Abstract
The invention relates to a combined sound box with a two-in-one waveguide horn assembly, which comprises a sound box shell, a woofer, a tweeter and the two-in-one waveguide horn assembly, wherein the two-in-one waveguide horn assembly is arranged on the side surface of the woofer; when the two-in-one waveguide horn assembly is combined, 2 to 10 waveguide horn assemblies are vertically overlapped into a row and arranged on the side surface of the woofer, and the height of the vertically overlapped two-in-one waveguide horn assembly is close to the diameter size of a single woofer. The two-in-one waveguide horn assembly has good compatibility, can be matched with various woofers to form sound systems in different use occasions, and the two tweeters of each two-in-one waveguide are coupled with high tones through the two-in-one waveguide and then are compressed and diffused through the horns, so that the high tones are superposed to have high sound pressure, and the high tones of high-frequency parts can have better expressive force. Because a plurality of same two-in-one superposition combinations are combined, the structure is simple, the combination is convenient, and the production cost is low.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the present invention includes: the loudspeaker comprises a sound box shell 1, a woofer 3, a tweeter 4 and a two-in-one waveguide horn assembly 2, wherein the two-in-one waveguide horn assembly 2 is arranged on the side surface of the woofer 3, and the side surface of the loudspeaker comprises one side of a single woofer and also comprises a position between the two woofers. The close size of the invention means that the size difference is not large, namely the size of the difference between the total size of the two-in-one waveguide horn assembly after being superposed and the diameter of the combined single woofer is not more than one fourth of the diameter of the woofer of the sound box. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a two-in-one waveguide horn is combined with two woofers; FIGS. 3 and 4 are two-in-one waveguide horns superimposed and combined with two woofers; FIGS. 5 and 6 are two-in-one waveguide horn stacks combined with a woofer on one side; as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the two-in-one waveguide horns are combined with two woofers in three superimposed combinations, but the present invention also includes a combination of three two-in-one waveguide horns and one woofer on one side, and so on, in short, the two-in-one waveguide horns are combined on one side of the woofer or in the middle of two woofers.
The two-in-one waveguide is movably connected with the horn by using the screw, and the horn can replace horns in other forms to achieve the function of combining with various bass sounds according to the design requirement of the sound; two tweeters compress through the bugle after two unification waveguide coupling treble and spread, and sound pressure is high for such treble stack, and the treble of high frequency part is better.
The height of the two-in-one waveguide horn assembly of the present invention is the same as or similar to the diameter of a woofer as the height of a woofer, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the single two-in-one waveguide horn and horn of the present embodiment are combined with two 4-inch woofers, the height of the two-in-one waveguide horn and horn is combined with the same diameter as the woofer, of course, the present invention also includes a combination of a two-in-one waveguide horn and a woofer on one side. The two-in-one waveguide horn assembly has good compatibility and can be matched with various woofers to form sound systems in different use occasions.
As shown in fig. 9 to 15, the two-in-one waveguide horn assembly 2 of the present invention includes: the two-in-one waveguide 21 and the horn 23, and also includes the two-in-one waveguide 21, the horn 23 and the treble phase adjuster 24. The two-in-one waveguide horn assembly of this embodiment includes a treble phase adjuster, and the passageway of the treble phase adjuster that treble phase adjuster set up includes two holes and the passageway more than two holes, and the passageway of general treble phase adjuster sets up the multiple of 2, as: the two-hole high pitch phase regulator is arranged, one waveguide channel of the two-in-one waveguide is communicated with the phase channel at the upper part of the high pitch phase regulator, and the other waveguide channel of the two-in-one waveguide is communicated with the phase channel at the lower part of the high pitch phase regulator. The horn 23 of the present invention has more than 1 phase separator 231, as shown in fig. 13, the present embodiment has three phase separators 231, which separate the treble into several range holes 232, each corresponding to a phase channel of the treble phase adjuster. As shown in fig. 13 to 15, which are schematic views of the internal channel of the two-in-one waveguide horn assembly 2, it should be noted that the schematic view of the channel is only schematic for understanding, and the actual channel is in a solid body without a sheet-type housing.
