and the driving mechanism is connected with the movable gland component (2) and can drive the movable gland component (2) to slide up and down so that the movable gland component (2) has a first position pressing on the nozzle component (3) and a second position separated from the nozzle component (3).
2. The bubbling water machine according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism is a double-rocker (9) mechanism comprising:
a rocker (9) with a first end hinged to the housing (1);
the first end of the connecting rod (10) is hinged with the second end of the rocker (9), the second end of the connecting rod (10) is hinged with the movable gland component (2), a guide groove (101) extending along the vertical direction is formed in the shell (1), and the movable gland component (2) is arranged in the guide groove (101);
a handle (5), a first end of the handle (5) is hinged in the shell (1), and a second end of the handle (5) extends out of the shell (1);
the first end of the push rod (11) is hinged to the rocker (9), and the second end of the push rod (11) is hinged to the handle (5).

7. The bubbling water machine according to claim 5, characterized in that the nozzle assembly (3) and the movable gland assembly (2) are in sealed connection by a second gasket (306).
8. The bubbling water machine according to claim 7, wherein the second gasket (306) is provided at a top end of the nozzle assembly (3).
9. The bubbling water machine according to claim 8, wherein the movable gland assembly (2) comprises:
the movable gland (201) comprises a second horizontal part (2011) suitable for being pressed at the top end of the nozzle assembly (3) and a second vertical part (2012) surrounding the outer side of the nozzle assembly (3).

The bubbling water machine according to claim 9, wherein the movable gland assembly (2) further comprises an adapter plate (202), the adapter plate (202) is fixedly connected to the movable gland (201), the adapter plate (202) is in sliding connection with the guide groove (101) in a matching manner, and a hinge seat (203) for being hinged to the connecting rod (10) is arranged on the adapter plate (202).
