The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:

For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a logical structure diagram of an intelligent control system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the intelligent control system includes an intelligent control apparatus 10, a television 20, a set-top box 30, and an internet access device 40, and the internet access device 40 may be, for example, an optical fiber access device or a 5G CPE device provided by an operator. Moreover, a first cable is connected between the television 20 and the intelligent control device 10, and a second cable is connected between the set-top box 30 and the intelligent control device 10; a third cable is connected between the television 20 and the set-top box 30. The first cable comprises an HDMI cable and a power supply cable, the second cable comprises a power supply cable, and the third cable comprises an HDMI cable.
In addition, the intelligent control device 10 includes an AI core processing unit 11, and an input unit 12, an output unit 13, and a communication unit 14 respectively connected to the AI core processing unit 11, and in addition, the intelligent control device 10 is further provided with an equipment bin for accommodating the internet access device 40 and the set-top box 30.
The input unit 12 includes: the intelligent touch screen comprises a touch input module, an intelligent key module, a microphone module, a camera module, a distance sensor module, an environment sensing module and an energy monitoring module.
The communication unit 14 includes: the system comprises a router, a network switching module, a Bluetooth module, a Wifi module, a Zigbee module, an RF module, an NB-IoT module, a 4G/5G module and a bus module.
The output unit 13 includes: the intelligent television set comprises a screen display module, a sound output module, an LED lamp, an infrared emission module, an HDMI (high-definition multimedia interface) connected with an HDMI cable in a first cable, an intelligent alternating current power supply module connected with a power line in the first cable and used for supplying power to a television, and an intelligent low-voltage power supply module connected with a second cable and used for supplying power to a set top box. In an optional embodiment, the infrared emission module includes a first infrared emission unit and a second infrared emission unit, where the first infrared emission unit is configured to send the infrared control information to the television, and the second infrared emission unit is configured to send the infrared control information to the set-top box. Of course, in other embodiments, the television and the set-top box may share one infrared emitting module by self-learning.
In an alternative embodiment, when the set-top box is received in the equipment compartment, the second infrared emission unit is disposed within the equipment compartment such that the set-top box is in the infrared emission region of the second infrared emission unit. In another optional special embodiment, when the set-top box is placed outside the equipment cabin, the intelligent control device may possibly have a barrier with the television and the set-top box, at this time, the infrared emission interface built in the intelligent control device can be extended and led out through a cable and aligned to the infrared receiving area of the television and the set-top box, so that the learning and control of the infrared extended emission line to the television and the set-top box are realized.
Additionally, in an alternative embodiment, the first cable and/or the third cable are exposed. In another alternative embodiment, the first cable and/or the third cable are buried in the wall, which can hide the cables in the wall when the house is built or finished, does not affect the layout of the room, and is more beautiful.
In an alternative embodiment, the tv control instruction includes tv control information and reserved time information, and the AI core processing unit is further configured to determine whether the current time reaches the reserved time after acquiring the second control instruction, and when the current time reaches the reserved time, execute step S40. For example, in a specific application, a user wants to watch a news simulcast program at seven o ' clock at night on time, and in order to avoid missing time, the user can input television control information in advance through the input unit and designate that the system is turned on at seven o ' clock at night, so that the system is automatically turned on at seven o ' clock at night and automatically switches to the news simulcast program of the central station for playing.

In one embodiment, the intelligent control device is mounted vertically against a wall, and in practice, the intelligent control device may be mounted beside the television (e.g., left or right).
In a specific application, a user can independently issue a corresponding control instruction through a touch screen, for example, a touch screen is arranged in an operation area of a system of the intelligent control device, the user operates through a touch display, and instructs a system to execute an instruction to switch a system picture to a television to display or instructs the system to execute an instruction to control the set top box and adjust the set top box to output related contents.
In one specific application, the user can autonomously issue a corresponding control command through the smart key module, for example, (1) "healthy" smart key: the health key + confirmation key represents a health report program for operating the health system; The intelligent keys are mainly convenient for all people including the old, children, the visual handicap, the hearing handicap, the low cultural level and other special people to rapidly operate the intelligent systems, and the intelligent keys really enjoy the safe, healthy, intelligent, comfortable, low-carbon and convenient personalized intelligent life of a home.
In a specific application, a user can independently issue a corresponding control instruction through a microphone array, for example, a microphone array is arranged on the intelligent control device and used for acquiring voice information of the user; the AI core processing unit is used for carrying out voice recognition on the voice information so as to acquire the identity information of the user and the corresponding control instruction. Therefore, a user instructs the system to execute an instruction to switch a system picture to a television for display or instructs the system to execute the instruction to control the set-top box and adjust the set-top box to output related contents through a remote voice instruction, such as: if the system is used for watching TV in a small box, the system automatically turns on the TV and the set-top box, and switches the TV input signal into the set-top box signal input, so that the user can watch the TV content output by the set-top box. If the television is turned on in a small box and a large screen is watched, the system automatically turns on the television and switches the television input signal into the intelligent system output signal, and a user can synchronously experience the display content of the touch display screen of the intelligent equipment in a high-definition, full-screen and real-time manner through the television.
In one specific application, the corresponding control instruction is determined by the position and behavior operation of the user sensed by the distance sensor. Distance sensors are arranged on the left side and the right side of the intelligent control device and are obliquely arranged at a certain angle to ensure that the maximum angle can detect objects in the space between the height level of the indoor sensor and the height level of the indoor sensor, and the combination of the two distance sensors can detect the objects within the range of 180 degrees. Also, a distance sensor is used to sense distance information; the AI core processing unit is used for determining the identity information and the attitude information of the user according to the distance information and acquiring the television control information of the current user according to a pre-stored association relation table of the identity information, the attitude information and the television control information. Further, the AI core processing unit is further configured to sequentially cache the sensed distance information, determine user demand information according to a pre-established first demand model, and determine television control information of a current user according to the user demand information. When the user walks in the space, the system can know the position of the user, when the user walks, the user sits down in a stationary position, the system automatically judges that the user stays for a long time at the position according to the position of the last stationary point, if the user does not move for a certain time, the user can be reminded by voice care, or intelligent experience service can be actively provided for the user by combining time, user identity, physical condition, environmental condition and the like. For example, (1) after the system senses that the user goes to the sofa with a television and sits down for a user-defined time, the system automatically reminds whether the user needs to start the television or not through voice, if the user is more than 5 meters away from the intelligent control device, the voice cannot issue a control instruction, the user can also quickly swing left and right by lifting the hands to inform the system to start the television, and if the user does not respond or walks away, the system regards the user as not wanting to watch the television temporarily; (2) when a user getting up in the morning enters a living room, the system senses that the user gets up and enters the living room, the system automatically turns on the television and the set top box, keeps the television input signal as the set top box output signal and starts to play related news of the television; (3) when the user sleeps at night, the system senses that the user gets up and walks into a bedroom for a user-defined time, the system starts a sleeping mode by default, a television and a set top box are turned off, indoor space arrangement is started, and a touch display screen enters a dormant state; (4) in morning work hours, after the system senses that a user leaves the user-defined time from an entrance door, the system starts a leaving mode by default, a television and a set top box are closed, the system starts indoor space defense arrangement, and a touch display screen enters a dormant state.
In one specific application, the corresponding control instruction is determined by the position and behavior operation of the user sensed by the camera. For example, a camera is arranged on the intelligent control device, and the camera is used for shooting images of a monitored area; the AI core processing unit is used for carrying out image analysis on the shot image so as to obtain the identity information and the attitude information of the user, and obtaining the television control information of the current user according to the pre-stored association relation table of the identity information, the attitude information and the television control information. Further, the AI core processing unit is further configured to sequentially cache the shot image information, determine user demand information according to a second demand model established in advance, and determine television control information of a current user according to the user demand information.
In a specific application, when the intelligent control device is controlled through a touch screen, a microphone array, an intelligent key module, position and behavior operation and mobile terminal software operation, if 60% of users actively switch to a television large-screen display when the users start a certain function for self-defining times, the system judges that the television is automatically switched to the television synchronous, high-definition and real-time large-screen display when the users start the function next time; on the contrary, if the user turns on a certain function for the self-defined times, 60% of the users turn off the large screen display of the television, the system judges that the television is not turned on synchronously for the large screen display when the user turns on the function next time.
In a specific application, a user can independently issue corresponding control instructions through a mouse, a keyboard and a remote controller. For example, the intelligent control device is equipped with a Bluetooth/infrared remote controller, the remote controller is provided with an icon (box mark) key of the television and the intelligent control device, and the user presses the television key, namely the system starts the television and the set-top box; if the user presses a box mark key, the system automatically switches the television input signal into a system output signal, and synchronously displays the content of the touch display screen in a high-definition and real-time manner; the user can also inform the remote controller of 'Xiaoxiang, watching TV' by voice, the system automatically turns on the TV and the set-top box, and switches the TV input signal into the set-top box signal input, and the user can watch the TV content output by the set-top box; if the user informs the remote controller of ' Xiaoxiang ' and watching a large screen ' by voice, the system automatically turns on the television and switches the television input signal into the system output signal, so that the user can synchronously watch the content of the touch screen in high definition, full screen and real time through the television, and simultaneously appoint a corresponding program switch and daily operation through a mouse point and can also inform the system of switching a certain program and program content operation by voice.
In a specific application, a user can autonomously issue a corresponding control instruction through the mobile terminal. For example, because the intelligent control device is provided with a plurality of communication units in a standard manner, such as a Wifi module, a wireless router, bluetooth, infrared and the like, a user mobile terminal can access the intelligent control device in a plurality of wireless communication modes and remotely start various application software of the system, when a system program runs, if the system simultaneously senses that a user is facing a sofa or in a sensible room of a television, the system automatically starts the television and switches a television input signal into a system output signal, the user can watch the content of the touch screen in real time through the television with high definition and full screen synchronously, and simultaneously operate a corresponding program switch and daily operation through APP software.
In conclusion, after the intelligent control device is installed near a television in a living room, internet access equipment, a set top box and the like can be placed in an equipment bin of the intelligent control device, so that the intelligent control device has related equipment installation and home wiring management functions, innovative intelligent hardware, internet access equipment, the set top box and a television large screen are organically combined in an intelligent integrated control mode, complementation is insufficient, mutual development is strong, the problem that a user can conveniently check a home intelligent system in a high-speed networking mode, an ultra-large screen mode and rich, fast and intelligent mode is solved, the problems that a traditional television, the set top box and the intelligent system are complex in operation, simple in content, not intelligent, poor in experience, difficult to install, manual operation, disordered in wiring and the like are solved, and meanwhile the problem of a home core intelligent gateway is also solved. The intelligent household intelligent device has the advantages that the characteristics of multi-perception, AI processing, multiple functions, hardware integration installation, multi-intelligent application and the like of the innovative intelligent device are fully exerted, the requirement of an intelligent household system on a powerful intelligent system of a television is greatly reduced, high definition, full screen, audio and video synchronization of the intelligent device signal, a set top box and the television signal are realized, real-time display on a large screen of the television is realized, safe, healthy, intelligent, comfortable, low-carbon and convenient personalized intelligent life is created for a user, importantly, the just-needed characteristics of devices such as internet access equipment, a set top box and an integrated router, visual talkback and television upgrading and the like which are arranged in the innovative intelligent device are utilized, more resources and more funds are used for promoting the construction of an intelligent household, the problem of the intelligent household is solved at low cost for the user, and the intelligent household popularization is promoted.

An intelligent control device is connected with an internet access device, a television and a set top box, and is characterized in that the intelligent control device is connected with the television through a first cable and is also connected with the set top box through a second cable, and a third cable is connected between the television and the set top box, wherein the first cable comprises an HDMI cable and a power supply cable, the second cable comprises a power supply cable, and the third cable comprises an HDMI cable; the intelligent control device comprises an AI core processing unit, and an input unit, an output unit and a communication unit which are respectively connected with the AI core processing unit, and the intelligent control device is also provided with an equipment bin for accommodating the Internet access equipment and the set-top box;
the input unit includes: the system comprises a touch input module, an intelligent key module, a microphone module, a camera module, a distance sensor module, an environment sensing module and an energy monitoring module;
the communication unit includes: the system comprises a router, a network switching module, a Bluetooth module, a Wifi module, a Zigbee module, an RF module, an NB-IoT module, a 4G/5G module and a bus module;

s40, acquiring power monitoring information of the energy monitoring module, and determining the current running states of the television and the set top box according to the power monitoring information;
s50, controlling the running state of the television and/or the set top box by controlling the infrared emission module or the communication unit according to the input channel information in the second control instruction and the current running states of the television and the set top box, and controlling the television to be switched to a corresponding input channel;
s60, judging whether the audio/video source to be played comes from the intelligent control device according to the switched input channel, and if so, executing a step S70; if not, go to step S90;
s70, acquiring a third control instruction;
s80, controlling the touch screen and the sound output module and/or the LED lamp and/or networked intelligent equipment to output corresponding contents according to the third control instruction, and synchronizing the output contents of the touch screen and the sound output module to be played through the television;
s90, controlling the playing content of the television or controlling the set top box to output the content to be played through the television by controlling the infrared emission module or the communication unit according to the content selection information in the second control instruction;
further, the first control instruction, the second control instruction, and the third control instruction are obtained by:
acquiring a corresponding control instruction which is autonomously issued by a user through the touch screen or the intelligent key module or the microphone module or the mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal is in communication connection with the intelligent control device through the communication unit; or,
the method comprises the steps of obtaining distance information sensed by a distance sensor module and/or image information shot by a camera and/or environment information detected by an environment sensing module and/or trigger information of networked intelligent equipment, and obtaining user demand information according to the distance information and/or the image information and/or the environment information and/or the trigger information, wherein the user demand information determines a corresponding control instruction.
2. The intelligent control device according to claim 1, wherein the infrared emission module comprises a first infrared emission unit for sending infrared control information to the television, and the second infrared emission unit for sending infrared control information to the set-top box.
3. The intelligent control device according to claim 2, wherein the set-top box is housed in the equipment compartment, and the second infrared emission unit is disposed within the equipment compartment.
4. The intelligent control device according to claim 2, wherein the set-top box is placed outside the equipment bay, the first cable further comprises an infrared emission extension cable connecting the first infrared emission unit and the AI core processing unit, and/or the second cable further comprises an infrared emission extension cable connecting the second infrared emission unit and the AI core processing unit.
5. The intelligent control device according to claim 1,
the first cable and/or the third cable are exposed; or,
the first cable and/or the third cable are arranged in a buried manner.
6. The intelligent control device according to claim 1, wherein the television control instruction includes television control information, schedule time information, and,
the AI core processing unit is further configured to determine whether the current time reaches the reserved time after the second control instruction is acquired, and execute step S40 when the current time reaches the reserved time.
7. The intelligent control device according to claim 1,
the AI core processing unit is further configured to obtain human health information of a user from a human health sensing unit, a networked health sensing device, or an associated mobile terminal, generate a health report of the user at regular time or according to a user requirement according to the human health information, and output the health report, where the human health sensing unit is disposed on the intelligent control device, and the human health information includes at least one of: body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, electrocardiogram, sleep quality.
8. The intelligent control device of claim 1, wherein the intelligent key module comprises function keys, number keys, direction keys, confirmation keys, and further,
the corresponding control instruction that acquires the user and pass through intelligence button module independently issues includes:
and acquiring a corresponding control instruction which is automatically issued by a user through one or a combination of at least two of the function key, the number key, the direction key and the confirmation key and the trigger duration of the function key, the number key, the direction key and the confirmation key.
9. The intelligent control device according to claim 1, further comprising an interface unit, and,
the AI core processing unit, further configured to implement the following steps when executing the stored computer program:
acquiring a fourth control instruction;
acquiring the running state of the household equipment through the interface module and/or the communication unit, wherein the household equipment comprises at least one of the following components: intelligent lamps, service robots, intelligent air conditioners, intelligent curtains and the like;
controlling the running state of the household equipment through the interface module and/or the communication unit according to the fourth control instruction;
further, the fourth control instruction is acquired by:
acquiring a corresponding control instruction which is autonomously issued by a user through the touch screen or the intelligent key module or the microphone module or the mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal is in communication connection with the intelligent control device through the communication unit; or,
the method comprises the steps of obtaining distance information sensed by a distance sensor module and/or image information shot by a camera and/or environment information detected by an environment sensing module and/or trigger information of networked intelligent equipment, and obtaining user demand information according to the distance information and/or the image information and/or the environment information and/or the trigger information, wherein the user demand information determines a corresponding control instruction.
10. An intelligent control system comprising: TV, STB, internet access device, its characterized in that still includes:
the intelligent control of any one of claims 1-9;
a first cable connected between the television and the intelligent control device;
a second cable connected between the set-top box and the intelligent control device;
a third cable connected between the television and the set-top box;
wherein the first cable comprises an HDMI cable and a power cable, the second cable comprises a power cable, and the third cable comprises an HDMI cable.
11. A television control method applied to the intelligent television control device of any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising:
s10, acquiring a first control instruction;
s20, controlling the touch screen and the sound output module and/or the LED lamp and/or networked intelligent equipment to output corresponding contents according to the first control instruction, wherein the networked intelligent equipment is in communication connection with the intelligent control device;
s30, judging whether a second control instruction is acquired, if so, executing a step S40;
s40, acquiring power monitoring information of the energy monitoring module, and determining the current running states of the television and the set top box according to the power monitoring information;
s50, controlling the running state of the television and/or the set top box by controlling the infrared emission module or the communication unit according to the input channel information in the second control instruction and the current running states of the television and the set top box, and controlling the television to be switched to a corresponding input channel;
s60, judging whether the audio/video source to be played comes from the intelligent control device according to the switched input channel, and if so, executing a step S70; if not, go to step S90;
s70, acquiring a third control instruction;
s80, controlling the touch screen and the sound output module and/or the LED lamp and/or networked intelligent equipment to output corresponding contents according to the third control instruction, and synchronizing the output contents of the touch screen and the sound output module to be played through the television;
s90, controlling the playing content of the television or controlling the set top box to output the content to be played through the television by controlling the infrared emission module or the communication unit according to the content selection information in the second control instruction;
further, the first control instruction, the second control instruction, and the third control instruction are obtained by:
acquiring a corresponding control instruction which is autonomously issued by a user through the touch screen or the intelligent key module or the microphone module or the mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal is in communication connection with the intelligent control device through the communication unit; or,
the method comprises the steps of obtaining distance information sensed by a distance sensor module and/or image information shot by a camera and/or environment information detected by an environment sensing module and/or trigger information of networked intelligent equipment, and obtaining user demand information according to the distance information and/or the image information and/or the environment information and/or the trigger information, wherein the user demand information determines a corresponding control instruction.
