Description

Liquid composition for preventing battery foreign matter from damaging esophagus and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation and application of liquid compositions, and particularly relates to a liquid composition for preventing a battery foreign body from damaging an esophagus and application thereof.
Background
In real life, an event that a child swallows a battery by mistake happens occasionally, and particularly the occurrence probability of the event that the child swallows a button battery by mistake is high. Insertion of the battery into the esophagus can quickly corrode the esophagus and cause serious complications and even death. Button cell intake classification and treatment guidelines set forth in the U.S. national center for toxicants, early administration of a pH-neutralized viscous liquid in the event of a mistaken ingestion of a button cell may alleviate esophageal injury. However, the fundamental reason why the battery corrodes and damages the esophagus is that the battery discharges, which causes a great amount of alkaline substances to be generated in the esophageal tissue to cause tissue coagulative necrosis, while the above-mentioned pH-neutralized viscous liquid, which is usually referred to as honey or sucralfate, is administered as pH-neutralized viscous liquid, which is a method for neutralizing the alkaline substances already generated in the tissue, but has no measures for preventing the battery from discharging, and thus, even if the pH-neutralized viscous liquid is used, the damage of the esophagus caused by the battery discharge cannot be completely avoided, and thus, the therapeutic effect is limited. Therefore, there is a need for an edible liquid composition to block the discharge of the battery so as to better prevent the damage of the esophagus caused by the foreign materials in the battery.

3. Experimental methods
Three experimental animals were anesthetized systemically (surgical depth), placed supine, supported with their heads 30 ° high, and exposed to the hypopharynx using an anesthetic laryngoscope (Miller laryngoscope), and then the anodes of three coin cells were placed facing the posterior wall of the esophagus, respectively, in the proximal esophagus (near the hypopharynx) of the three experimental animals, and from 5 minutes after the placement of the cells, they were inserted into the location of the cells by connecting a catheter through a syringe, and 10mL of physiological saline, 10mL of honey, and 10mL of the liquid composition prepared in example 1 of the present invention were injected, once every 10 minutes, until 55 minutes, and then the coin cells were removed at 60 minutes. The method comprises the steps of measuring the voltage of a battery respectively before the battery is placed and after the battery is taken out, appropriately easing pain before anesthesia recovery for three experimental animals, enabling piglets to eat normally after anesthesia recovery, appropriately supplementing wet dog food, vegetables, fruits and the like, killing the piglets on the 7 th day, dissecting a near-end esophagus, taking a picture (with a scale) and measuring the size of mucosal ulcer, taking the esophagus out after the damage diffusion of a muscle layer is performed, fixing and manufacturing a pathological section, measuring the damage length and width of the mucosa visible to the naked eye again after the fixing is performed for 24 hours, taking a picture (with the scale), analyzing the necrosis depth of the damaged part by HE (with the scale), analyzing the granulation depth of tissues, the damage diffusion of the muscle layer, the fracture number of the intrinsic muscle layer, the fracture length of the intrinsic muscle layer and the average fracture length, and taking a fixed section of the normal esophagus at the far end as a normal control.
4. Results of the experiment
As shown in FIG. 1, the injured surface area of the esophagus of the experimental animal injected with physiological saline was 2.70. + -. 0.37cm2The esophagus injury surface area of the experimental animal injected with honey is 1.10 +/-0.15 cm2The surface area of the injured esophagus of the experimental animal injected with the liquid composition provided in example 1 of the present invention was 0.43. + -. 0.17cm2. Although both honey injections and the liquid composition provided in example 1 of the present invention reduced the esophageal injury surface area (P) compared to the saline control group<0.01), but the liquid composition provided in example 1 of the present invention can significantly reduce the esophageal injury surface area (P) as compared with injected honey<0.05)。
As shown in FIG. 2, the residual voltage of the battery placed in the body of the experimental animal injected with physiological saline was 2.77. + -. 0.03mV, the residual voltage of the battery placed in the body of the experimental animal injected with honey was 2.84. + -. 0.04mV, and the residual voltage of the battery placed in the body of the experimental animal injected with the liquid composition provided in example 1 of the present invention was 2.96. + -. 0.01 mV. Although both the injection of honey and the liquid composition provided in example 1 of the present invention increased the residual voltage of the battery (P <0.05) compared to the saline control group, the liquid composition provided in example 1 of the present invention significantly increased the residual voltage of the battery (P <0.01) compared to the injection of honey.
As shown in fig. 3, the esophageal necrosis depth of the experimental animals injected with physiological saline was 53.9 ± 11.6%, the esophageal necrosis depth of the experimental animals injected with honey was 19.6 ± 13.0%, and the esophageal necrosis depth of the experimental animals injected with the liquid composition provided in example 1 of the present invention was 4.3 ± 7.5%. Compared with saline control group, although the injection of honey and the liquid composition provided by the invention in the example 1 can reduce the necrosis depth of esophagus (P < 0.01); however, the liquid composition provided in example 1 of the present invention tended to reduce the depth of esophageal necrosis compared to honey injections, but did not show any statistical difference (P ═ 0.27).
As shown in fig. 4, the esophageal necrosis depth of the experimental animals injected with physiological saline was 83.0 ± 7.9%, the esophageal necrosis depth of the experimental animals injected with honey was 54.3 ± 8.3%, and the esophageal necrosis depth of the experimental animals injected with the liquid composition provided in example 1 of the present invention was 13.3 ± 14.6%. Compared with saline control group, although the injection of honey and the liquid composition provided by the invention in the example 1 can reduce the necrosis depth of esophagus (P < 0.05); however, the liquid composition provided in example 1 of the present invention significantly reduced the depth of esophageal necrosis (P <0.01) compared to honey injection, and the effect thereof was also studied by using edible oil alone in the course of practical experiments, and it was found that although the use of edible oil alone reduced the area of injury, it resulted in perforation of the esophagus, which was reduced because of perforation of the esophagus, resulting in reduction of lateral spread of injury.
In summary, the experimental determination results of the embodiments of the present invention show that: for piglets with esophageal injuries caused by button cells, compared with honey or normal saline, the liquid composition provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention can obviously reduce the general injury area of the esophagus, prevent battery discharge and reduce the pathological injury of esophageal tissues, thereby verifying the effectiveness of the liquid composition provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention in preventing the injury of the esophageal batteries by foreign matters.
In summary, the liquid composition for preventing the esophagus from being damaged by the foreign matter in the battery provided by the embodiment of the invention can fundamentally block the discharge of the battery by mixing the edible oil and the honey to form the edible viscous insulating liquid, so that the generation of alkaline substances in tissues is reduced, the esophagus can be more effectively prevented from being damaged, and the damage range and degree are reduced; the liquid composition provided by the invention has the characteristics of low price, simple raw materials and easy acquisition, and is suitable for wide popularization and use.
