When specifically using, dish washer mainly involves two problems one and how to wash bowl utensil clean, and another is the problem of how to discharge food waste, and food waste who produces at the cleaning process often can pile up in dish washer's filter-tank, just needs manual clearance, and the time of clearance is uncertain moreover, if can not timely clearance fall these residues, can cause the drainage not smooth, and the waste water that has washed the in-process and produces is discharged, influences the dish washer and uses. The dish washing machine is designed for solving the problem of discharging food residues and waste water, a washing system 5 of the dish washing machine is connected with a water inlet pipeline 4 to be responsible for cleaning bowls, a filtering system 6 is connected with a special drainage pipeline 3, the treated waste water is directly discharged through the drainage pipeline 3, and the problem of blockage of a filter tank can not be caused due to classified discharge of the food residues and the waste water. The bottom of box 1 is equipped with case base 101, and filtration system 6 installs on case base 101, and filtration system 6 contains and filters mounting bracket 601, filter funnel 605, filter residue dish 606, slider 607, and filter funnel 605 installs in the bottom of filtering mounting bracket 601, and filter funnel 605 and drainage pipe 3 turn-on connection, and filter residue dish 606, slider 607 are all installed on filtering mounting bracket 601, filter residue dish 606 and slider 607 swing joint.
When the filter system is used specifically, the food residues and the waste water are separated by the filter screen structure through the filter system 6 mounted on the box base 101 of the box body 1, the filtered waste water only contains a small amount of food residues which are very small in volume and cannot cause blockage, the food residues with large volume are collected in the filter residue tray 606 in a centralized manner, the treatment of the dishwasher is facilitated, the filter system 6 is connected with the drain pipe 3 through the filter hopper 605, the waste water is directly discharged into the drain pipe 3, when the food residues in the filter residue tray 606 are fully piled, the sliding device 607 can enable the filter residue tray 606 to slide out of the box base 101, and informs a user of cleaning the filter residue tray 606 through other devices in the dishwasher, and otherwise, the filter system cannot be used continuously. Therefore, the filter residue tray 606 of the dish-washing machine can be processed in a reasonable time period, and is intelligent. The filtering system 6 further comprises a first filter screen 602, a second filter screen 606a and a third filter screen 609, a filter screen installation slot 604 is formed in the filter installation frame 601, the first filter screen 602 is installed at the top of the filter screen installation slot 604, the third filter screen 609 is installed at the bottom of the filter screen installation slot 604, the filter installation frame 601 is provided with an installation structure 603, the first filter screen 602 is installed at the top of the filter screen installation slot 604 in an inclined state through the installation structure 603, and the size of the first filter screen 602 is smaller than that of the second filter screen 606 a. When the food residue cleaning device is used specifically, the filtering system 6 separates food residues from waste water through the three layers of filtering nets, when the cleaning system 5 cleans bowls, the food residues in the bowls firstly fall on the first filtering net 602, the first filtering net 602 filters the food residues with larger volume on the net, the food residues with second volume are collected and processed by the second filtering net 606a, and then the food residues are filtered by the third filtering net 609, so that the food residues are basically separated, and the purpose of separating the food residues from the waste water is achieved. The second filter screen 606a is installed on the filter residue tray 606, the filter residue tray 606 is movably connected with the filter installation frame 601, the size of the second filter screen 606a is the same as that of the third filter screen 609, and the second filter screen 606a and the third filter screen 609 are in an opposite state in the vertical direction.
A nozzle 608 is attached to the filter mount 601, the nozzle 608 communicating with the water inlet conduit 4, the nozzle 608 being mounted obliquely above the first screen 602, the direction of the spray from the nozzle 608 being directed towards the first screen 602. When the filter is used in a specific mode, food residues are stuck on the filter screen, in order to solve the problem, the nozzle 608 is installed on the filter installation frame 601, and the nozzle 608 is installed for the other reason that the food residues can be impacted by spraying clean water through the nozzle 608, so that the food residues on the first filter screen 602 can be flushed to the left side of the filter residue tray 606, and the food residues are accumulated from the right side of the filter residue tray 606 by means of other mechanisms, so that the situation that the storage space is reduced due to the messy accumulation of the food residues is avoided. Sheet metal parts 610a are installed at the rear of the filtering installation frame 601, sliding rods 610 are installed between the sheet metal parts 610a, the end portions of the sliding rods 610 are connected with micro motors 610b, and sliding pieces 611 are connected to the sliding rods 610.
When the filter disc is used specifically, the second filter screen 606a on the filter disc 606 not only plays a role of filtering food residues, but also has a collecting role, and the separated food residues are temporarily collected in the filter disc 606, so that the food residues are convenient to process. The sliding device 607 comprises a motor 607a, a worm 607b, a screw 607c, a sliding block 607d, a worm mounting seat 607e, a screw mounting seat 607f and a sliding groove 607h, wherein the worm mounting seat 607e, the screw mounting seat 607f and the motor 607a are all arranged in the box base 101, the worm 607b is connected with the motor 607a, one side of the sliding block 607d is connected with the worm 607b, the other side of the sliding block 607d is provided with the sliding groove 607h, the filter residue disc 606 is movably connected with the sliding block 607d through the sliding groove 607h, and the screw 607c passes through the sliding block 607d and is arranged on the screw mounting seat 607 f. When the dishwasher is used specifically, after the residue filtering disc 606 is full of food residues, under the action of the motor 607a, the worm 607b rotates to drive the sliding block 607d to move along the screw 607c, so that the residue filtering disc 606 slides out of the box base 101, and as the residue filtering disc 606 is movably connected with the sliding block 607d through the sliding groove 607h, the residue filtering disc 606 can be taken down easily to clean the residue therein, and before the residue in the residue filtering disc 606 is not cleaned, the residue filtering disc 606 cannot automatically slide into the box base 101, the dishwasher cannot be started for use, and the dishwasher is ensured not to be blocked by discharge;
when the food residue storage device is used specifically, under the driving of the micro motor 610b, the sliding rod 610 rotates to enable the sliding sheet 611 to move back and forth, and in the moving process of the sliding sheet 611, the sliding sheet 611 pushes food residues on the second filter screen 606a to one side, so that the food residues are accumulated from one side, and the situation that the storage space is reduced due to the disordered accumulation of the food residues is avoided. Cleaning system 5 contains washing unit 7, clamping device 8, washes device 9, rotary mechanism 10, filter holder 11, and washing unit 7 installs on the left side wall of box 1, washes device 9 and installs on the right side wall of box 1, and filter holder 11 installs the top at filtering mounting bracket 601. When the bowl cleaning device is used specifically, the cleaning system 5 is responsible for cleaning bowls, the process is that the clamping device 8 clamps the bowls, after the bowls are clamped, the washing device 7 starts to wash the bowls to remove food residues in the bowls, then the scrubbing device 9 scrubs the bowls, and oil stains which are difficult to wash on the bowls are wiped off. The refrigerator door further comprises a refrigerator door 2, a handle 201 is arranged on the refrigerator door 2, and an isolation protection layer 202 is arranged on the back of the refrigerator door 2.
The advantages of the second embodiment over the first embodiment are: through the design of the sheet metal part 610a, the sliding rod 610, the micro motor 610b and the sliding sheet 611, food residues separated from waste water are orderly stacked, so that the situation that the storage space is reduced due to disordered stacking of the food residues is avoided, and the subsequent cleaning work is conveniently expanded.
The invention also discloses a using method of the dishwasher, which comprises the following steps:
s1, washing bowls, namely firstly placing the bowls to be washed on the clamping device 8, then washing the bowls primarily by the washing device 7, and then washing and washing the bowls by the washing device 9;
s2, collecting food residues, wherein the food residues in the bowls can be washed and fall into the filtering system 6 in the process of washing the bowls, and the food residues are processed by the filtering system 6 and then collected in the residue filtering disc 606 in a centralized manner;
s3, cleaning food residues, and when the food residues in the filter residue tray 606 reach a certain amount, the dishwasher can make the filter residue tray 606 pop out from the box base 101 and remind the user to clean the residues in the filter residue tray 606.
