Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of skull correctors, and particularly relates to a multifunctional skull corrector.
Background
About 60% of infants suffer from different degrees of cranial development during their growth, of which about 3% of children aged 1-3 years suffer from plagiocephaly, (including flathead and navicular) which not only affects the appearance of the head and face of the children, but also imposes a great psychological burden and mental stress on them, causing negative effects on the healthy growth of the children. More importantly, the brain volume of the children cannot be correspondingly relaxed and developed due to the external improper constraint in the skull development process, so that the normal development and growth of the intelligence of the children are hindered. The reasons for these plagiocephaly (including the oblate and navicular heads) are mostly pathological, called congenital osseointegration skull deformity, and mostly caused by improper external forces. For example, improper midwifery in the infant production process, improper sleeping posture and control of the newborn infant, and the like. Called: non-synostotic plagiocephaly includes plagiocephaly, navicular head, etc.
The skull corrector is a treatment means for infant skull dysplasia, but because long-term wearing is needed during treatment, the side effects of excessive sweating of the infant skin, skin anaphylactic reaction and the like are common in the treatment process. However, due to the inherent physical characteristics of the skull correction device and different personalities of children patients, the skull correction device can only be stopped for treatment seriously due to the side effects of different sizes and adverse reactions of different degrees brought by the treatment. In a clinical trial by a dutch researcher, the proportion of side effects produced by the cranial orthosis was counted as: skin irritation (96%), increased sweating (71%), bad taste of the cranial orthosis (76%), and 33% of patients had to discontinue cranial orthosis treatment due to ineffective elimination of adverse effects caused by side effects.
The skull corrector needs to be worn for a long time during treatment, the common side effects of excessive sweating of the skin of a baby, skin anaphylactic reaction and the like in the treatment process cause low treatment compliance, a doctor cannot monitor the wearing time of the baby, and the operation mode of family conditions is improper, such as the parents of a child patient or a guardian do not learn the correct operation mode and method, or the parents do not operate on time due to the randomness, and even forget to operate, such as forgetting to wear the skull corrector after sweating, and the like, so that the orthopedic effect of the existing skull corrector is not stable enough. In a Dutch clinical trial measurement report, the proportion of complete recovery using a skull correction is only 26%, researchers also propose that they have difficulty in detecting patient compliance, and the article indicates that the test data are limited in that the daily skull correction wear time cannot be accurately estimated and no indication is given. In this trial study, they wanted to study the effect of cranial orthosis treatment during daily activities, which unfortunately could not be fulfilled under the current conditions. Daily activities include parents guidance, periodic examinations to monitor the effect of the treatment, and assessment of the improvement in the shape of the skull and the trend of the progress of the treatment, ensuring that the patient wears the orthosis on time according to the doctor's regimen. The skull corrector in the prior art can not give a prompt after being worn for a long time, so that the optimal effect of treatment can not be obtained, and the cure rate is reduced.

The invention relates to a multifunctional skull corrector, which measures the temperature through temperature sensors inside and outside the helmet-shaped corrector, determines whether the skull corrector is worn by an infant or not through the difference value between the internal temperature and the external temperature and the service time information recorded by a clock unit, the internal temperature and the external temperature are basically consistent when the skull corrector is not worn, the internal temperature is higher than the external temperature when the skull corrector is worn, and when the internal temperature exceeds a standard value and reaches a timing limit, a central control unit of the helmet-shaped corrector alarms to prompt parents or caregivers to take off or wear the corrector; in view of the fact that the infant is required to wear the skull corrector in the air-conditioning room in summer, the situation that the internal temperature and the external temperature are similar does not occur, the intelligent control system of the skull corrector records and stores the corresponding records, and the wearing and non-wearing time of the skull corrector is prolonged. In the wearing process of the multifunctional skull corrector, the central control unit monitors the temperature and the humidity in the corrector, automatically controls the starting and stopping of the exhaust fan or the semiconductor refrigerating sheet to reduce the humidity or the temperature, and keeps the normal temperature and the normal humidity in the skull corrector. The infant terminal can record and store wearing conditions and temperature and humidity parameters in real time for 24 hours, and transmits data to the enterprise cloud platform, so that an orthopedic technician, a service staff, an enterprise or a doctor nurse can track treatment conveniently, the effectiveness of the helmet-shaped corrector in the treatment process is ensured, and data are provided for the field of clinical scientific research.
The skull corrector has stable treatment effect, greatly improves the compliance of guardians, can feed back the use condition of patients in time when doctors visit, and improves the cure rate to more than 96 percent compared with the traditional treatment.
The details of the present invention not described in detail are prior art.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
