本申请实施例提供一种通信方法、装置及设备，该方法包括：终端设备获取非连续接收混合自动重传往返传输时间drx‑HARQ‑RRT定时器对应的第一信息，第一信息为根据终端设备的运动信息和网络设备的运动信息确定得到的；终端设备根据第一信息，调整终端设备的drx‑HARQ‑RRT定时器。使得终端设备的功耗较低，以及网络设备对终端设备进行调度的性能较高。
