The setting position of the heat-dissipation breathable filter screen of the existing electrical component is unreasonably not enough, the heat-dissipation breathable filter screen is directly exposed to the wind and lacks the shielding of dust which is easy to accumulate, the filter screen needs to be cleaned manually at regular intervals in the using process, the operation is troublesome and inconvenient, in addition, when the wiring is disassembled and connected for the electrical component in the electrical box, the tightness of the wiring harness in the wiring pipe needs to be additionally manually implemented, the operation is complicated and labor-consuming, and the wire disassembling and connecting efficiency is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a spliced dustproof explosion-proof electrical appliance component to solve the problem that the radiating ventilating filter screen is not reasonable enough in arrangement position, exposed to the wind directly, short of shielding and easy to accumulate dust.

the two cross-brace brush rods are welded and fixed on the two vertical brace support rods at the rear ends of the two synchronous frames at intervals up and down, two nylon brushes are fixed on the two cross-brace brush rods through magic tapes, and the two nylon brushes are in wiping contact with nylon filter screens in a row of radiating grooves on the cover plate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the cover plate can be tightly pushed and positioned only by screwing two threaded parts, and compared with the traditional mode of locking and positioning the cover plate by adopting a plurality of bolts, the cover plate locking and positioning device can save the trouble of sequentially screwing and loosening all the bolts, and is convenient and labor-saving to use;
2. according to the invention, the two synchronous frames can drive the two cross-brace brush rods to slide together to brush and clean the nylon filter screen when the pull-down steel covers and looks up screen data, so that the trouble of cleaning the filter screen manually at an additional regular time is saved;
3. the space supported by the L-shaped supporting plates at the left and right parts of the rear end cover can facilitate the airflow circulation of the radiating grooves, so that the radiating performance of the electric box shell is ensured, and a row of radiating grooves are shielded and hidden between the mounting wall and the rear end cover, so that the dust accumulation amount of a filter screen on the radiating grooves can be effectively reduced due to relative concealment, the air-permeable radiating performance can be kept quite unchanged when the filter screen is not cleaned for a long time, in addition, the space supported between the U-shaped mounting plate and the rear end cover can facilitate the circulation of hot air, and the radiating grooves are prevented from being shielded to influence the radiating performance;
4. when the cover plate is pulled, tightened and closed, the four racks can be pushed, and then the two force transmission frames are driven to slide oppositely to tighten and fix the wire harnesses in the four threading pipes, so that the trouble that the wire harnesses are additionally tightened and loosened by operating four conical cover caps when the cover plate is disassembled to thread and connect an electric appliance in an electric box shell is eliminated, the use is convenient and trouble-saving, and the wire disconnecting and connecting operation flow of an explosion-proof electric assembly is effectively simplified.
