The application relates to an anchor manufacturing technology, in particular to a tool for manufacturing a suture anchor and a method for manufacturing the suture anchor.
Background
Minimally invasive surgery, as the name implies, is minimally invasive surgery. Refers to an operation performed by using modern medical instruments such as laparoscope, thoracoscope and the like and related equipment. The minimally invasive surgery is widely applied to treatment of many diseases, such as lumbar disc herniation and other diseases, taking the lumbar disc herniation as an example, when the minimally invasive surgery is performed, medical staff need to open a minimally invasive channel to the surface of a human body, then open an annulus fibrosus incision on the surface of the annulus fibrosus, and then perform repair operation on nucleus pulposus inside the annulus fibrosus, and after the repair operation on the nucleus pulposus is completed, the medical staff need to suture the annulus fibrosus incision by using a threaded anchor 6.
Referring to fig. 1, the anchor 6 with a suture for wound suturing comprises a clamping portion 61 and a suture 62, wherein the suture 62 is vertically fixed at the middle position of the clamping portion 61, and the clamping portion 61 is manufactured by weaving and molding a surgical suture for acquiring a medical device registration certificate and then hardening and sizing biological glue for acquiring the medical device registration certificate.
In view of the above mentioned anchor 6 with a thread, the inventor found that in the process of producing the anchor 6 with a thread, generally, a worker weaves a surgical thread in a pure manual manner to form a prototype of the clamping portion 61, and then coats a biological glue on the weaved clamping portion 61 to cure and shape the surgical thread, and the production efficiency is very low, so that designing a tool capable of improving the production efficiency of the anchor 6 with a thread becomes a problem to be solved urgently.
