inflation pipeline 7;
and S3, connecting the air bag suction joint 2 with a suction apparatus, and sucking out the foreign matters in the nasal cavity through the air bag suction pipeline 1.
In conclusion, the pressure sore prevention device in the nasal intubation is provided with the double-layer air bag device in front of the nasal cavity and the nasal intubation, and the innermost side of the inner cavity presses the outer wall of the nasal intubation to fix the air bag; the outermost side of the outer cavity is tightly attached to the nasal mucosa, so that the stress is uniform, and the nasal cavity can be well prevented from being pressed and sore.

An intra-nasal cannula pressure sore prevention device, the intra-nasal cannula comprising: the nasal cavity intubation is characterized in that the pressure sore prevention device is sleeved at the near end close to the nasal cavity intubation; the pressure sore prevention device comprises: an inner cavity (3), an outer cavity (4) sleeved on the inner cavity (3) and an air bag suction pipeline (1); an inner cavity inflation pipeline (5) is arranged on the inner cavity (3), and an inner cavity inflation joint (6) is arranged at the near end of the inner cavity inflation pipeline (5); an outer cavity inflation pipeline (7) is arranged on the outer cavity (4), and an outer cavity inflation joint (8) is arranged at the near end of the outer cavity inflation pipeline (7); the air bag suction pipeline (1) is arranged in the outer cavity (4) and penetrates through the outer cavity (4), the air bag suction pipeline (1) is tightly attached to the outer cavity (4) at the joint, an air bag suction outlet is formed in the far end of the air bag suction pipeline (1), and an air bag suction connector (2) is arranged at the near end of the air bag suction pipeline (1).

The nasal intubation pressure sore prevention device according to claim 1, wherein the pressure sore prevention device is frustoconical and an outer diameter of a distal end of the pressure sore prevention device is smaller than an outer diameter of a proximal end of the pressure sore prevention device.
3. The device according to claim 1, wherein the distance between the outer wall of the inner cavity (3) and the outer wall of the inner nasal cannula is not more than 0.5 mm.
4. The device of claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the tube is provided with a scale.

The nasal intubation pressure sore prevention device according to claim 1, wherein said intra-nasal intubation tube, said inner cavity inflation line (5), said outer cavity inflation line (7), said balloon suction line (1) and said balloon suction outlet are made of a medical polyvinyl chloride material, a medical polypropylene material or a medical polyethylene material.
6. The nasal cannula pressure sore prevention device according to claim 1, characterized in that the lumen (3) is made of a medical polyvinyl chloride material, a medical polypropylene material or a medical polyethylene material.
7. The nasal cannula pressure sore prevention device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the outer lumen (4) is made of a medical polyvinyl chloride material, a medical polypropylene material or a medical polyethylene material.
8. A method of using the apparatus for protecting an endotracheal intubation pressure sore according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the steps comprise:
s1, inserting the nasal intubation into the nasal cavity of the patient;
s2, fixing the pressure sore prevention device in a nostril, connecting the inner cavity inflation connector (6) with an air pump, and inflating the inner cavity (3) through the inner cavity inflation pipeline (5); the outer cavity inflation joint (8) is connected with an air pump and used for inflating the outer cavity (4) through the outer cavity inflation pipeline (7);
