4. A disinfectant health towelette as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the detergent is a biosurfactant such as gum, gelatin, saponin, lecithin and the like.
5. A disinfectant health towelette as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the emollient is one or more of coconut oil, sunflower oil, corn oil and rapeseed oil mixed solution according to any proportion.

A disinfectant health towelette as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the health care solution is a clear solution prepared by grinding, mixing with water, decocting and filtering ligusticum wallichii, angelica dahurica, schizonepeta, mint, notopterygium root, wrinkled gianthyssop and divaricate saposhnikovia root which are 9 g respectively, asarum, magnolia flower and borneol which are 3 g respectively and realgar which is 1.5 g respectively.
